Food Review📝Umami Wellington🐏Lamb Loin, Smoked Eel, Roasted Asparagus, Mashed🥕& 🥔, Au Jus- My first time to have Lamb Wellington - Superb Tender yet still springly Lamb Loin which I've never tasted before. Made me understood what Fresh Meat means- Perferctly demonstrated a Nice Gamy Flavor - A sudden & awakening smoked flavor unleashed in between the perfect light buttery pastry & the tender Lamb Loin - thought it was smoked ham at the first taste. In fact, that was smoked Eel, mild yet remarkable smoky & savoury taste and less gamy than smoked meat, it taught me what umami really means- the dried & grilled cherry tomato has an intense sweet tomato flavor. 今次黎到土瓜灣既forkers 地點鋪面因為唔係係正大街,但都唔難搵既!一入去店員好親切咁留意到你book位人數就叫到你留既名,好值得加分!一坐低,都比少少時間我地整頓好飲啖水,就有職員埋黎介紹menu佢地主要係做set dinner 5 courses /7 courses,分別地$498同$598分別係多左個牛肉tartar同海鮮今日既海鮮係煎帶子,但因為我地之前留左蟹餅,佢地都能夠靈活地調節到岀街食set 就預左貴既,而且佢有dry age rib eyes 又有威靈頓牛食,呢d功夫係值得既成餐屋企人最滿意係1.蝦湯佢地平時好少飲龍蝦湯,似落好香濃,但唔會覺得膩2. 頭盤既ham超香油脂,唔膩,會想散買番去party時食3. 黑毛豬油脂好香,而我店員廚師細心,因為家人有左bb佢地另外再煮熟 少少分碟比佢4. 普通USA PRIME5. Dry age rib eyes呢到廚房係有heart而且有實力,全部用作品說話!!6. 蟹餅睇相就知落足本今次屋企人生日,開多枝紅枝賀一賀佢兩老都表示好滿意!不過要食就快,七月佢地轉區啦!用作品食品說話既餐廳唔多,所以一定要推!最後埋單5人,49xx食咁多野,又開埋酒,一次半次,ok la 继续阅读

呢間係土瓜灣倔頭巷入面既西餐深藏不露,5 course dinner set 498起,絕對值回票價大推由佢哋既聯營農場直送最傳統風味既48 個月手工西班牙 Iberian黑毛豬火腿,油香豐盈~好食到買左兩包返屋企慢慢嘆shellfish bisque湯底鮮甜香濃仲有好香既奶油味,掛邊既蝦大大隻而且肉質爽口彈牙主菜分別要左:Taste of Iberico - Iberian Pork, mashed potatoes, tomato confit, garlic crips 又係豬,不過當然係完全唔同口味㗎喇~好粉紅,好嫩口 🐽Umami Wellington - Lamb loin, smoked eel, roasted asparagus, mashed carrots and potatoes, au jus 真係好神奇,估唔到可以咁樣配搭!! 呢鋪仲唔係傳說中既魚羊 = 鮮~ 又真係出奇地好夾,唔會好羶又唔會有腥味。好滑嫩軟淋,加埋外層既酥皮口感有層次~完全 feel 到佢哋對食物同啲酒既質素都好有要求好有心思~仲有要特別多謝請我哋飲whisky 既靚仔哥哥~食得開心又滿足既一晚 继续阅读
