Overall, foods are of very average quality. Lambs, king crab leg linguine are not fresh. Lobster bisque doesn’t taste good. Services and ambience are much better 继续阅读

Very satisfied with the service this time.We ordered a tenderloin and a 20oz rib eye bone in, asked for medium but the tenderloin was overcooked. Showed it to the staff and without any questions he proposed to replace it with another one. Apologized a few times and since it was going to take us another 10min of waiting, gave us a glass of wine on the house (we did order one glass while waiting but there’s never enough of it...)The meats were nice and tender. We had them with a seasonal asparagus from Provence which of course was well over priced (250$ for 3?!?). The french fries portion was generous we couldn’t finishSo happy we ended up with a banana caramel I only got to sample one spoon before my partner just engulfed it in 10 seconds. Showed my appreciation with a standard coffee.Double Asia Miles for monday. What else can you ask for?Overall very friendly staff, very well served throughout, maybe it was a not so busy monday but at least you get out with a nice satisfactory feeling 继续阅读

最近有位好朋友升职,因为我地之前讲过如果佢真系升职就要请去酒店食dinner,结果佢真系遵守诺言,请我地去金钟JW万豪酒店嘅Flint Grill & Bar食饭呢间餐厅对我嚟讲已经好高级,当日我都专登打扮好少少,费事失礼人,一去到餐厅见到装修好有格调,以黑色做主调,行型格路线,而且招呼好周到,有人会帮忙拉櫈同铺餐巾,我地被安排坐系厨师工作枱隔离,可以清楚望到各位厨师嘅手势同刀功由於系朋友负责点菜,其实事前我地完全唔知道当晚嘅菜单,充满surprise 同期待,一开始首先有软绵绵嘅面包配牛油,面包暖暖地好松软之後就到最令人兴奋嘅三层海鲜盘,净系卖相已经好吸引,我地忍唔住狂影相,最顶层有大大只龙虾同蟹,中层有生蚝,下层就系青口、蚬同虾,餐厅仲提供左几款酱汁配海鲜,我地食唔停口,因为海鲜真系好新鲜,尤其系龙虾,开边见到好多膏,另外蚝同虾都好高质素,食完呢个海鲜盘,觉得好似跳左落加勒比海咁,有被海洋包围住嘅感觉再嚟就系刺身拼盘,卖相又系好靓,谋杀唔少镜头,除左有平时常食嘅三文鱼🍣、甜虾、带子等,最估唔到就系有鲍鱼,刺身无论味道同口感都一流,最紧要系新鲜,而鲍鱼应该系用一些酱汁煮过,甜甜地好惹味食完冷盘就到热食,我朋友点左几款菜式,每样两碟,结果摆到全枱满晒,放系我面前系一大块牛排🥩,我觉得分分钟大过我块面,切开时充满肉汁,外面就烧得焦焦地好香,果然靓牛排系唔同D,食落好有牛味再介绍就系日式煎鱼(请原谅我真系唔知菜式嘅名字,所以写得唔够贵格),鱼🐟嘅质地好软滑,食完口腔里充满鱼油,唔知系咪用左味醂嘅关系,鱼肉好似有一种酒味,好特别另外仲有一碟菇菌、露笋同一盆炸薯条🍟,菇菌配上酱汁好惹味;露笋味道好清新,可减低油腻感觉;而薯条嘅薯味好重,我地食完一条又一条,完全抛低左淀粉质嘅顾虑轮到成晚另一个最令人期待嘅环节,就系女仔最喜爱嘅甜品🍮时间,我地试左四个甜品,分别系朱古力蛋糕配雪糕、草莓蛋糕、苹果挞及香蕉甜点。所有甜品嘅卖相都好精致,味道一流,好似食紧艺术品一样,即使当晚食完主菜已经好饱,但总有第二个胃去迎接甜品。我最喜欢就系苹果挞,苹果味清新而挞又好脆,锺意上面有片苹果乾做点缀我要趁呢个机会多谢当晚请客嘅朋友,佢好有心咁拣选大家锺意食嘅菜式,亦都好大方叫左好多嘢食,呢间餐厅好值得推介,无论环境、服务同食物质素都一流,连洗手间洗手盆嘅出水位设计都好特别,类似系一条条银色水管从上面运水落嚟,而且仲有位姨姨会递毛巾俾我地,好贴心当晚大家都好满足,几个女仔gathering 再加埋咁多美食,系一个Happy Friday,希望之後再有机会试下餐厅其他美食啦 继续阅读

