位于西环石塘咀嘅 HOHON Eatery 系一间低调嘅西式小店，主打汉堡同意粉，近香港大学站B1出口，步行两分钟就到。店面唔大，堂食位只有十个左右，全系高枱同櫈，环境带点工业风，感觉年轻又唔失温馨。今次我试咗一份 脆香鸡堡配薯波（$108），入面有车打芝士、洋葱、酸青瓜、辣椒、沙律菜，配自家制蛋黄酱，仲加咗一份 芝士青葱粗管通粉（$106），同埋一份 香脆炸蚝（$58）。落单后要等一阵，因为系即叫即整，感觉厨房好用心。先讲鸡堡，包皮用咗黑炭，煎得外脆内嫩，鸡肉有少少汁水，配料同蛋黄酱混在一起，味道带点微辣同酸甜，几开胃。薯波炸得金黄，表面香脆，份量适中，唔算太油腻。意粉方面，粗管通粉煮到al dente，芝士同青葱嘅香气混得好好，挂汁唔算多，但味道浓郁，食落滑溜又唔会太腻。炸蚝外层酥脆，内里新鲜，配上佢哋嘅自家制酱汁，带点清新嘅酸味，几特别。整体食材新鲜，味道平衡，食完有满足感。总括嚟讲，HOHON Eatery 系一间细小但用心嘅西式食肆，汉堡同意粉嘅味道真系有心思，炸蚝亦都系一个小惊喜。

bookmark左呢间好耐，终于揾到时间去 真系小店泥架，堂食坐位唔多，全是高枱櫈落单后需等待一阵，因为即叫即制$136 香蒜柠檬汁八爪鱼鱿鱼粗管意粉粗管意粉带点al dente ，少少挂汁 调味香蒜、柠檬配合得好好，惹味得来又有柠檬酸中和下，sauce偏水d，整体唔影响口感，表面好似有柠檬皮？？配料八爪鱼&鱿鱼份量刚好，好有弹性$108 牛堡 (bacon, pickled cucumber, chilli, onion, frisée, cheddar) +$10 蕃薯条 面包皮唔算干身 ，外皮比汉堡包皮干身，黑炭原因？牛肉称不上爆汁，系刚刚到少少juice，但咁样先可以同配料: 沙律菜、洋葱酸瓜、芝士，配合得岩岩好㖞又。唔系坊间重牛味、爆酱、爆汁果啲食后唔会感觉好heavy，但又满足到食burger瘾Btw，食材新鲜，食得出架！

早排朋友已经话想嚟试burger，而我亦有留意有媒体介绍，我系被意粉吸引咗目光！终于终于，夹到时间嚟试试！店内比较细，好在时间尚算早能够入座！自家制意式猪肉番茄忌廉汁粗管通粉酱汁超级好味，同猪肉碎相当夹，粗管通粉每一个都沾满酱汁……哗！实在太正！双层牛堡配薯条(紫菜蛋黄酱)朋友话Burger一系唔食…要食就要食最邪恶嘅！真…！第一下见到有少少吓亲…心谂呢餐要用几耐消化呢？但系咬咗一口之后…我好快就冇再谂呢个问题啦😂咁好食，食咗先算啦！！酱汁+牛肉嘅肉汁同配料加埋系完美！牛肉味重！竹炭包少少甜甜地！整体呢个burger真系冇得弹！粗波浪薯条❤️一个字‘正’，两个字‘好正’！！感恩能够食到用心制作嘅味道！值得支持！

Did we visit on an off day? Is the food and service usually better? Why are there so many good reviews?First of all I must say the restaurant is clearly doing very well. They made their 1 hour dining time limit very clear and they made sure to kick us out on time.Service wasn’t the best. Not exactly rude, but you could tell they thought very highly of themselves. We ordered a burger and pasta. I also tried one of their cocktails. Everything was very mediocre, and a bit overpriced for what it was, in my opinion. As you can see from my picture, there’s hardly any octopus or squid in my pasta. It wasn’t hidden underneath the pasta either. Maybe we didn’t order their signature dishes? I don’t know. Would I recommend this restaurant? Probably not. Ok to try once, I guess.
