已有好一阵子未曾到访 Divino Patio Ristorante Bar Pizzeria,店内装潢无变,食品大体上差不多,只是定价高了。服务方面比同级餐厅差,未能予人亲切到位的感觉。因饱意未消,今次只选择品尝 salad buffet。整体而言,食品款式多,选材富质素。菜蔬食感爽鲜,菇菌尤其美味,更吸引的是一众 cold-cut 及巴马火腿,咸香可口,笔者前後也吃了多块。唯一美中不足的地方,是整个沙律吧都没有海鲜美馔,只有一碟烟三文鱼选择。 饭後有一杯滑溜软雪糕作甜品。吃毕感觉冰冷,多来一杯热咖啡作结最好不过。 一时不为意多点了清水一枝,每人因而多付二三十元,抵食评分或多或少再受影响呢 !

因饱意未消,今次只选择品尝 salad buffet。整体而言,食品款式多,选材富质素。菜蔬食感爽鲜,菇菌尤其美味,更吸引的是一众 cold-cut 及巴马火腿,咸香可口,笔者前後也吃了多块。唯一美中不足的地方,是整个沙律吧都没有海鲜美馔,只有一碟烟三文鱼选择。

呢个pizza唔算好大个,三个女仔分都几够。我最欣赏个pizza底,烟烟韧韧有嚼口的感觉。配料有蕃茄酱 、水牛芝士 、蘑菇 、火腿。成个pizza唔会话好酸,反而几fresh,同d配料亦都好夹,而且又够热辣辣,我地都食到停唔到口,仲一边食一边大赞好味。

舖头可以拣坐室内或者室外,店员主动安排左室外位置比我地,坐位对面有把大风扇吹住,虽然都有少少热,但系个感觉几唔错。几个fd围埋一齐倾计嘻嘻哈哈,好写意呀!

上一个post讲过order一杯野饮就有得任食自助bar,野食绝不马虎,精致美味的食物,配以整齐的摆设,未食已经加晒分。虽然有d野食唔知叫咩名同唔系几岩我口味,但亦无损我的心情,而朋友吃过芝士後大赞好味,还encore了几次。
至於盛载食物的竹签都非常讲究,穿有珠珠和繋上绳结,极有心思。配埋杯cocktail,一班fd放左工围埋吹下水,呢d先叫生活架嘛!

DIVIDO而家每逢星期三都会有一个cocktail session,只要按住自己的喜好同调酒师讲,少甜多甜少酸多酸fresh d酒味浓淡你想点都得,佢就会同你一齐亲手制作出一杯独一无二的drink,整好之好仲会帮你杯野饮命名tim,我个杯叫Mandyman Martini🍹🍸🍻🍷

每晚5:30-8:30,只要你order一杯drink(ard$70),就可以享用埋自助bar,野食都好丰富架,有三文鱼 、芝士 、厚切鸡蛋,pizza等等,当晚餐食都够晒饱。一个价钱有得饮又有得食真系好抵呀!

The service was quite attentive, they quickly brought us the menus, bread and olive oil – but then it took some time to place our orders. Just about when we were placing our orders, the waitress told us about the special of the day. Oh well, we figured we try some of the Chef’s specials on the menu.
First we shared an eggplant parmigiano – and this is a really classic dish that should be hearty, meaty and tomatoey – but it was too fancy. The eggplants were too chewy and there was not enough cheese to hold the dish together. There could and should have been more meat and overall the modern presentation was a let down. This dish should be served like a lasagne – in a deep dish, with cheese and tomato sauce all over it.

Next up, the beef carpaccio. The meat was nice, but overall the dish was just average – no dressing on the rocket salad and the artichoke hearts were pickled in such a sour marinade, I kept pulling a face like I had bitten onto a lemon. It was a decent sized portion, but the dish was not coming together for me. It was too sour.

Patrick ordered some wine – but half of the wine bottles on the menu had not arrived for some reason or the other. But credit to the waitress, she picked a nice red wine, that went well with the beef carpaccio and the next dish, the highlight of the evening: the suckling pig.

It was spit roasted and it came with potato mash and a tasty balsamic reduction (let’s just forget about the artichoke as a side, it was not enough vegetable to actually feature it on the menu as a side dish). The meat was very tasty, nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection so that it was almost falling off the bone – but it had enough crackling on the top to provide a nice contrast. While the pictures don’t do it justice, this was one of the best suckling pigs I’ve ever had!

