话说我睇报纸话海港城个Chocolate event 又来啦, 佢地话今年有两间新野, 一间系Bvlgari, 一间系Frederic Blondeel. 以前系英国读书去法国同比利时都好钟意去试下d朱古力. 难得香港有新野, 咁我紧系要睇睇啦. 去到 Bvlgari 见到粒朱古力$120蚊已经呆左, 味道又无咩选择, 所以最后放弃左. 之后走去佢隔离见到劲多味, 所以就叫个Sales 介绍下咁啦. 佢请左我食3粒都几特别!海盐焦糖黑朱古力: - 入面d焦糖好香好新鲜, 有d脆脆粒! 好正!Jasmin - 好香Jasmin 味, 唔会好重抢左d 朱古力味辣椒 - 好特别既辣椒朱古力, 一开始无感觉, 个After Taste 系喉咙有d热, 好特别!!!!佢地卖紧$20粒, 平过La Maison, Jean Paul 一大截, 所以性价比好高

I am in love with this placeMy friend gave me a small box of truffles last weekend and I fell in love with the dark chocolate one so much that I decided to visit here myself the next day. I got a small bag for myself and a big box for my family. Everything looks so good! I am going to sound crazy for saying this but I think this place is better than La Maison Du Chocolat. I might be bias because I prefer flavored chocolates over pure dark chocolates. Here are my favorites: Rasberry dark chocolate: I love the tangy raspberry flavor and it is not too sweet Coffee dark chocolate: The coffee one is very strong. In fact, everytime I open the box I smell the coffee one first. Would highly recommend this if you like coffee flavored chocolatesBasil: This is very unique. Basil + chocolate sound very disgusting but they make a great match here. I don't really know how to describe this you really have to try it yourself. Kudos to the brand for making such an innovative creation I can't wait to try the other flavors but this place really needs to make a more complete chocolate menu. At least half of the chocolates were not in the menu they provided One last note - the chocolates are priced quite reasonable. Most chocolates are $20 for a piece

Checked out Harbor City's Chocolate Trail and I was really excited to see new brands like Bvlgari Chocolate and Frederic Blondeel. Other brands in the trail include: Pierre Herme, Laduree, Yoku Moku, Mio Miko, Cova, Chapon, Twelve Cupcakes, Ice Cream Gallery. Frederic Blondeel really stood out with all the different flavors. They have many interesting ones such as basil, dill, cardamom...etc. I am not a huge herb fan but I tried the "Eloise" - blackcurrant with cardamom. It's mostly blackcurrant with a very subtle hint of cardamom, which I end up liking!! I also tried 5 other flavors: Cassonade WhiteThis is possibly the best truffle I have ever had. It's white chocolate with silky hazelnut filling and a crispy caramelized sugar coating. I love anything caramelizedChampagne TruffleDelicate blend of fresh champagne cream and milk chocolate ganache, and dusted with powdered sugar. Exactly what I want when I am craving for champagne truffles!!Coeur The shell is very thin and crispy, the hazelnut filling is very smooth and there is something crispy in the bottom as well. The sales highly recommended this and I am so glad I got it@CralinSalted caramel with crispy "feullantine" in the bottom. It's a bit sweet because of the caramel but this was amazingRoseJust the perfect amount of rose infused into the ganache. This was heavenly as well
