呢间系中环主打日本料理嘅CENSU团队同韩藉大厨 Nigel Kim嘅新搞作佢哋自己嘅description系”Asian Cuisine with Korean Influence”钟意食呢啲创新菜fusion菜嘅我见到就狗冲咗😂要由地面嘅入口行条楼梯上去 再打开好似gip咁嘅门入去成程地方劲空旷又带点神秘嘅感觉 令我更期待佢哋嘅菜式🤍𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮($𝟭𝟯𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳/𝟭𝟬好特别嘅配搭😂最尽系食过burrata配橙同开心果但配辣油 花生麻酱同番茄就真系第一次会话几特别 个burrata偏流心口感 同番茄就当然系match不过麻酱比得太多 加本身都重味 cover晒burrata嘅奶香整体食落会觉得麻酱同番茄先系主角🤍𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻($𝟭𝟰𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬慢煮鸡胸夹住秋葵条 用中国酒浸 再淋上辣椒油呢个系个冷盘 似食紧上海醉鸡嘅变奏版但鸡肉系超 级 嫩 。真系食得出系慢煮😂同秋葵又几夹 整体酒香味我觉得都几出 但唔太辣🤍𝗙𝘅𝘅𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂($𝟯𝟭𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬呢个应该系ig出镜率最高嘅一道! 原只花蟹麻婆豆腐底𠮶层系蒸蛋 上面先系豆腐同好多拆好嘅蟹肉同埋终于揾到韩国元素了!😂就系加咗韩式年糕入去整体会比较咸啲 真系好想要碗白饭𩠌住留意翻呢道份量比较多同易腻 建议3-4人分另外就系蟹脚如果再处理下/比工具我哋用会好啲🤍𝗛𝗮𝗵𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁($𝟭𝟰𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬呢款系好日式嘅虾多士 炸得超级脆口好好食!!虾肉爽弹 面包脆得嚟又唔硬唔𠝹口 配上沙律菜洋葱等解腻用酸甜嘅炸猪扒酱同柚子蛋黄酱配搭 食起更加开胃整体菜式都几特别几有自己风格 味道都唔错不过就好似唔觉韩国元素真系好多😂反而更多系中式日式感气氛唔错 Open kitchen可以睇到厨师即时嘅制作仲有唔同款式嘅日本动漫卡通餐碟！😂😂

One of the most exciting new restaurants I’ve been to in a while. It’s a fusion Asian spot with a Korean head chef, and everything we ordered had such a unique twist - blending Korean, Japanese, and Cantonese flavors in a way that just works.The lobster mapo tofu was next level. Spicy, rich, and full of depth, it’s the kind of dish you think about the next day. Everything else was beautifully balanced too. You can tell there’s real thought and technique behind each plate.The vibe is young, energetic, and a little edgy, but still super welcoming. Great place to go with friends or for a fun dinner out. Definitely not your typical fusion place, this one has soul.

Went to golden gip on a Saturday night food was delicious and drinks were even goods especially their cocktails I love their fuxking peace out mapo tofu and their new food items which were tuna ,garlic chives , golden park katsu and their gochuchang claims and bulgogi if your are cocktail lover I highly recommend their bitter truth which is similar to a negroni taste was is good and their soju it for a sweeter and refreshing taste Overall my experience in golden gip was wonderful
