睇咗咁多以下啊姐啊哥嘅好評，果日lunch就去試試呢間好似好高級嘅餐廳。我唔夠膽話一定有打手幫間餐廳，但係各位自己睇下我d相片，再考慮，先決定試唔試啦！ 我覺得食物上沒有問題，但係好似去茶餐廳都食到類似嘅東西，比咁嘅價錢，真係好唔底。 環境方面，相睇落呢好似好靚，但係之前有師兄都講過，要搵服務員嘅時候就一個人都冇，張梳發重太軟, 如果工作腰累的話就千祈唔好坐，要用條腰力頂住先坐得正，好辛苦，食一個半鐘頭lunch，簡直是折磨。先來個湯，個湯味道沒有什麼特別，溫溫的，不夠熱。 餐湯味道令我想起一家連鎖快餐店那個餐湯的味道，酸酸的，就是這樣。有兩個芝麻飽，從個樣都睇到係一般餐飽，現在高級餐廳都唔整呢d咁嘅茶餐廳餐飽配牛油。主菜是意大利粉。不論賣相及味道，平平無奇。甜品最搞嘢。嗰個朱古力蛋糕是冷的，是70年代的黑森林蛋糕的硬版。你地睇睇d伴碟裝飾，真係老套到沒有什麼地方找到㗎喇！最後，一個人成為＄168！唔洗多講，灣仔好多餐廳咁嘅價錢水準都高好多啦，d凳都唔會坐到腰骨疼！我就一定唔會再來Fleming！

幾個月前買的coupon，差點忘記兌現，好在發現時還趕得及訂個位置。Cubix是芬名酒店內部的西餐廳，佔地很小，大概只能容納二十來人，位置亦十分隱蔽，開業兩三年了也沒什麼名氣。餐包款式比較樸素，勝在熱力十足，包身熱暖，外脆內軟，有麵粉香，不搽牛油也不錯團購套餐包括兩杯非酒精飲品，分別揀了蘋果汁和橙汁，橙汁應該是鮮榨的，甜美自然亦有很多橙子果肉，蘋果汁則應該是現成的，不過味道也不錯開胃菜我們都很貪心又邪惡的選了煎鵝肝沙律，鵝肝份量適中，不算大件但也不至寒酸，但煎功卻不算太好，外皮焦脆但內裡有一點實，不夠肥美流油主菜TC要了鵝肝雞油菌長通粉，長通粉煮出了al dente的口感，鵝肝與雞油菌的組合也十分香口惹味（雖說油膩了一點），還吃得出一絲酒香。味道可圈可點，只是份量有點寒酸我的主菜就更加不能稱之為主菜了，其實侍應也有在我落單的時候提醒過，這道菜的份量可能比較細，反正我也細食，而且真的很想試試這個炸Camembert芝士，便叫了這碟『小吃』，幸好真的很不錯，炸芝士外皮酥脆香口，內裡的Camembert芝士熱溶溶的，充滿了濃濃的奶香。一碟八件，都吞下去的話也可以很滯的配甜美的cranberr

第一次進入Cubix 用膳，原因為得到一張coupon，以廉價嘗一個二人晚餐，亦沒什麼期望，卻換來驚喜萬分。首先是此餐廳的食物質素甚佳，我與朋友點了前菜鵝肝，主菜煙三文魚及三文魚意粉，三道菜均水準甚高，尤其鵝肝，十分香口及夠份量。餐廳環境十分寧靜輕鬆，但要特別稱讚的是服務質素，十分體貼有禮，雖然侍應不多，還是能細心招呼我們。而且本來相信用coupon或多或少換來一點白眼，我們卻有物超所值之感。下次要再來光顧，十分值得推介予朋友！

The food is quite good but not exceptional. For tapas, we tried the deep fried camembert with cranberry jam which is original but they chose a camembert cheese that was not very tasty. Maybe they adjusted this dish to local taste. The green salad was small in quantity for the price (78HKD) and it has nothing exceptional.We ordered 2 pastas which were totally correct though.Unfortunately no dessert (other than fruit plater) was available due to the small size of their kitchen (!).The white wine (

上餐廳食飯，求既係咩野﹖飽肚﹖舒服﹖好可惜，呢間無一樣比到我。個問題都唔係食物啦，有乜可能成間餐廳得一個侍應，位侍應重成晚屈係廚房度同廚師吹水架﹖成晚完全無理過客，我想叫野食野飲，竟然要親自走入廚房度叫她出黎，有無搞錯呀﹗不如做自助餐啦﹗食物就真係睇唔出叻係邊度，有西班牙Tapas但係就無味既，意粉亦都唔好食。咁樣就食左位位二百五，唔好話酒店，連茶餐廳都不如。

朋友介紹左呢個地方，見留言話係城市綠洲，好吸引。入到去見到佢的枱唔多，裝修好有格調。而且好安靜，係一個一邊食野一邊傾的好地方。見到個餐牌，上面寫的字完全唔識。好彩個服務員好細心咁介紹有咩食。或者好似我果日見到隔離台個人咁，問定先跟住就好勁咁介紹比朋友。佢的野都好好食，我朋友食左個天使麵，清得黎都好好味。我就食左個酥皮田螺盒，份量都好多而且味道好好。好多隻田螺係裡面，所以都食得飽。飲埋杯咖啡，慢慢傾一陣再返office做野。好似充完電咁

高高樓底、厚厚梳化、靜靜環境、輕輕音樂、涼涼冷氣、暗暗燈光...... 餐廳入口並非經酒店大堂，亦非開正喺後街，而係喺謝斐道兩塊落地大玻璃中間的一個凹位內........ 正是"柳暗花明又一村"。全餐廳只得24個位，唔早啲book定都好難有位，可幸現時還未有太多人知道呢度環境咁舒服(或者以為好貴)，所以booking重未算太難。昨天和老友在這裏午餐叙舊，lunch set 朋友選了清雞湯 + turkey enchilata ，我就叫 cream of pea soup + vegetable lasagna。甜品係brownie + 可以唔落奶糖都好味嘅咖啡。我地一邊食一邊傾，期間兩位侍應姐姐(一位主動啲，一位較文靜，不過兩位都好有禮貌同專業)好細心但不會俾人感覺 being intrusive。佢地會 make sure 人客飲完湯才會淡定地端上主菜。雖然餐廳 full house 而只有兩位 waitresses，不過絕無"滾水淥脚"或"應接不暇"的情況。要知客人平時上班已經壓力很大，若食個午餐都要"急急脚"俾人趕番枱的確會不是味兒。這點要讚賞管理層及兩位 waitresses

Lunch Menu has around 6 choices.Bread are freshly baked with few chocies for us to pick. We took totally 3 types of bread for 2 persons. It was still hot and the taste was really good.Main course, we ordered the steak with red wine sauce and Duck with orange sauce. Steak was in average and met our expectation. I heard from a colleague that there's a nice small restaurant inside a boutique hotel on Fleming Road. Since my workplace is not that near and lunchtime is too rush, I had dinner with my husband and son there on Mother's Day. We like the setting of the restaurant, with many sofa seats but can only accomodate a max. of something like 24-26 persons. Ladies need the cushions to seat comfortably. This quiet restaurant in a new boutique hotel contains a few surprises. They do not however include the food, which simple home-made style Italian dishes. The biggest surprise is perhaps the long and varied wine list. It has everything from $200/bt Aussie shiraz to $6000/bt Ch. Mouton! Still if you can\'t find anything there to suit your taste you can BYOB (for a corkage charge of $100). On the night we went the place was absolutely empty so we persuaded the manager to waive the levy.As I sa
