门面虽小,但感觉到温暖的小店。鸡肉芝麻汉堡烧烤酱配薯条 - 面层面包好新鲜、好完整又多芝麻,汉堡包入面配有菠萝,入口带有甜味,块扒唔会太干,而且保留肉汁,好好食。纽西兰肉眼扒伴白饭配黑醋汁 - 好少食牛扒会配黑醋汁,酸酸地原来好夹牛扒味,有少少好似落喼汁一样,可充份提升牛扒的鲜味。小弟比较着重牛扒的牛肉味,提鲜后我更加欣赏。冻朱古力咖啡 - 其实只系计个买相已经值回票价啦。好有心机好靓。而家味道方面都控制得宜,有朱古力味又不失咖啡味,真系不二之选。 继续阅读

纽西兰肉眼扒配黑醋汁肉眼扒叫左七成熟,师傅将火喉控制得好好,切落去唔会好多血水,咬入口亦冇韧既感觉,而且牛肉味超级浓,配上黑醋汁,非常可口忌廉杂菜汤cream味好浓郁,西兰花同薯仔比例控制得好,好好饮食物质素配得上价格,上环食lunch 又有个好选择 继续阅读

中午时份,上环周围都多人,几间餐厅都full,见到呢间有位就即管去试试, 叫左 set lunch, 先有个忌廉汤, 叫左个 Risotto, 点知大失所望, 完全唔掂, 饭根本未熟, 同侍应讲, 仲答我Risotto 系硬, 我食左不同餐厅既 Risotto, 点会唔知 Risotto 既特性, 做餐厅都煮唔熟, 仲揾借口, 真系唔掂。虽然个日很肚饿, 但因为要食生既饭, 味道又难食, 祇勉强吃了一半。 早知去快餐店食个burger好过。 继续阅读

lunch time 想去gym, 不过去唔成,经过呢间cafe, 见到入面无人, 唔洗等所以试下一个人食,叫左西兰牛排 medium rare牛排黎到ge时候,waitress话「牛排7成熟」「我唔系叫7成,虽然唔紧要」「不如你试下先」我念应该系落单个waitress听错左 medium well同埋无同我confirm一次我念住如果煮得好食,7成都唔系问题,费事佢地dump左佢结果就真系唔好食,就算佢再煮过都应该唔会好食牛排外面系10成熟切开后 入面系5成熟即系出面熟晒 入面唔熟口感好韧 零水份个汁同块扒都无味之后我食晒个饭同伴菜 无食块扒就走左但系果位叫我试下先ge waitress亲眼见到我成块扒都无食到 亦都无同我跟进呢个位 我觉得服务真系麻麻其间 隔离台都叫左牛排 佢地同waitress讲 块扒可能厚左d 叫佢拎入去再煮熟d结论个厨师要恶补一下想食排点知变左食白饭真系扫兴唔好食事少客人隔耐左可能都会试多次但系如果系服务上留下唔印象通常都唔想在去 继续阅读

My parents brought me here for the first time, and the food were amazing; having said that the food is worth the price for sure. We orderd an egg benedict($58 from the afternoon tea menu), foie gras spaghetti(~$188 from the dinner menu) and lobster risotto(~$188 from the dinner menu). I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO TRY OUT THE OTHER FOOD, it was the best western food I have had in my life(better than any hotel meals in HK), no kidding.There were three pieces of egg benedict in total, each of them were done perfectly with runny egg in the middle. There were actually huge chuncks of seafood such as scallops and octopi. The ingredients were nicely picked and combined, they were super fresh. I don't even know how they could come up with such large amout of seafood chunckies with $58.A dinner set include a salad, soup, main course, a drink and a dessert. The salad was meticulously done. Veg were fresh while the mushrooms were warm. The sauce was definitely made by the chef since I hadn't had it anywhere else and it was so delicious.The waitress told us that the chef actually blended real mushrooms for the soup. It was nothing like the tin soups from supermarket. The colour is grey with little chunkies of mushrooms. It was fresh.The foie gras spaghetti was tasty. Again, they gave us huge chucks of ingredients. I rarely have foie gras but this one was awesome. If I had a chance, I would love to observe how the sauce was made because it was heavenly and I just couldn't figure out what were in it.The lobster risotto was good too. However, I personally think the lobster was a bit overcooked. But overall, lots of meat, sauce was amazing, and the presentation was appealling.They got a large variety of drinks and I ordered mint tea.And OMG the TIRIMISU WAS THE BEST.