Unfortunately the calzone was a let down – too much dough, a very hard outside crust that was too soggy in the middle. It was too wet inside and the ingredients were not spread evenly, the outer pieces didn’t have any ham and were just boring dry. Maybe we should have ordered a pizza instead, but for a calzone I won’t come back again.
Will I go there again? No, unfortunately three our of four dishes were not that great – and with a bill that came to 920 HKD for four dishes and two glasses of wine, I can have much better Italian food somewhere else.

好少写食评,但由於呢间餐厅服务态度实在太不良好,要上黎写一写。Book左星期五8:00食饭,去到餐厅入面只得几台。一坐低,佢就问我地饮乜,我地未决定,叫佢俾暖水我地,佢俾左半杯水我地,之後无再refill。睇完餐牌之後,举手叫野食同酒,所有人都扮见唔到,结果足足举左十分钟,有个waitress行埋黎,听完要乜,行开,原来要叫返另一个waitress过黎,终於成功落单。野食唔错,但我地四个女仔,都感觉份量较少。到食完甜品想叫佢加水清一清,个waitress答左一句"sure"後结果等左十几分钟都无人加过水,惟有再问多次。结果等左十几分钟,举手再叫,话要warm water最终又俾左cold water...唯一反应最快就系埋单时间。每人500蚊食咁既服务,真系无下次。

我公司有个古怪0既传统, 就系生日果个要请食饭, 好不幸地, 今次轮到小弟.  起初大家话要食填鸭, 後来又话太远唔够时间, 搅下搅下就拣左间近公司0既餐厅.虽然呢间餐厅系公司附近, 但系都系第一次去, 装修都算可以, 舒适得来又有STYLE.  一入到去, 有个好吸引0既salad bar, 卖相都唔错, 比起好多餐厅丰.  坐低, 睇下个menu,都系一般salad bar加main course, 可以净食salad, 或者加个main dish.  生为一个男士, 净食沙律紧系唔够喉, 所以叫左个意粉.个salad bar一D都冇令人失望, 食物精致得来又美味.  而且十分新鲜, 其实真系可以唔食main dish, 我都食左几转先停手.  反而main dish就一般, 有D鸡肋FEEL.  甜品系雪巴, 叫做饭後有D甜野咁啦.

This week we visited Divino Patio for the first time. Even though the atmosphere and the decor was good, the food was more than merely disappointing.For the starter we had the choice between a salad or a wild mushroom soup. Neither of the options were a good option with the soup being watery and tasteless while the salad was very salty. New salads were requested and they returned with totally tasteless salads for which we put in olive oil ourselves to make it a bit more tasty.For the main course

This week we visited Divino Patio for the first time. Even though the atmosphere and the decor was good, the food was more than merely disappointing.

For the starter we had the choice between a salad or a wild mushroom soup. Neither of the options were a good option with the soup being watery and tasteless while the salad was very salty. New salads were requested and they returned with totally tasteless salads for which we put in olive oil ourselves to make it a bit more tasty.
For the main course the choices were between Spit-roasted Game hen (signature dish), Home made Ravioli, or Salmon steak. I chose the Spit-roasted Game hen as this is their signature dish. When presented, the dish looked nice. However, once you start eating you realize how incredibly dry the chicken was. To reduce the feeling as if i was putting dry paper in my mouth, I kept putting ketchup (the only sauce provided) on the chicken. If that dish is the signature dish, imagine how the other dishes were. For the ravioli a total of 7 pieces, yes 7 pieces, were served. How is that supposed to be enough for a proper dinner? On top of that, the pasta was rather dry and the dough thick. The salmon was acceptable but just very plain.

As a dessert we had an apple tart. Out of the three courses, this was the best part. And even this was disappointing with the dough of the tart being dry and hard to cut.                          

We left with the decision not to come back to this place again with the food totally not worth the money. This decision especially holds after we were 'treated' with huge stomach ache after dining at the venue.

沙律吧摆放了约三十多款的配料和酱汁,色彩斑斓多姿,赏心悦目之余,又蕴含了各种的营养成份。率先介绍咸香油润且选材上乘的风乾火腿、salami、杂肉片、巴哈马火腿、烧牛肉和烟三文鱼等,继而有芝十粒、饼乾、焗薯粒、藜麦沙律、烤菇、烤南瓜、提子、哈蜜瓜、火箭菜和罗马生菜等,也有青瓜片、蕃茄片、红菜头、红黄椒、红萝卜、粟米、面包粒和洋葱等,最後少不了烟肉碎、芝士粉及各式沙律酱汁。全部任取任吃,细吃之人,饱肚绰绰有余了。

