知道Granada by JW即将结业,马上约朋友来吃饭庆生,希望更多朋感觉尝到元朗的fine dining(卖相颇精致,fine dining来说,份量也不算少)今次的6 course tasting menu其中一道菜有蚝。虽然平时只可自选main course,但因为有朋友不吃蚝,所以提前问主厨可不可以改用其他菜式,最后主厨另外设计了蟹和虾的菜式,让不吃蚝/蟹的朋友也可吃到合口味的菜式😊以下为我的餐单,非常令人满意😊主菜鸡皮很脆,鸡肉超滑,也不油腻!和酿入的菇很配!❶ course: Blue Flower Crab. Tomato 🍅 3 Way蓝花蟹.蕃茄三重奏❷ course: Stew South Africa Abalone. Horseradish cream.炖渍南非鲍鱼.辣根奶油.❸ course: Sourdough bread.Back Garlic Onion butter黑糖酸种面包.黑蒜洋葱牛油❹ course: Scallop stuffed Morel 北海道带子羊肚菌❺ course: Flathead Lobster.Sea Flower Prawn in paper,纸包琵琶虾.海花竹虾❻ Main course: Roasted 3 yellow Chicken 🐔2way, Stuffed Girolles 酿法国鸡油菌可加配甜品:石榴慕.百里香丝蛋糕(一人份量),由于今次来餐厅是跟朋友庆生,所以胆粗粗又问主厨可不可以造大一点甜品,让我们点个生日蛋糕😅非常多谢主厨帮我们尝试造大一点,改了石榴为士多啤梨🍓蛋糕卖相不俗,但质感稍为有点硬了。。。但我们还是超感动主厨为我们的不同要求,在餐单作不同修改,致力达到客人要求🙏🏻整体用餐体验还是非常愉快😊此外,非常想表扬主厨推介的红白酒,非常匹配的wine pairing👍🏻 继续阅读

上星期六嚟到Granada by JW 餐厅,真系开心到爆炸!😍😋首先食嘅系栗子洋葱汤配酸种面包+洋葱牛油,一入口就感受到浓郁嘅栗子香气,加上酸种面包同洋葱牛油嘅组合,真系绝配!🌰🍲🥖立鳞烧甘鲷更系惊艳!鱼肉鲜嫩多汁,外皮烧得恰到好处,每一口都带点香脆口感,令人回味无穷!🐟🔥👌龙虾带子西班牙海鲜烩饭真系鲜味十足!每一粒米饭都吸收咗龙虾同带子嘅鲜甜汁液,令整个烩饭都充满丰富嘅海鲜风味,一试难忘!🦞🍚😍最后,薰衣草梨汁乳鸽系完美嘅结尾!嫩滑嘅乳鸽肉质配上香气四溢嘅薰衣草梨汁,甜而不腻,绝对系完美嘅甜品选择!🍐🕊️🌸Granada by JW 餐厅真系带嚟一场味蕾盛宴,每一道菜都令人惊艳!如果你系食家,绝对唔可以错过呢度!👍💯 继续阅读

In the neighborhood of Yuen Long lies a small bistro that houses a passionate and talented chef. This chef has a deep understand of ingredients and masterful cooking techniques..You can tell the time and effort he has put into creating these dishes. Through trials and experiments, seamless blending of ingredients and spices, the flavors in all the dishes are perfectly balanced and on point. I particularly enjoyed the steamed oyster and smoked salmon appetisers, as well as the snow crab onion soup..Although this is just a humble establishment in the local area, I truly appreciate the chef's dedication. 二访元朗这间店面低调的法式餐馆 𖠿𖥧𖥣。一直都以高质素豪华食材入馔,全部食材配搭和菜式设计都由主厨JO精心设计,当中不少食材都用了熟成方法准备,价钱绝对反映在食材用料之上!以味道独特的【熊葱牛油+酸种面包】开始;鲜甜厚肉的北海道带子,配上辣根味道更觉清爽,令人印象最深刻的是【羊肚菌】,酿进了鱼味浓郁的【熟成马友鱼】,酿进了earthy的羊肚菌再配合菊芋等,味道温和之余有层次感;入味而软稔的【南非鲍鱼】配上【三黄鸡汤】更鲜味主菜的【三黄鸡】肉味浓郁,煮得刚好鸡胸的配上熊葱,与鸡腿一样多汁;和羊西冷呈现极致的粉红色,每咬一口都流出满满肉汁;额外加钱点选的【澳洲龙虾】非常爽脆,配上精华的龙虾汁,味道丰富值回票价!This discreet French restaurant in Yuen Long is renowned for its high-quality and luxurious ingredients.
