ethos。Hand Drip / Colombia $68。Piccolo / 50% off with set $19。Tom Yum Prawns Pasta $158由HKU到新舖湾仔秀华坊食物同咖啡质素一样保持水准银配黑风格，连餐具都系衬埋黑色不过入面唔大，得几张枱但可以坐outdoor，应该都几舒服几chill不过当日落雨，都系坐返入面menu都有all day、salad、pasta等等今次试咗Colombia手冲，好干净aftertaste berries味好出好甜冬阴公虎虾pasta就第一次食估唔到整得几好食，本身酱汁好creamy但微辣口感加青柠又会balance番 惹味又唔会滞，愈食愈开胃

午餐.睇相觉得唔错 一直都想去试今次终于出湾仔 可以顺便嚟食嘢.1) Tom Yum Prawns Pasta冬荫公味嘅酱汁配意粉 呢个配搭都几新奇味道唔错 少少辣 好惹味两只虾好大只不过整体感觉有少少油.2) Slow-grilled Chicken Breast Sourdough鸡胸肉好味 一啲都唔干不过个酸种面包好韧 切开都有难道.3) Salad沙律系前菜 但都好丰富.4) Lychee Roselle Soda要加钱嘅饮品味道几清新 甜度啱啱好.5) Breakfast Teaset menu本身有咖啡或茶但餐厅话无咖啡 就要咗茶好浓 可以化解一下油腻.整体味道都唔错 但少贵位置唔太方便 未必会再到访了

平日都是我在想吃什么 这次难得男友主动提议（喜）所以来到了他之前吃过觉得不错的ethos （他说之前吃过 smoked salmon and avocado toast很不错😆）但是这次我们太饿了 便点了主食吃-🌟-▪️Black truffle mushroom pasta ($118)大家看我们这么久都会知道这是白熊不知道吃什么时必点的😌pasta十分creamy 意粉和菇的比例几乎是一比一😳上面的大啡菇十分juicy~不错👍🏻▪️Tom yum prawns pasta ($138)这个看网上的人推荐便点了 我们觉得很惊喜！首先虾子大大一只和肉质弹牙😌意粉的调味也很足 酸酸辣辣 这个fusion 很ok! ▪️Sunset tea ($55)本来想点另外一种提子乌龙茶却卖完了 店员推荐我喝这个 橙味很香 喝起来有一点像洛神花 话说颜色也太浪漫了 🌅▪️Chocolate (iced) ($58)为了要睡午觉 我们没点coffee 巧克力和奶味很浓 喜欢🥰-🌟-小店有户外和室内的位置 里外都是pet friendly 店员很nice 一定会之后再访❤️在疫情时大家的处境一定很困难 也可能出现抗疫疲劳🥺 无论是叫外送也好 自己煮也好 能和喜欢的人一起分享美食真的是小确幸耶～

We wanted a quiet place after lunch to enjoy coffee and chill on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately before sitting down we already wanted to leave, but just didn’t want to be rude. It was really empty and we went in, said hi to the girl barista and no response while she saw us coming in. She just came to being us the menu. We went ahead to sit down, and she just pointed us to the door, again without saying a word, signifying we forgot to scan our Leave Home Safe app. We were ready to order and she didn’t come over, so we went up to the counter assuming we have to pay first. She then said “you pay after you eat” in a really rude voice. Then another customer came in, stood at the counter wanting to order, she also didn’t want to acknowledge her, until the customer said “hello can I order?”. We’re not sure why she’s working here if she seems to hate it so much, we wanted to come here to support small businesses instead of the Blue Bottle that’s nearby, but it really proved us wrong for doing so. In such a quiet area with so many choices, if you don’t step up your service, you won’t get any returning customers.
