I booked Entourage two weeks in advance to celebrate my 21st birthday with 14 friends. The manager was very friendly, and emailed me a set menu for my consideration. One day prior to the event, I called and asked if I could have the Chef's Table and they said it would be no problem. The service here is very friendly, and extremely efficient. When I arrived, my table was ready and I was immediately offered the menu and the wine list. I had brought three bottles of wine, and the waiter was happy to store it for me. I placed my order, and the food was served very soon after that. All the food was still hot, which is always a good sign. The overall dining environment is very good and I had a really good time.Appetizers:This was a really special foie gras. Very smooth, and went extremely well with the bread. The scallops were cooked to perfection!We also had the crispy goat cheese salad, and the snail ravioli.Mains:The sauce goes very well with the fish which is cooked very nicely. My only disappointment was that the waiter took the encrusted seabream away too quickly and I could not take a picture.The lamb was very very soft. My favourite part of this dish was the cloves of roasted garlic.Full of flavour, very creamy, and beautifully presented. We also had the mussels which were good.My only complaint was that I wanted to have the full lobster, but they said they were sold out. 星期五的晚上,中环人头涌涌,大家都来享受一个happy friday,而我也好不容易找到一个还有空间容纳我的餐厅。首次光临,地方空旷得令我有点吓怕,可能位置不太好,所以即使旁边的LKF布满人群,但这里依然是空空如也。人很奇怪,看到没有人的餐厅总会有些偏见的想法,是不是味道不好,所以没有人来,否则怎会星期正的晚上也没有人呢。ANYWAY,既然已经入来,就试试吧,反正又没有损失。餐厅的环境很好,装修得华丽,而且十分宽敞,位与位之间有很多空位,加上没甚么人,感觉就更加好了。最喜欢在没太多人的餐厅吃饭,人多就很嘈吵,嘈吵会令心情不好,怎可以连星期五晚的心情也不好呢!?餐厅环境: 十分满意面包先上,法包味道虽简单,没甚么香料点缀,但我就是喜欢它的简单美,simple is the best,黏韧的面包配上香浓软滑的牛油,为这美味的晚餐作一个好开始。餐包: 很满意Onion Soup($85)西汤的选择没有中汤的多,来来去去都是洋葱汤、忌廉汤、菜汤等,但有句叫贵精不贵多,最紧要好吃。不知从何时开始爱上了洋葱汤,有选择下,都会叫洋葱汤,试试不同餐厅做的有甚么分别,得出的结论是正宗的法国洋葱汤都是偏咸的,但爱健康的我对于咸度高的食物都敬而远之,不过间中一次,没所谓吧。