Due to the dinner ban, Crust Italian has a new promotion called Late Lush Lunch which is a shared menu. The price is only 298 which already includes the free flow alcohol and a cup of coffee. You also get to try a bit of everything which was quite fun to have.We only tried the Prosecco and White Wine and they were quite good especially for the price we paid for.The pizza was thin and crispy and the tomato sauce was really rich.The baby sardines were crunchy without being oily and was the perfect starter for our wine.The vegetables were seasoned quite well and the rich mozzarella went perfectly with the tomatoes.All of 3 pastas were delicious. However, I liked the Zucchini Fisilli the most, being the most al dente. However, if I get really picky I think they should serve this first instead of last as its flavor was most light out of the three.The eggplants parmigiana was just like most described it a vegetarian lasagna. It was filled with cheese and I almost forgot it had no pasta in it.For desserts, the dessert platter was random(I knew because another friend of mine went there as well and I got to have a look at her desserts). I love the dessert on the left, with a refreshing lemon aroma and lovely vanilla flavor.Last came our coffee and I ordered my cappucino. 圣诞节将近. 一众同事就谂住食好d 黎左呢度. 因为预早book定位. 所以一到已经有位.. 里面客人估唔到已经坐满咁济.一望个menu 原来同平日唔同. 今日应该系for Xmas 而设吧... (纯猜测)正在苦恼个starter要什麽好呢 ? 居然系menu内有的都全部奉上... (除加钱的外)四个人所以每款都黎两碟... 即场有吓一吓. 食完都饱左一半. 先黎个包.. 有olive oil 比你点. 本身个包的味道已经咸咸地. 几好味..Starters :Tuna carpaccio, pomegranate & fresh orange鱼本身有点咸. 但个石榴籽好林好味. Beef carpaccio & black truffle居然有生牛肉... 用左黑椒黎调味.. 反而个black truffle无咩味.cold cuts platter (mortadella, parma ham & neapolitan salami)其实食呢d头盘, 有酒送就好好. 可惜跟住要返工.. 斋食好似怪怪地..Traditional paper cone "cuoppo" with mix fried seafood有尤鱼圈, 有炸虾同埋鱼仔. 鱼仔本身脆卜卜. 同埋已经调好晒味. Montanarini ricotta cheese, octopus & lemon zest上面的八爪鱼好林, 相反下面个个好un. 食落有少少似中式"牛脷酥"的感觉..食完晒上面. 终於主角出场.Baked Seabass with aromatic herbs & lemon呢个炉鱼一份= 二人份重要加$240. 店员话好大份. 一望真系好大. 最初重惊食唔晒. 点知超好味. 鱼整到好嫩, 啖啖肉. 中间的骨已经去左. 伴碟重有蕃茄仔同埋焗薯.呢个极力推介. Sirloin in tagliata style, rocket, parmesan & balsamic vinegar呢个牛本身的调味ok 算juice , 但中间有条根. 搅到有少少un. 用芝士配搭. 同事好喜欢.Lobster paccheri, cherry tomatoes & lemon龙虾阔条面, 份量相对比较细.