职业关系我常有相机在身,随时作工作纪录亦随心记下周边点滴,当然现在手机拍摄功能也很励害,不过个人比较老派,还是喜欢单反的光学原理.拍摄食物照,速度要快,避免食物放凉,和尽量不影响其他食客,亦因此较少拍摄环境照,好的照片不单捕捉到欢乐时刻,有时候简直能将佳肴味道凝固下来,重看也彷佛嗅到令人垂涎的香味.跟友人到Flint晚饭,我们吃得早,到埗时天色泛蓝还没有暗下来,客人不多,对若干朋友来説可能刚刚下午茶完毕正在伸懒腰.我们先点了矿泉水和白酒De Martino Sauvignon Blanc.再慢慢细选餐点.头盘分别如下:{Flint's Signature Tableside Ahi Tuna Tartare}侍者将盛有各式材料的trolley推到客人跟前,稍作介绍後因应需求将食材混拌,然後放在盛満碎冰玻璃器皿上,黄鳍金枪鱼,牛油果,葱粒,酸姜,跟誉为"lime caviar"原产澳洲的Finger Lime搾汁与芝麻酱各味道层层叠叠,衬以紫菜脆饼,口感浑然天成,每一口都俨如满载海洋味道.{David Hervé Oyster Ceviche}半打欧洲生𧐢面淋以鲜茄油醋汁,𧐢只个别比较瘦弱,好像饿了几天似的,若然够肥美,添上少许柠檬汁已足够矣,不过现在添味增香也不赖.主菜Main Course-{US Nebraska Grain-fed Ribeye}10oz肉眼扒伴以焗蒜头和Old Bay洋葱圈,西洋菜及牛扒汁,牛扒煎烤技巧不容置疑,Flint一向水准稳定,炸洋葱圈以Old Bay Seasonings调味,加入啤酒batter讲求light和效果要crispy,论质感炸浆比够厚不失个性,可能店方要的效果就是这样.{Seared Scallops}四大枚煎得金黄香口的带子和㘃味的西班牙肠Chorizo,伴以柠檬酱lemon purée,海芦笋sea herbs和红椒,卖相亮丽可是份量对我来説略少,可能那天美食当前胃口也激增吧.{Warm Chocolaté Tart}及{Fruit & Berries},两款甜点从前已品嚐多次,在此略过介绍.食物好也要有良伴分享,是次渡过一个美好晚上,没有过饱打嗝烦恼,余韵有頼相片重温. 继续阅读

生日大餐 =〉男朋友book左Flint Grill & Bar, 在JW 5 楼。服务员安排咗我哋去近窗边嘅位置。其实去得酒店食饭,就系贪佢静静地,可以倾下计,但佢哋将啲客全部安排去窗边嘅连枱,其他枱全部空,好明显系为方便佢哋做嘢。搞到我哋成日比隔离枱啲声盖过晒。好喇,点左半打生蚝,一份45 day beef 同一份猪。卖相唔错,蚝就无咩特别喇个牛嘅肉味好鲜好嫰,值得一试。因为待应有提到呢种牛容易overcooked, 所以我哋点了medium, 但因为旧牛本身厚,最後都唔算大淋,而猪嘅味道就相对普通,唔建议点。黎得JW,当然要试埋啲甜品~点咗Smoves Tart 同一个香蕉味嘅甜品(无影menu唔记得个名XD)甜品卖相好吸引,食落都好好味,果然酒店系品质保证~~不过XD一件很好笑嘅事发生了,男朋友订枱嘅时候讲明要喺甜品写Happy Birthday。但黎到咩都无,激死佢XD下次大家落单都系提一提好啲哈。 继续阅读