说了一堆废话后,就是想说这汤对我来说比较咸,不过洋葱味牛味都真的很浓香,而且浮在汤上的芝士包也做得很好,很香的芝士味,但又不会香得很"酥",而洋葱也很足料呢。洋葱汤: 十分满意Snails and Spinach ravioli with Garlic cream($115)眼大睇过龙,看menu时只看了snails,我还以为是一般蜗牛盘上面放了几粒蜗牛,然后用牛油garlic焗香,直到上菜时才看到原来是ravioli。平日吃ravioli都是菠菜,原来用蜗牛都很特别。蜗牛软熟,云吞皮al dente是意料中的事,最意外的那汤底。很香很滑,忌廉味道不会很重,但又不失香滑,虽说是蒜蓉cream,但又不会很重的蒜味,即使不喜欢蒜的朋友也可以吃,当杀杀菌吧!!这个garlic cream真的令人十分喜爱,忍不住要喝清。蜗牛云吞: 非常满意Warm lobster salad and avocado with raspberry dressing($210)能够开胃大吃龙虾,我相信最直接是去cafe too,但现在去buffet兴趣渐减,当然不会再去cafe too。但又很想吃龙虾,所以到餐厅叫龙虾满足一下也不错。虽然不态开胃大吃,但浅尝更可以尝到食物的美味,不用说,这龙虾当然又弹又爽,十分香甜,而沙律也是用了上乘的菜,最喜欢当中有牛油果和raspberry,这碟食物中每样都是我喜爱的。清新的raspberry可以减低吃牛油果的滞腻感,整个菜色的配搭十分好。龙虾沙律: 很满意Pan Fried Beef Fillet with parsnips gratin and mushroom sauce($280)手多多,照片没有留底,手快快就按了save,将原本卖相吸引的牛扒变了一旧黑碳........这个牛扒是最近吃过最好吃的,很少有餐厅真的能够做到牛扒充满肉汁,这里绝对可以做到,用叉按牛扒时,很多汁流了出来,充满肉汁外,肉质也十分好,非常"林",而且是没有渣的,很多时吃牛扒都余下了很多渣,这块牛绝对把肉汁锁住又很林,烹饪的技巧真的不错。除了牛扒好外,配牛扒的parsnips也超好吃,每片切得一样厚,证明刀巧了得,刚刚好的厚度,配了些cream,虽有cream,但又不会很腻,再加上鲜味十足的mushroom,这碟牛扒真的令人赞不绝口!!非试不可!!牛扒: 非常非常好吃7hrs Braised lamb Shank, Olive oil and Rocket salad mash potatoes, Thyme Juice($235)名符其名,7hrs braised,即说明了这只lamb shank是用了7小时去研制,肉类用这种方法烹调一般可以锁住肉汁之余,肉质也十分嫩滑。而这羊,当然肉汁肉质都是100分,而令人又喜爱的便是这虽是羊,通常羊很难煮得好吃,不是太膻就是太重香料味,但这羊不但香料味不重但又能够保留原来羊的膻味,味道又不重,而很多时用了7hrs煮的羊都流失了绝大部份的羊味,吃上去与猪肉没分别,但这没有流失一点的羊味,真的很赞。美中不足的是我比较喜欢吃薯蓉,是要用筛筛过的那种,但这个mash potato只是一般暂烂了的薯仔,不过味道很好,混合了不同的香料,但又不会过火。lamb shank: 非常非常满意Latte吃了这么多美食后,是时候吃甜品了,吃甜品最好的配搭当然是咖啡。但已经夜深,怕喝了睡不著,而且平日在家都经常自制latte,冲咖啡的人永远都觉得自己冲的最好味,所以我也不叫了。不过试了一口,味道是不错的,咖啡豆的质素很好,值得一试而配上的糖也比一般的好,不过因为我喝咖啡都不放糖,否则都会买一包在家中坐镇。Thin Apple Almond Tart with Vanilla Ice Iream and Butterscotch Sauce终于到甜品时间了,虽然前面几道菜都令人十分满意,但都要试试甜品才知道是否真的有赞无弹。第一口,令人十分幸福,松脆的酥皮,酸酸的苹果,vanilla雪糕,冰火交融,甜酸混合,令人不能停口的苹果批,真的十分值得一试!! 苹果批: 十分满意Hot Chocolate Fondant served with Hazelnut Ice Cream 其实,心太软,真的吃得太多了,在家自己做,在外又吃,在外吃心太软最安全,最差是由心太软变成朱古力蛋糕而已。来到这里,虽有很多选择,但对其他的兴趣也不大,所以最后还是选了心太软。当然也没有令我失望,而且很惊喜地就是吃后也不会很腻,充满了朱古力味又不会过甜,而旁边的雪糕也很好吃,美中不足的是如果雪糕是homemade就好了。心太软: 非常满意总括来说: 超级满意!! 餐厅的service很好;而食物,当然是令人赞不绝口,每样食物的材料都很新鲜,而煮法也很赞,每样食物都配搭得十分好,而且吃完也不会很腻,因为每道菜中总有些食物是减低滞腻感的,可以说是配合得天依无逢。真的很惊喜,原来附近也有这样质素的餐厅。其实这种质素配以这个价钱,而且还在中环,算起上来也颇值的。最遗憾的是没有用相机把美食的外卖拍下,始终手机影的质素真的麻麻。 继续阅读