小妹只拿了两碟沙律,已吃得胃顶肚撑,甚为满足也。几乎每款配料都试过,可以「菜爽料鲜味美,值回票值」作一简略的概括。火腿较为咸鲜,三文鱼也偏油润,份量不宜多取,建议伴沙律菜同吃,更为美味可口,清新轻盈。

由於事前怕吃不饱,故点了一客的忌廉蘑菇自家制意大利扁面条$26。卖相超级简单,然却吃出个惊奇﹗鹅黄色又长又扁的扁面条均匀地沾满乳白忌廉酱汁,咬下富面粉香之余,且爽弹烟韧无比,且渗出阵阵菇香,水准甚高。拼死吃沙律的老爹,饱到神情呆滞,然仍能吞下四份三的扁面条,可见面条慑人的魔力﹗当然,勉强为之,是没有好下场的 - 老爹胃部不适了好几天……

Divino 的环境不错,除了那股与小妹共餐的热风外﹗
服务也到位,侍应面带笑容,亲切可人,且会主动加水,值得一赞。然而,写食评时,方知Power lunch buffet包咖啡一杯,而我们却没有留意,侍应也没有提及,故服务扣少少分。

先看看头盘/沙律buffet的选择吧,其实与平日的semi-buffet lunch的选择差不多,都是意式冻肉及沙律菜为主,还有面包都是自助的。妹妹十分喜欢这里的面包呢!不过甜魔妈妈要留肚,这天就没有多试了。

火腿是这里的一大吸引卖点,店内供应Parma Ham及另一款似是Speck Ham的火腿,两款都油分充足,咸香吸引,衬以清甜的哈蜜瓜绝对是人间美味!

其他的沙律菜选择也非常之多,新鲜清爽,而且连白露笋也有得吃,是个健康清爽的好开始。当然少不了清甜美味的哈密瓜,其实净食已经很美妙了~

头盘大致是这样,简约而吸引,另外甜品区也是贵精不贵多,三款李批、双重朱古力挞,以及合桃批,都是卖相与味道都吸引。另一边还有清甜好吃、在意大利街头常见的杂莓,真的甜魔妈妈也吃了不少。

不过对於甜魔妈妈来讲,最吸引绝对是这架别具风味的I-Scream雪糕车;Haagen Dazs及Movenpick的雪糕吃得多,可以任食I-Scream的雪糕突然变得很有新鲜感呢!而车内共有六款口味,包括柠檬雪葩、芒果、士多啤梨、云尼拿、朱古力及咖啡味,大多数都超美味~雪糕可以按客人要求,以杯上或筒上,小朋友们一定会选甜筒,因为真的特别开心呢~

由於餐厅是半开放的,食客并不会给冷气包围着,而是可以感受到外面的热浪,雪糕变得特别受欢迎。事实上,为食的囝囝一来首先吃的,就是士多啤梨味的雪糕,之後还要求添食了两次,可见其美味魔力!

另外店方又会准备不同的画笔及蜡笔给小朋友涂鸦,另一边还有大量玩具,再加上Brim 28里面设有育婴室 (没有锁但是双重门,可以找爸爸睇水喂奶),亲子设备比起好些酒店还要完善呢!店内有两款BB high chair,是日小兄妹各坐一款,他们看来都很满意自己的座位安排。

拍小兄妹搞到忘拍了第一碟头盘,其实内容大致都是火腿、哈密瓜、凯撒沙律、火箭菜等,是个很清怡美好的开始。

这就是Sunday Brunch中由侍者奉上的沙律,内容丰富包括鸡蛋、薯仔、火腿、橄榄等,Matthew爱极了中间的鸡蛋。虽然甜魔妈妈喜欢凯撒沙律更多,不过这样有人服待食物上台,感觉又几好。

还有新鲜又热辣的蒜茸烤包也是由专人上台,比起buffet台上的面包自然好吃吸引多了,甜魔妈妈吃到停不了口呢!用了很大的意志力,才令自己冷静下来没有再点多份。

继沙律及蒜包,还有海鲜及肉类烧烤都是任点任食,并由专人上台。不过我们觉得内容似乎不太适合囝囝,一问才知原来这里还设有Kid menu,5-12岁的小朋友收费$168,但Matthew未满5岁就完全免费,很抵呢!儿童餐包了他最爱的橙汁任饮,由图可见他饮得十分开心~

儿童餐的主菜选择十分丰富,包括火腿奄列、任何pizza、蕃茄肉丸意大利面、安格斯汉堡拌薯条、烤鸡胸等,可惜甜魔妈妈过了12岁,不然也真想享用儿童餐优惠,哈哈!最後为Matthew选了蕃茄肉丸意大利面,那面条超al dente好好吃!囝囝没有吃完的,甜魔妈妈也代他吃光了。

