The dress code of Smart Informal Attire is strictly enforced in the Grill Room. Proper denim jeans are only permitted during lunch hours on Saturdays, lunch and dinner on Sundays and public holidays.
Please be advised that those diners wearing t-shirts, sports shoes and tracksuits are permitted to dine at Sunday Brunch or Sunday dinner. Non-tailored Bermuda shorts are only permitted during Sunday brunch.

It’s funny to see my 2020 review right before this also for my sisters birthday dinner hahaha.this amuse bouche was yummy 😋 and to my liking. I shared this beef tartare with my sister and it was good sorry for the dark photo it was indeed very dark in the grill roomI also ordered this crab 🦀 cake and it was so yummy 😋 I ordered a foie gras for my main since I don’t eat much and it was so filling and delectable

This was truly a really enjoyable meal. The stunning sea view, the serene ambiance, excellent service, awesome food & cute matching tableware... everything is perfect. Highly recommend this place to impress your guests.*Note: there is strict dress code that need to be followed. Even the butter is cute... They have quite a lot of selection of bread. I really enjoy them. I like the thin one with crispy cheddar cheese toast.Farm-to-table appetizer. Unbeatable freshness. I swear this is the best suckle pig I have ever had!! Its so soft and tender. The skin is evenly toasted. I cant have enough of it! So good. Five star!Remarkable.There is a little trolley you can choose from. mouth is big , belly is small.... but I always want more.

Service 好得没话说。环境宁静优雅舒服。食物选择亦不少，连猪脚姜都有，very impressive. 味道亦好好，连菜干粥亦非常惹味。水果亦 generous , 新鲜mango 任食。整体经验：非常好。

靓靓妈咪寿辰想食西餐，肥肥家族就同细姨妈一家去咗深水湾乡村俱乐部个西餐厅「Grill Room」欢度良辰，享用晚餐，品尝母亲大人最爱o既红酒 。入夜后o既「Grill Room」灯光比白天柔和得多，餐桌上摆有新鲜艳丽o既靓花，望出窗边可见迷人o既香港海色夜景，高雅o既同时，气氛亦浪漫得多 ，有「Smart Informal Attire」衣服限制都好合理。由于厅内灯光较暗，送上餐牌时，客套有礼o既服务生都会另附手提夹灯一个，客人有需要用到更会帮忙夹上餐牌，并开启灯制 ，细心又周到。面包篮内热辣辣o既面包有多种款式，软、硬、厚、薄、脆、腍、白面包同麦包都齐哂，丰富齐备 。就连牛油都有原味同香草味两种。头盘小肥拣咗个厨师推介沙律Nordic Prawn Cocktail with Mushrooms, Tomato, Boiled Egg, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Chives & Salad ($120)。大大碟o既沙律内含鲜甜爽脆o既中虾，以蛋黄酱调味o既蕃茄蔬菜意外地非常讨好。主菜方面，XO仔点咗个一客六只o既芝士焗蚝「Oysters au gratin with Shallots, Dill, Cream, Gruyere, Breadcrumbs」（$210）。蚝只每只都同样肥厚嫩滑 ，芝士薯菜亦好香口惹味，不过原来六只真系几溜架。七人除咗各自点选咗一客主菜之外，妈咪亦叫咗两客西式烧乳猪「Suckling Pig」（$326）大家分。得知每人其实都想试少少乳猪，经理哥哥仲好客气地主动安排厨房二分为七，每碟都有烧猪一小件加酱汁同配菜。哗，烧猪件皮脆肉香嫩，而且一啲都唔油腻，超级美味 ！「Grill Room」不但能够煮出一系列精美好味o既熟食咸点，甜品都一样好掂，包括镇店即叫即煮o既「Soufflé」、「Almond Pancake」等。小肥比较贪心，一口气叫咗两款慢慢叹 。先黎冻食o既「Bitter Chocolate Mousse, Biscuit, Cacao Orange Sorbet」（$90）好似一个层层叠o既雪糕三文治咁，底面两块饼干香脆微甜，配上醇浓o既朱古力慕丝同橙味雪葩一齐食分外清新怡人，清凉又醒神 。热食o既「Crêpes Suzette」（$95）每客有三片，即场喺食客面前火焰煎煮，好有睇头。金黄色o既薄饼湿润热辣，香软甜美，冇得顶呀！正当家人都喺度投诉细佬连免费赠送o既Petits Four都好影时，姨妈喺对面已经大赞个伯爵茶味马卡龙轻巧松化，甜而不溜 ！话明系庆生晚饭㖞，当然系唔少得生日蛋糕啦，一早亦交由经理哥哥与厨房特别安排。橙黄色o既芒果蛋糕主要分为两层，面层o既芒果肉鲜甜无比，底层o既芝士蛋糕软滑得黎毫不溜滞，唔多好甜品o既寿星女都要encore ，真系非常难得！环境大方雅致o既「Grill Room」烹调o既新派法国菜不但好睇又好食，餐厅上上下下o既服务生都同样友善细心，经理哥哥同大肥爸爸悉心o既安排成功令主角靓靓妈咪笑不拢嘴，一家人都食得好开心，好满足！ Happy Birthday to You!Happy Birthday to You!Happy Birthday to 靓靓妈咪!Happy Birthday to You!
