生客千祈唔好去,人哋对生熟客差别待遇,生客就好似你欠佢地钱咁,份野食比唔新鲜菜,零摆盘,熟客就咩都摆靓D,我叫左成50蚊一份早餐,摆上来仲衰过人地熟客40蚊一份既。然后就是赶人走,未饮完野就赶,但隔离枱熟客坐得耐过我哋佢都唔出声。因为怕整污糟人哋地方,个口罩就用纸巾包住,结果佢地为咗赶人连个口罩都掉埋,同佢申诉,佢竟然觉得系个客嘅错。讲到好似系客人无理取闹,话‘我比过一个你喽!(嘈咩)人地5知啊’生客勿去,人地好高斗、唔好去俾钱揾罪受

Went to this place in a weekday at about 1230. The restaurant was packed as soon as we are seated. I had the salmon and scallop linguini with cream sauce and my friend had the scallop and salmon angel hair with a tomato base. The pasta was cooked to el Dante and not too soft which a lot of smaller Hong Kong cafe is a victim of. As for the taste... it is simply aight. The cream sauce taste like it from one of the Campbell soup cans, it would say it’s all right. The tomato sauce is a lot better and it was well seasoned. there is a nice charr on the exterior of the seafood giving it a nice charbroiled taste which is really nice. As for the service it is just standard and for this price I would come again. 7/10

星期日中午一支公,想找些新意思,决定去找一直没空试的西班牙蛋鉼,岂料碰钉,红磡的One Little Room 已经不存在了😨。就像井之头五郎一样,四围行下看有什么能令我停步的。走到熟悉但又觉陌生的崇洁街,每次穿过这小小食街,除了加太贺之外,好像次次见到的都是不一样的。但周日的中午半条街以上都休息😧。经过这小店,被门外那花花的餐牌吸引了。选上厚切黑椒猪柳配薯蓉。极速上桌,在这工业区附近,午市的效率也真很重要。但没想到这猪柳是炸的😱在餐牌上多写一个炸字会好很多,因为同一餐牌的鱼柳也写明是炸的呀,不要一牌两制吧!知道的我就不会点了,年纪不轻,少炸为妙。但味道其实不差的,外焦内嫩,配上黑椒汁,少少辣,刚好,但应该是下了鸡粉来作腌料,美中不足。薯蓉其实我很少点的,因一般都下大量牛油来提香增滑,这店倒是不一样,很Homemade style,充满薯粒,没下太多牛油和奶,不正宗但我倒喜欢。外面还见有人单点外卖薯蓉,看来这次我也点对了😁。伴菜是烚的,但西兰花过熟了。如果餐汤和饮品不用二选一,这个午餐会更值得推荐,不过可能又是要增加效率,务求在平日多做一转枱吧,小店就是有这样的矛盾😞。

崇洁街是周边工商大厦打工仔向揾食热点。渐演变成全条小巷都是食肆,价格以中等为主。 今次试一间西式小店,座位唔算多,地尽其用,所以非常迫,人多会坐到出门外的。 有餐汤或饮品,叫咗忌廉汤,份量唔少,浓稠度适中,味道合格有余。 秘制西冷牛扒饭配黑椒汁,牛扒松软唔靱,有些肉味,唔蘸汁都很入味。牛肝菌汁猪柳长通粉,摆盘很吸引,有什菌、脆肉瓜、香草等配料,上枱已很香,牛肝菌汁同忌廉汁好似差不多咁,长通粉有微靱,有咬口好吃。

帮衬过 Jo cafe 几次,发觉有一个共通点,不论餐汤,主菜同饮品,佢地d菜色都系比较清淡,啱哂钟意食得清淡嘅朋友。对于我哩讲,餐汤唔系好够热冻咗少少,有点失望,叫咗客法式香草田螺海虾配天使面,田螺少咗d,哩点都预咗,海虾够弹牙够新鲜,天使面煮得啱啱好,唔会煮得太硬同太软,另一次叫咗客蒜香考鸡扒,两次嘅主菜都系唔系好够热,而两次主菜都比较淡,连个牛肝菌汁都比较淡。服务算唔错,可惜铺头较细,所以坐得比较窄。