但龙虾的味道已经入晒阔条面里面. 无论你个啖有无食到龙虾肉. 都能感受到浓浓的龙虾味.呢一度我估系叫餐都会有的. 薯蓉同埋伴碟的疏菜都超好味. 我同同事抢住食. Signature Napolitan platter including Sal de Riso Amalfi, panettone最後的甜品, 一上枱就觉得超正, 好似去左食afternoon tea咁.但四个人点分? 最後只好每人选一样(上层, 其中一个分一半)下层同样每件分四件.上层的brownie 够晒浓味. 爱吃朱古力的朋友绝对不要错过.下层图右的一件味道似brownie, 好味. 推介!中间似系香蕉蛋糕味道. 都好好味, 而且唔算好甜. 推介!左手边那件比较甜. 除非你好爱吃甜味. 如果唔系可以skip.最後系panettone (应该图中最远个款)呢个味道相对普通, 可能我最後先食佢.一试无妨.今次个餐饮品系另加钱. 只包呢杯Limoncello (呢款系柠檬风味的甜酒).首先本人一向无饮开酒, 二黎还要上班... 怎能喝酒.就只试了一口. 味道一入口, 首先系浓浓的柠檬味, 然後好甜好甜好甜.爱甜的可以一试, 但真心好甜... 可能本人一向对甜的东西兴趣不太大.最後就到酒精味走出黎... 就这样不知不觉这餐圣诞lunch就吃了两小时... 大家都十分'满'足.最後一赞系店员好nice, 我地最初为左个starter好似有选择困难症咁款. 尾後得到佢地解释原来全部都有. 而主菜都系佢地推介.. 🌹周末搵个地方食个早餐,想找一间特色可以打卡的餐厅,在收藏食店内找了湾仔新开意大利餐厅《Crust Italian 》,在不太繁忙的早餐时段去探店。🌹餐厅位置非常方便,就在修顿球场对面,是地舖,环境凉爽的时候,根本不需要冷气设施,开扬空间感,意大利式摆设,蓝调令人放松舒服,喜欢💕。早餐时段食客也不少,餐厅只开放一半坐位,经服务员同意下,可以在未开放的进餐区打了卡,开心。餐牌尚有数款早餐供应,我和老公叫了不同的食物,可以一齐share!Poached eggs,smoked salmon and avocado mash⭐️⭐️⭐️份量大,三文鱼 & 牛油果滞口Eggs” purgatorio”style,tomatoes and mozzarella ⭐️⭐️⭐️番茄、蛋、芝士焗出来颜色吸引,份量刚好Latte⭐️⭐️⭐️ cappuccino⭐️⭐️⭐️加评早餐还包括牛角包及咖啡添饮,牛角包就一般啦!个人评分食物味道饮品环境服务卫生抵食回头率 继续阅读

周末前一直烦恼挑选哪家餐厅跟友人庆生直至找到主打意大利菜式的Crust Italian 被精美可人的甜品和室内美美的布置吸引着Crust Italian座落於湾仔电车路旁的古董建筑物[和昌大押]室内南欧式的蓝调装潢 色彩绚丽的装饰和壁画作点缀感觉每个角落都有不一样的意大利风情 既优雅精致 也带点轻松悠闲气氛𓆸 Mozorela ham & melon𓆸 Scramble Eggs with Porchetta先来点前菜开开胃口柔软的意大利香草橄榄包 沾点橄榄油黑醋配上清凉冷盘 水牛芝士薄片火腿配蜜瓜还有一份貌似变奏版的egg benedict烟三文鱼水波蛋 换上 炒蛋烟肉烤洋葱 似烟肉炒蛋多士 入口较饱肚和少少油腻 食过前菜 开开胃口 也更令人期待主食菜式𓆸 Cavatelli zucchini & shrimp velouté𓆸 Homemade pappardelle with beef cheek我仨人 点了2个3-courses 份量对女生来说都很足够 主菜也意外的没一道踩雷 特别那道香煎大虾与薯蓉味道不错 入口虾肉弹牙厚肉 也沾满虾油与橄榄油的香气 薯蓉细滑 稠杰度和调味恰好另一道主菜的牛颊肉炖得香腍味浓 手工意粉质地偏向厚实 若口感弹牙一些会更好 上枱要趁热进食 不然食到後段味道稍变滞腻 𓋯 Mille-feuille Napoleon𓋯 Profiterol压轴的甜点在大门前的看着一款款精致优雅的甜点摆满大门前的橱窗内最後选了拿破仑蛋糕和红桑子奶油泡芙在意大利餐厅当然要嚐一下着名的拿破仑蛋糕有别於其他餐厅的 这里选用两层酥皮 配两层吉士酱酥皮香脆而不油腻 中间的吉士酱也份量足够 只是味道稍甜了点另一道的泡芙 相比之下有点失色 泡芙皮身稍厚 入口口感一般 𓏭𖤥 Crust Italian湾仔庄士敦道60-66号和昌大押地舖𓏭 继续阅读

同闺蜜食饭,见到经openrice订定位有折,快啲㩒掣先!可惜埋单唔见俾折,不过真系好赶时间,非繁忙时间佢哋print张单都15分钟,已经迟哂大到,费事嘈了。食物质素系预期以内,冇乜特别好。甜品大大份,咖啡够浓,食得畅快。我哋叫咗酒,价钱唔贵。其实性价比系ok嘅,硬件冇问题,只系人嘅问题。以外藉人士做service的餐厅来説,呢间都真系意外地差。乜都慢,连叫支水都可以俾错水。定系因为我哋系华人,隔离系外籍人士,佢哋prefer serve外籍人士先,我就不得而知。同场加映一位冇腹肌嘅露小腩网红,全身由头bling到落脚,同个助手不停在餐厅中间行来行去摆pose影相,影超过20分钟都未影完,好阻住哂客人去洗手间,但系完全无工作人员去提佢。 继续阅读
