Invited to lunch by the Twins as a last minute stand-in. Japanese pop up. Set menu for HK$780 pp. Here’s what we had.Broth with small pieces of Soft Shelled Turtle.8 pieces of Sushi, being:-Giant Needle FishSwordfish Squid Kagura Pepper Grouper Lean Tuna FujiTroutVegetables topped with dried bottargaRice used was 'Kuro Shari', where no white sugar was used; and mixed with activated carbon from palm kernel shells, hence the black color. Supposedly more healthy with low GI value.A choice of Miso Grilled salmon Or Miyazaki A5 Tenderloin (Supplement of $220)Nothing near half-full. Paid a supplement of $120 for a small bowl of Barachirashi (sashimi cubes on rice).Dessert: Mochi with small pieces of renkon (lotus root) in the middle.In summary: Didn’t really expect much for $780. But the “satisfying” level of this lunch was pitiful even by my standards. Not to mention the wobbly table, the Persistent mosquito, massive gap in between courses and the Grumpy waitress. The only positive thing was the excellent service from the young French waiter. Unfortunately his cheerful and helpful attitude had no effect on his colleagues. 因为有推广,所以试吓呢间二🌟餐厅,9道菜$1,600pp👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 需要连加一全数预款🫣位处中环好多🌟🌟餐厅嘅顶层位置,环境开扬👍🏻👍🏻冇得输😅可能坐近露台,冷气有啲不足,有景但比较热🥵食物🥘新鲜、份量亦足够,味道😋😋😋服务好,不过可以改善😅 餐厅经理好nice,但欠🌟🌟餐厅应该有嘅服务,例如我哋坐低,都冇问我哋是否饮酒🍸所以我哋都唔叫啦😥上完最后甜品,唔见晒人,餐厅经理失左踪,虽然唔使埋单,但都应该要送客架😅结果系我哋无声无息咁走人,只有门口个接待员送客😂古怪嘅体验😅Gougere - Hay cream with caviar 开胃小点:芝士、鱼子酱,味道咸香咸香😋Scallop tartare on buckwheat tart with radish Onion dashi jelly with amaebi右上系一个带子挞、左下洋葱啫喱杯,面头系洋葱仔Vegetal & floral feuillete to share面包棒,主要系蔬菜同埋种子,上面系可食用嘅花,睇见都开心😍Duck Foie Gras (with sea urchin)浓郁丰富北海道赤海胆配幼滑嘅鹅肝啫喱,加入热情果再以热情果壳盛载,清新与浓烈及交替,出奇地夹👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Girolles时令鸡肝菌、鳗鱼,鱼子酱,加入欧洲萝卜做汤底,鲜味浓郁Brittany Blue Lobster 蓝龙虾,个底系黄酒汁、鳟鱼子、日本青葱龙虾肉质爽脆,味道鲜甜👍🏻👍🏻龙虾钳、冻汤,加入腌制子姜Australian Wagyu (代替 Line-caught Turbot)澳洲和牛,红酒烩牛肉配以浓缩牛肉酱汁,牛肉较为有咬口,旁边嘅洋葱🧅几入味😅French Veal Chop牛仔肉,莴笋Pear简单来讲,类似啤梨味嘅糯米糍😅Sourdough以酸种面包制作嘅甜品,加入海盐焦糖雪糕,几有特色,好靓好有艺术品嘅感觉😂Charentais melon, Apple tatin, Chocolate tart上面系法国哈密瓜、右下苹果挞、左下系黑朱古力挞,加入干邑😋😋😋 继续阅读

今次去左Ecriture食lunch 系一间米芝莲2️⃣🌟法国餐厅 我都bookmark左好耐啦🤤整体尼讲 有几样野我觉得真系突别好食!海胆鱼子酱挞!!! 咁一定好食🤤不过要加788得半个 就自己衡量值唔值得至于冇讲嘅个啲前菜(冻pie同个菇)就一般我第二中意嘅菜就系个鱼!尼个真心好食!因为鱼要煮得好食系有啲难 其他餐厅我都好小觉得好食尼间个鱼首先煮得刚刚好 一啲都唔老之如仲好嫩滑个汁都好食😋个pigeon我觉得都唔错 味道好浓郁 其实系好食 但食多几旧就会好漏个甜品真系小失望 因为佢个pear sorbet 加左花生酱入中间我觉得两个味唔系好夹 继续阅读

庆祝纪念日的一天选择了这一间米芝莲二星的法国菜餐厅, 甜点是较为令人惊喜的菜色, 其他的只能说是不过不失, 甚至是signature的主菜也没有什么特别的地方, 味道较为单一, 没有预期的层次; 只可以讲呢个价钱以及星, 正常客人会有更高嘅期望吧! 继续阅读

🌟a french taste of a 2 star michelin 🌟absolutely delighted to have ticked this off my nomming list - named after ‘calligraphy’ in French 🖋️ and the experience was more than what I could have hoped for (and more) 🥹got the 5 course lunch menu - it’s a mix and match concept where you build up your menu from the list of starters, mains and desserts (instead of build the bear, it’s build your noms) 🤭the caviar and uni tart was no doubt stunning, fresh as can be, simultaneously creamy and melty - I confess it’s worth breaking bank for the supplement charge (no regrets) 💯 secondly, if you’re not into delicacies, maybe it’s best you don’t Google what shirako is but I personally like it lol, and this particular one is cooked in beignets dough, pickled radish, watermelon spicy persimmon jam.already cheekily previewed the turbot and it absolutely blew my mind, theatrical - and I love it! Just really appreciated how a blank turbot canvas transformed into a butterfly sort of moment ✨ the sauce vin jaune was so good, really a smokey punch of flavour with chorizo and ikura! The pigeon wasn’t too bad, but think I’ve already been won over by the first main hehe!dessert never fails to satisfy me, my chosen pear sorbet really was the cherry on top, quite liked the peanut praline tucked away, but it was the frozen pear that just elevated it with that extra oomph 🥹 was super lovely honestly & yet there’s the les gourmandises left to finish Japanese strawberries, chocolate tart and tropézienne … just happily stuffed I’ll tell you that, just take me back already!staff was super attentive the entire duration of lunch, I was the first to arrive and also the last to leave 🤭 继续阅读