烧烤肉类就无论阵容还是味道都丰富多了,当中最喜欢烧牛肉,烤乳猪也挺香的,不过份量真多得有夸张,没有习惯这样大啖吃肉的两口子,吃了七成已经超级饱啦... 而底下还有美味的烧烤大蘑菇,另外烧粟米也很甜,唯有多吃这些解滞吧。

除了雪糕氹到囝囝超开心,餐厅的Toys corner也令他乐极忘返!除了十分益智又好玩的Play Doh,甜魔妈妈也与他一起钓了一阵鱼,可以重拾儿时童真,十分难得~

喜欢轻松气氛环境,又有3岁以上 (酒店已经要收费了),5岁以上幼儿的,来这里叹Sunday Brunch真的挺开心。临走,见到餐厅在父亲节在做特长时段的Father's Day Sunday Brunch ($422/位),每位爸爸还可享Cocktail及Massage服务,有兴趣的可以去吃啊~

In February 2014, DiVino will serve a Terrines and Pâté Feast by offering a range of terrines by 100 gram portions as starters. Terrines and pâtés are very suitable winter comfort foods, as they are satisfying and help keep you warm.

(1) We started off with a free range chicken breast and fresh tarragon terrine ($128/100g). Even though the chicken meat was quite lean, it was certainly not lacking in flavours, and the terrine was clean tasting and had a good bite. All the terrines are served with toasted farm bread, gherkins and garden salad.

(2) There are suggestions for wine and beer pairing, and a bottle of Tre + Due beer by 32 Via dei Birrai was suggested to be paired with the chicken terrine. 32 Via dei Birrai is an artisanal Italian microbrewery. Their beers are some of the top craft beers in the world, renowned for their variety of exquisite flavours, high quality, traditional brewing methods and innovative bottle designs. These certified vegan and organic craft beers are usually only served at upscale venues, such as hotels and high end bars.

The beer completely won me over - it was amazingly light and pure, and a fruity, citrus note made it absolutely memorable; it was simply a notch above any other beer I have ever drunk before. A bottle of these artisanal beers costs the same as a normal bottle of wine, so it was only right that we drank it from a champagne glass!

(5) The country style pâté ($118/100g), flavoured with guerande “fleur de sel”, had a pungent, fiery tang. Country pâtés are meant to be homely and rustic, and are traditionally made entirely of pork as it is cheaper than other meats.

女友及後提议於会展附近随意选一间餐厅,於是最後选择了DiVino Patio Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria。
订枱8点钟,可是我与女友有事迟到。不过完全没有问题,因为这个星期天的晚上,餐厅已入座枱数寥寥可数,大概只有四、五枱客人吧。
餐厅有部份餐枱设置於室外,方便吸烟人仕或有雅兴於这个微凉的秋浅酌一杯的酒客。餐厅门口附近更有数碟小食免费供应予Happy Hour的顾客(供应时段好像是18:00-20:30)。可惜由於我是光顾晚餐,该免费小食并不供应予我们,所以我亦未有了解其详情。
我与女友选择室内靠墙的座位,店内环境舒适,装修以木色为主。店员则以外国人为主,服务态度良好。整体进餐环境良好,气氛偏向宁静,适合三五知己把酒谈心。

但食物才是餐厅的灵魂吧!至少我是这麽认为的。
是晚点了2个appetizer、1个Main Course、1个Ristto及两杯红酒,最後还点了2个dessert。
面包例牌,不过有点偏乾和硬。黑醋、橄榄油由店员添加。

Imported Black Mussels($148)
(由於进餐时并没有打算写食评,所以没有相片提供。)
Black Mussels,它的肉比较细(指甲size)但清甜,带有少许海水味。该店用了忌廉、蕃茄、蒜以及相信有少量红酒等去煮,是一个”唔会死错”的煮法。
可惜感觉有些许overcooked,肉质有少许韧。而且sauces未见令人留下深刻感觉,反而有homemade感觉。
份量不多,两人份,刚好每人6-7只。
称不上美食,煮得比它好的大有人在;但也不能说它差,普普通通吧!

