近排朋友提起flat iron 我先发觉原来系香港开左分店 仲要唔只一间 总共开左3间 分别系上环、中环、湾仔ö 中午最平$168加一 就已经可以食到澳洲黑毛安格斯牛价钱不错 我更留意到分别系星期一至四会有唔同优惠🤩Gaucho Steak ($168) 呢到有7oz既澳洲黑毛安格斯牛 牛肉味重 肥瘦比例平均 肉汁丰富 侧边仲有少少蒜蓉脆脆🧄 我叫左5成熟我觉得刚刚好 如果3成应该都可以 侧边可能会无咁干👀个chimichurri酱 令到佢更好食 牛肉更加juicy 酸酸哋又可以平衡返牛肉的腻(反而我朋友点左garlic butter🧈会觉得偏干)下次都会叫呢个!Sides重配埋薯条🍟同埋沙拉 个沙拉汁几开胃🥗 份量都几多!味道:🍖🍖🍖🍖/5📍FLAT IRON STEAK(香港)地址: 香港湾仔庄士敦道14-16号庄士敦大楼地舖

I got attracted by the name of this restaurant when I tried in the UK couple years back. Although the setting was different (still not 100% sure if they are the same brand), it was still a good experience. The beef was very juicy and tendered. Fine fries were crispy, together with fresh veggie on the side was very refreshing. They had a drink called concrete shakes with 3 different flavour. I ordered one called Egg Tart which basically was vanilla milk shake. It’s good for check in on social media. The service was excellent, with the waitress checked in with you to ask you about the quality of the dishes. I think it’s no longer a common practice in HK restaurant nowadays. Too bad that they changed the menu and now no longer offer chocolate lava cake as dessert. Hope it will come back. All in all, it’s value for money!

今次去湾仔食steak . 餐厅灯光柔和昏暗的,感觉气氛好轻松,而且价格亲民,CP值高!Flat Iron Steak :11oz 澳洲黑毛安格斯,牛扒份量十足,加上香料牛油,牛肉粉嫩肉质嫩滑,焦香软腍!配上爽脆薯条及新鲜沙律,好滋味!Gaucho Steak: 11oz 澳洲安格斯牛扒,牛扒份量一样甘大份!喜欢阿根廷辣青酱,酸酸辣辣的、不过牛肉冇 Flat iron 咁软腍, 但系肉味比较浓,炭烧味更加香!Jumbo Crab Cake: 蟹饼入面系满满蟹肉,而上面就系牛油果酱再配以沙律,蟹饼带有微微的辣!Chocolate Lava Cake : 香浓嘅朱古力,蛋糕口感湿润再加上朱古力雪糕,好正!Chocolate Oreo Brownie : 上层有好多湿润朱古力, Browine同脆脆Oreo碎碎,而底层系朱古力酱同吉士,超级邪恶😍
