因为佢系Restaurant week winning list,所以上星期就去佐试下佢。Gough’s on Gough位于中环歌赋街, 门囗不大,但餐厅的装潢高雅,佢既黑白几何图案地板,自然木色为主的餐桌配上高身皮制梳化和水晶灯,格调十足!讲返个restaurant week lunch menu , $208 , 3个course including appetizer , main and dessert 。我选了fish cake as starter ,之后有fish and chip , then end with a lemon tart 1)Cod brandade with fennel and orange ,一般2) Battered Cod, chips and minted mushy peas 个炸鱼薯条做得好,个鱼好滑,不过今日点佐太多炸野, 有啲腻3)Lemon tart ,酸度适中系一个好嘅完结 继续阅读

I've always heard about Gough on Goughs but the price has always been prohibitive. when restaurant week came around I was so happy to secure a lunch booking. sadly, it was not what I had hoped... entree was some cold cuts of meat and bread, main was fish and chips... typical pub food though it was cooked well. the lemon tart was so sour it was uneatable. the second dessert was some berries and whipped cream. the waiter was very professional though I don't know why they cram the customers into one corner with only one waiter, when 75% of the restaurant is empty and 5 other staff members are standing around and chit chatting to each othermaybe due to the cheaper price of restaurant week they decided to serve lower quality food and service😅 继续阅读

这天是5月之星的朋友生日,去这间Gough's on Gough享受一下fine dinner. 之前和闰蜜们来过一次吃lunch, 这天晚上我们也没有点dinner set,Alacart点食物,感觉好像比上一次食lunch更丰富和好味,这次因为人数多,约15人,点了鱼子酱三文鱼、crab cake、beef tarter、fish tarter、crab toast 等做前菜,主菜点了willengtane beef。对这餐Fine Dine感到满意,食物质素高,环境好,极多打卡位,所用的餐具也讲究,每个人用的主餐具也是不同图案,有趣! 继续阅读

寻日有外籍同事生日, 我哋一行三人决定请佢食佢优质西餐。呢间铺头外面望落去平平无奇,但一入去就见到佢有一条好高好长嘅旋转楼梯 望落去非常之高档。上到去座位唔多但每张都好阔落舒适,沿途嘅侍应都笑容可掬亲切有礼。佢个lunch menu好抵,大概200蚊到就有3个course,starter,main dish 同dessert.我叫左三文鱼,佢煎得几好。 个皮煎得好吹咸咸香香,冇㶶到,而且肉汁仲keep到少少嫩口,唔会过熟。 三文鱼下面铺咗一啲沙律。成个送都几好味,美中不足系有少少偏咸令我最有惊喜嘅系佢嘅甜品我哋叫咗custard tart with 雪芭。 个custard tart有微脆嘅焦糖系面同好refreshing嘅雪葩。令到本身有啲饱嘅我食欲再起。推介大家一定要试下! 继续阅读

友人同我庆祝生日,带我嚟到Gough’s on Gough。一入门口就比个潜水员吓亲,之后就比条楼梯吸引住。生日当然有book位啦,一坐低即刻有张生日咭!仲要系手写㗎!好sweet环境又靓,啲碟只只唔同,真系好靓,大爱点菜!order咗法国生蚝 - 好新鲜好甜威灵顿牛 配鹅肝 - 第一次食,以前次次都唔prefer叫,系惊佢会好滞,点知又无㖞!入面旧牛嫩口,个酥皮松化,份量几大,食完都好饱。至爱鹅肝一般好食,外面唔够脆。仲送咗两杯气酒同埋朱古力。太饱无叫甜品,但佢都好体贴咁送咗小甜品,仲出乎意料咁好食脆内软,为今餐饭画上完美嘅句号。啲staff服务好好,系咁介绍菜式,招呼周到。贵系贵咗啲,间唔时试吓口手 继续阅读