到中环食lunch, 2 人喺 Soho 行了一转无乜心水, 嚟到玉叶附近却见到呢间新店供应 set lunch, 仲好似有 crepes 食, 又上嚟试试. 本来想叫 3-course 及 2-course 各一份, 再散叫一份 crepe 做甜品, 不过店员又话是日无 crepes 供应, 唯有叫一人一份 3-course ($138)吧.面包系小型 baguette, 唔热, 边位脆口但有少少硬, 中间则几软熟, 食落就面粉香强劲 牛油唔似系 salted, 但好香奶味, 不过实在冻了 d, 可惜.Starter 拣了 marinated sardines with potato salad: 中间一 scoop 薯仔沙律, 再用渍 sardine fillets 围边, presentation 十分精致 Sardine fillets 比预期中无咁咸, 少少酸, 味道浓鲜 (其实亦可形容为「少少腥」, 视乎你钟唔钟意沙甸鱼吧), olive oil 味亦香, 配上质地较粗糙, 但薯味香又带点洋葱香味的 potato salad 同吃, 开胃又惹味, 正 朋友的 starter 系 goat cheese salad with honey: 疑似 Antonio名物? Goat cheese 卖相不及 Antonio 的金黄, 食落则无咁咸, 但羊味强劲, 质地极软滑, 配上甜甜的蜜糖汁及垫底的脆卜卜多士, 我觉得比 Antonio's 的更好食 沙律菜就够新鲜, 拌以酸香的 vinaigrette, 都不错.主食拣了 duck leg confit: 以前食过的 duck confit 都系无汁的「咸」及「干身」一类, 呢度的就有酸而不呛的 tomato-based 酱汁, 不过淋了酱汁后层皮仍然薄脆, 鸭肉松化软腍又 juicy, 好好食㖞 旁边的 mashed potatoes 质感细滑 (似 puree 多一点?), 薯味香又带点牛油及奶味, 但食落又唔觉得饱腻, 正 仲有西兰花, 红萝卜 etc 的 veggies, 味道普通, 用嚟清清味蕾不错的.朋友食 Angus striploin: 叫了 medium rare, 切开的确 medium rare, 仲有唔少血水渗出 试了少少觉得唔算好腍, 但质地松化, 肉味香, 亦好香炭烤味, 好食㖞 Dessert 拣了 floating island: 蛋白 "faak" 得轻巧, 面头则洒了杏仁片增添 nut 气及脆卜卜, 食落「一阵风」, 唔太甜, 配上充满 vanilla seeds 又甜而不腻的 vanilla caramel sauce, 最后当然轻易清碟. 亦试了少少朋友的 dark chocolate mousse, 朱古力味够香浓又够 "dark", 唔太甜, 质地软滑, 正 食物好, 配套亦好, 是日环境清静舒服, 店员亦 nice 得很, 绝对系由头满意到尾的一餐 lunch. 连加一埋单每人约 $152, 绝对值得试试.推介美食: 上述所有食物! 继续阅读

中午去,2 course $108,真好平,可能因为对中环来说叫吊脚。无乜人,只有4桌人,两桌是法国人。很好坐,室内有种希腊小屋feel。面包正常,不过没有软包,都是硬麦包块,不过waitress会主动问你添不添,几好。头盘在汤和salmon gravadlax salad和mushroom cream中选,要了鱼,很好,沙律和鱼都好吃过Exchange Liberty。仲有pesto sauce。Main course要了Pork Tender Loin in cheesy mash,朋友要了sea bass。鱼好食过Zummer!Pork也很好,温度、质地、肉质都不错,外皮有少少咸,很可以接受。没有要desserts,要了cappuccino,正常地好饮。主要是抵食,$108!3 courses 才$128,加埋一也不贵,又好坐又静,不算真的太吊脚,又不用行上斜,约人食午饭真系几好。 继续阅读
