Interestng noodles that are made with cactus.The appearance of the noodles were pink instead of green.It didnt have any distinctive flavour, but i had it with crabmeat soup.The soup was very thick, just like the crabmeat soup you get in restaurants.So basically it was having noodles served in crabmeat soup rather than a watery soup.

Visited this noodle shop last year. The price, service and food quality was good, so last night when wen (party of 5) shopped by in terminal 2, we placed a visit again.We found out that they got new items - pork cutlet set ($92, very much like the Japanese style one)One bowl of rice (with some sesame), sea weed soup, pickled tulip and a juicy delicious pork cutlet (side dish with sliced vegetables). They also provided extra sesame in bowl and grinder for BBQ sauce for dipping the pork.We were very satisfy with their service and food. The pork cutlet was tender and tasty (not like other deep fried shop making it too hard and dry.)The pumpkin salad starter that we ordered was great, all of us like that. Will sure visit here again in near future. Highly recommended choice in airport.

我同楼下食家一样,平日晚上7点去,但店内一位顾客都无。点了白汁海鲜仙人掌面,韩汁牛肉rosemary面。白汁海鲜仙人掌面,海鲜算多,芝士味浓,面都ok,稍嫌系芝士汁太杰,稀返小小就好。韩汁牛肉rosemary面,用肥牛制作,小小辣,面都ok。虽然系停车场境,远有golf场,但算开扬。整体说真系唔差,大家不妨一试。

找了一个平日的六点几去,里面一个人都无。都觉得有点突然,虽然地点系偏一点,不过都不至于一个人都无挂。直至食完都系得三张,生意难做。心谂会唔会系D野好难食,所以无人。叫了两个SET DINNER,$60个有野饮,机场员工有八折。价钱一点也不贵。点了一个辣汤虾面,仲有一个韩汁炒牛肉粉,还点了个虾卷。先来一个虾卷,真系新鲜热辣即炸,但不算油腻,十几蚊4大条,很抵食。辣虾汤面卖相好似相当辣,血红色,不过试落又唔算辣。配料相当多,有虾同其他海鲜,但是味道有少少偏咸。D面唔连汤食都已经很够味。那个韩汁炒牛肉粉很大碟,少少辣。牛肉系肥牛,所以不会un,整体味道几好。全部都值得一试。其实还有几款都想试,但系一次过食唔哂^_^

一间位置楼梯底食店,主打新派面食,而共有五款不同面种供配搭(南瓜pumpkin,绿茶green tea,红椒red pepper,仙人掌cactus及迷迭香rosemary)代表五种不同颜色,烹饪方式亦有辣虾汤面,白汁海鲜面及炒面不等,定价约$70左右.日式白汁海鲜炒面:配仙人掌面底是我最失败的一点,老实说海鲜算是下足功夫,有青口,八瓜鱼仔及虾仁,芝士味浓郁,但仙人掌面太黏口,未知是本身质感如此或是煮得过火,而鲜虾并没有去除尾巴附近的虾壳,有点美中不足.服务比起楼上人气店好得不知多少陪,最好笑是经理特意安排窗口位,但窗外正大兴土木,沙尘滚滚,吊臂此起彼落,咁都算view?