Tuna Avocado Tartar($138)

少吃appetizer的我第一次嚐试Tuna Avocado Tartar,於网上搜寻一下,一大堆一式一样的相片通通跑出来。临走时亦看见另一枱外国朋友正在品嚐他的Tuna Avocado Tartar。
网上搜寻到的说这是最易做的美食!的确,吞拿鱼鱼生混上橄榄油及香料加牛油果,只靠想像都觉得美味。
可能是第一次吃,个人认为牛油果的质感配吞拿鱼鱼生很match;餐厅选用的牛油果亦刚熟,充满果香;厨师调味亦适中,不会抢过牛油果与吞拿鱼的味道同时能带出其鲜味,令味道更丰富。
我个人认为这是是晚最好的一道菜。回家後有时间会跟网上的食谱自己做,试试看。

纯粹因为想食Risotto而点的Risotto。记不起menu上写有什麽材料了,只记得吃下去有淡淡的忌廉与芝士味;饭也煮得到位,不会太生或太熟。
但最可惜是除了以上感觉外,我再吃不出其特别之处。相信用一半价钱可以於别处得到同等或更好的Risotto。
还是那句评语吧!称不上美食,但也不能说它差,普普通通吧!

一开始想点Rib-eye的,可惜店员说sold out,那只好转Tenderlonia。
老实说,一开始端上枱的时候我是满有期待的;切的时候感觉肉质很腍,内里肉质颜色粉红,但没有肉汁流出;吃的时候心情有点失落,实在有点太dry了。
肉,我相信是上等食材,真材实料的牛腰肉,真的很嫩,可惜煮得有点过火。点的时候要求medium raw的,因为经验告诉我,8成餐厅都会煮得过熟的,除非到高级扒房吧!但店员suggest medium是最好的,我见他满有自信的,便采纳了他的意见。
可是结果出来它还比medium要熟。肉汁都流光了,剩下肉亁。吃到边位时更惨不忍睹。反而伴碟的菠菜更吸引我。
当然,因为这家餐厅不是扒房,我本身并不对这里的牛抱有希望,所以并没有太大失望。但毋庸置疑,这是全晚最差的一道菜。

红酒我不太懂,随便选而且,酒庄名当然没有记着啦。
我认为不过不失吧,附合我所预期的味道,纯粹分享一下价位。

由於main course未能满足我的慾望,所以我尝试从甜点里得到小小心灵上的慰藉。

Trio Chocolate($88)

我想这甜品的中文应该是朱古力三重奏吧!分别是心太软、朱古力雪糕及朱古力波。
一端上枱心太软已"软"至漏浆,我想大部分甜品爱好者看了都直摇头。幸好我没有切开心太软看着朱古力浆流出来的心瘾。味道一般吧。
朱古力雪糕就是一般坊间的味道吧。令人失望的是其硬度,用匙子一口一口吃时要用力把雪糕分开而铿铿作响。
朱古力波未知是否自家制的。我不太锺爱及认识甜品,不过我想它应该是类似Chocolate Truffle,不过没有包上可可粉或nuts的外层。口感廷滑,朱古力味还可以,我认为是三样中最好的。

因为未试过而点。外筒做得廷脆;馅料吃的时候未知是什麽,只觉有nuts跟类似mousse的东西打匀,但没有mouse般"漏";有少许柠檬味,感觉清新。
後来上网看看才知是用一种cheese加开心果做的。口味因人而异吧,我认为还好,女友却猛自摇头。

总结:
就餐环境舒适,是把酒谈心的好地方;食物质素一般,分量不多;相对质素、分量而言,价格偏贵。
所付的价钱相信有4成是"食环境的",但其实这里没有海景、liveband,唯一是没有顾客所以很宁静。
相信因为地理位置关系,其顾客路线应该主打於会展展览会後出来觅食的外国朋友。故价格偏贵但只要食物对胃口仍有客路。
毕竟比它平又好的选择多得很,相信我亦不会再光顾其晚餐,最多就脚的话会来happy hour吧!

其实我都唔常买餐厅团购.......不过见个环境同之前D评都唔错.......就买左黎同男友食啦~入到去好relax..........我地放底野就去左拎野食啦有  Cheese with walnut, Roastef beef, cold cut, Parma Ham, Salmon仲有D生果 ( 提子, 哈密瓜)现成salad~Salad bar!!!! 油感比较重, 但三文鱼味略有不足.......
不过胜在任食...........有几轮都唔差ga........
所以都睇下运仔

鱿鱼salad(7/10)
我觉得调味少左D.........如果加番D 咸味.........就会平衡D
哈密瓜(9/10)
好甜呀!!!!!!同埋唔会过熟!!!! 仲要每一轮都咁甜美!
cheese(8.5/10)
如果就咁食系会比较咸.......但胜在有咸香味...........唔会"那"
walnut 好好食~~~唔系淋淋的
