每次经过都想买黎试,今日见无人排队,所以买左 one box of 12 !今日有11种味,当然我要左个11只味,加上多件我最仲意嘅hazelnut la!! 😉😉由于我好仲意食macaroons ,所以今次对间店有好大嘅期望,但系...😅😅我试左caramel, hazelnut, vanilla n raseberry !! 虽然,hazelnut 嘅味道我几仲意,因为好似金沙,但系口感唔系太外脆内软,又冇好似laudree 咁有杏仁粒,有d失望😱😱其他味都ok,但唔会有个种令我难忘嘅味道,所以我应该唔会再买,除非佢有出一d新味!😎😎虽然味道唔系太出众,但系佢可以摆5日,5日内食用,都几好ge!!😗😗

I was around cwb area and wanted to satisfy my macaron cravings so decided to give Fauchon a try. I had the praline chocolate and chocolate (obviously I love chocolate). I picked the praline one because of the shiny shimmery coating on top of the macaron. I thought that was interesting. My first thought on both of the macarons r just very crunchy compared to other shops. Also the texture isn't as smooth, so u can feel the small grinded up pieces of almonds. Both of the flavors weren't very memorable. Just mediocre and very typical as to how it's supposed to taste. I probably wouldn't spend $22 on the macarons from here again.

马卡龙热潮持续,我俩绝不是什么甜魔,但偏偏爱上马卡龙这法式甜点纯纯个人喜好,在试过的品牌中,首选Jean Paul Hevin Chocolatier(也是全港最贵的),还有Paul Lafayet,LGB,Hami和Laduree的也不错是日试的,是来自法国的百年老店Fauchon记得数月前曾到过希慎广场地库的Jasons,那里已有Fauchon的马卡龙发售是日Fauchon在海港城的Chocolate Trail占了其中一个Pop-up store,再遇这百年老店,趁还未是晚饭时间,便小试牛刀,买了其中两款口味试试香草|开心果单看裙边,卖相十分不错可是马卡龙的表面却不够平滑,特别是开心果那款,较为粗糙先咬一小口,余下的部份已尽裂开,脆身程度可想而知两款饼底同样做得太脆,失去了本身应有的烟韧口感馅料过甜,开心果味更是非常薄弱,质地和味道也挺令人失望表面平滑程度一般,饼有点脆口,但比起开心果味,仍可接受 香草味道芳香,以马卡龙来说,甜度适中马卡龙是对湿度相对较敏感的甜点,也许,店方应针对香港的天气而作出改良我们知道,要做一个出色的马卡龙并非易事除了吃尽各大名店,也上过数次马卡龙制作班,希望终有一天能在我们未来的家成功自家制作马卡龙给各位亲朋好友品尝
