近期去得比较多的一间餐厅(6个月去了3次,对我来说算是多了),是这一间吃川菜的 Grand Majestic Sichuan 。正常人都会问「好好食架」、「好抵食架」诸如此类。我不是特别喜欢吃辣的一群,所以试过的川菜餐厅并不太多,不能很中肯地以比较角度去说。纯粹以单一个别角度来说,这餐厅我会给颇高的分数。有看开我分享的朋友都知道,我的喜好除了食物质素需要达到某种标准之余,服务、环境、地段、清洁、洗手间等等对我来说都非常重要。不是说够靓够堂皇就一定是好,地踎贴地就是不好,对我来说不同餐厅不同风格配上不同价钱牌在不同情况下自然有不同体会。这餐厅落户中环,价钱却并不十分「中环」,比我预期来得相宜,午饭每位三百多、四百已经够满足,对我来说完全接受。服务一等一,开初第一次来由外籍经理及服务员介绍川菜餐牌及茶叶的选择确实有点不习惯,但这只属我个人的问题,与餐厅的专业完全不挂钩,第二次来已经完全习惯不是一回事了。餐厅装潢非常有格调,不过这些很难客观,喜欢就是喜欢。菜式并不是sell游客或外国人,反而我觉得口味很地道,虽然说不上是极级美味,但身在中环,想要吃一餐整体各样都超标准的川菜,这餐厅不需犹豫,很适合,很好。值得一提的是,特别是午饭时段,中环餐厅大部份都是中环返工客,有一种颇浓厚的中环味道。Read More

今次系二访,但确实好失望。因为我地系即日book 嘅所以唔够时间pre order。首先音乐系大声到唔知点倾计,几年前黎食都唔系咁。每个菜式都系好一般,可能外国游客会觉得好好食,但我食完今次唔会再返黎。我印象中上次食过个蟹系好出色,性价比极高~ 所以就算早前听闻系换左主厨所以唔同左,但自己之后未食过都唔想认定佢嘅唔同。唔试唔知,试左就死左条心。餐厅环境系唔错不过如果两个人张枱系好细唔知而家仲有冇得request 要大d枱。Read More
茄子厚度适中,但生蒜过多完住覆盖晒其他味,虽然系凉菜,但个茄子太过冻,第一口食落去真系冻亲。如果可以上菜前先回温一下会更好。卖相系几靓,软硬到适中,但系用醋太多直头有d 苦涩味,一样系除左醋味就乜都食唔出。抄手皮还可以,但入面嘅肉好松散,应该未必系自家制,当然佢都无话系。只可以话出面家常川菜餐厅比较好食。依个算系全晚比较正常嘅𩠌,只系石斑有d 过熟但仲可以接受,一定去趁热食,冻左之后会腥同埋个汤好咸。汤底配料有芽菜,少少迷你菌类。味道比较麻但酸味我个人钟意再酸d同辣d。依个直头系灾难级,第一口食落去系有沙,以为一只半只,再食第二只都系咁。本身粒蚬肉已经好细只,如果我自己买𩠌系一定唔会买依d size,加上完全overcooked, 粒蚬肉系又干又un, 仲要有沙我真系食唔到。叫到个staff 黎同佢反映,后尾佢有话chef 解释上面𠮶d 系peppercorn, 但系我觉得如果食到”cok cok” 声咁真系唔系peppercorn咁简单。如果依碟野2百蚊我可以接受,但系4百蚊俾依d 质素我觉得有d 揾笨。都算系川菜嘅classic, 卖相系加分,牛肉质素同熟度都Ok, 但系同水煮真系挂唔到勾,食落口嘅味系完全分离。最后我地都冇食晒就叫staff 收走佢。
