Place was honestly quite loud and chaotic (but that was my fault for planning dinner at 7:30pm which is when they get super packed)Honestly the only order that was bland were the tater tots. I LOVE TATER TOTS so was quite disappointed.. but its okay cause the pizza and chicken tenders made up for it.

朋友留意到Honky Tonks Tavern IG宣传9月12日有guest bartender会手扣手2人3手咁合作冲调唔同Negori为主题嘅cocktail, 当晚收益会畀Mind HK我地早少少到, 揾个靓位欣赏下Negori week而设嘅装饰, 饮住其他cocktail同食main menu慢慢等Tater Tots - 炸薯宝系不能抗拒嘅小食, 香口唔油, 加埋蛋黄酱又可以饮多2杯 Hot Chicken Platter (Spicy 4pcs) - 我地叫咗4件辣美式炸鸡, 少少辣多多香, 加埋gravy味道啱啱好, 想再辣D不仿加枱上面smoked hot sauce, 似BBQ酱有烟熏香; 要大辣就要拣burn, 酱如其名 Negori Week 2022 限定menuItalian Hero - 夹满唔同嘅意式冻肉, 差少少一口咬唔哂, 有酸菜同芝士, 非常啱食肉兽 Arancini Bolognese - 意式炸饭团, 呢个入里有茄汁肉酱馅同芝士, 另外有个素版本Take it Easy (Slushie) - 有烟肉同椰糖系面, 沙冰状啱哂呢家天气El Pollo Negroni - 加chocolate bitter同MSG, 饮到有黑朱古力余韵, MSG就唔觉(鲜D?)Plata O Plomo - 加墨西哥辣酒同海盐, 唔算好辣但酒精感好重

认识 Honky Tonks 系因为想食炸鸡，后来发现佢地同好多其他酒吧/餐厅经常都会有crossover 于是就更多留意佢地嘅资讯，今次佢地系其中一个地方搞 Negroni Week 活动， 于是就趁机再去食野佢嘅炸鸡系属于美式风格，佢有两件或者四件， 以及辣或者唔辣 选择，炸鸡本身辣其实都唔算好辣，如果要坚辣，记得加埋佢枱面果枝 BBQ 辣酱， 好食得嚟又有辣度要食comfort food ，点少得 Tater Tots!!! 佢炸得好脆都算干身， 唔会食到一口油， 不过系比较软身用叉拮就有啲啲难度咁。 另外两款系特别为 Negroni Week 出嘅意大利风小食（Negroni Week 嘛）： Arancini Bolognese 同 Italian Hero 。顾名思义， Arancini Bolognese 即系将意式炸米波变左做肉酱意粉馅，我自己就觉得入面多啲肉酱会正啲。Italian Hero 就系 Italian Sub 嘅「迷你」版，但其实已经好有份量，满满嘅肉加芝士同酸菜，个包都系厚身有质感，大大啖咬落去非常满足讲明系 Negroni Week 梗系要饮返（几）杯 Negroni啦，佢地揾左几位客席 bartender 整左几款特制 Negroni ，其中 Negroni沙冰 同 Plata O Plomo 都好有惊喜！一杯冰凉比较甜，另一款充满烟熏味连埋杯边嘅粗盐又有另一种享受。一路食，一路饮，见到隔离枱连叫两个大 Pizza，睇嚟要快啲再去试埋先得喇～

As a fan of Shady @theshadyacres I have always wanted to try their sister bar @honkytonkstavern too! Finally got a chance to try for happy hour before our dinner plan on a Friday evening! First of all, I was shock by how spacious it actually is inside, I thought it is a small corner bar as it was tucked away in a small alley ! once I got in, I was in love with this cozy vibe. They have happy hour from 5-7pm just like shady. I opted their daily hard slushie, taste pretty good. As we have dinner plan after, we only tried few snacks like abodo chicken wings, tator tots and the devils eggs. Food was luscious and their staffs were friendly as well. I would like to come try more food next time, maybe mussels, meats and pizzas! Around $300pp 4pax(Including the mentioned snacks, two bottle of wine, few HH drinks, really affordable!) Rating: 4/5
