Nestled in the heart of Central, Crown Super Deluxe promises a dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds and elevates the senses. I was eager to see if the restaurant's culinary offerings lived up to its sterling reputation.StartersOur meal commenced with the Mizuna Salad, a delightful and crisp starter that set a light and refreshing tone for the courses ahead. The greens were vibrant and fresh, dressed with a subtle vinaigrette that enhanced their natural flavors without overpowering them.Adding a touch of indulgence, we opted for the Hokkaido Scallop (at extra price). The scallop was expertly seared, boasting a perfect balance of sweetness and salinity. Its tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture underscored the quality of the seafood and the skill in its preparation.Main CourseFor the main event, I selected the Australian Wagyu Ribeye, a 140-gram cut of beef that did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection, the ribeye was rich and buttery, with a marbling that provided a luxurious, melt-in-the-mouth experience. The subtle seasoning allowed the natural flavors of the Wagyu to shine, making each bite a testament to its superior quality.The Grilled Seasonal Vegetables served alongside were a delightful accompaniment. They were charred to perfection, adding a smoky depth that balanced the richness of the ribeye beautifully.SidesThe Garlic Fried Rice was an aromatic and flavorful addition to the meal. Each grain was infused with a delicate garlic essence, providing a satisfying and fragrant complement to the main dishes.The Miso Soup was a comforting classic, offering a warm, umami-rich broth that soothed the palate. The accompanying Pickles provided a tangy and refreshing contrast, serving as an effective palate cleanser.DessertTo round off the meal, we enjoyed the Yuzu Sorbet, a light and refreshing dessert that provided a perfect end to the lunch. The sorbet's tangy and slightly sweet notes of yuzu cleansed the palate, leaving a lingering sense of freshness.BeveragesWhile we did not sample the Crown Super Deluxe Private Label Ginjo Sake, the wine selections on offer were tempting. The Fume Blanc from Ferrari-Carano, Sonoma County 2019 and the Costieres de Nimes from Chateau Haute Bergerade, Rhone Valley 2020 both appeared to be excellent choices to enhance the meal.Overall ExperienceOur dining experience at Crown Super Deluxe was nothing short of exceptional. 生日食好啲。想食返个有水准的铁板烧。选了Crown Super Deluxe. 座落兰桂坊一个极佳位置。餐厅地方寛大。闭环形的铁板烧枱很有特色。装潢用上有情调的紫色。暗暗的灯光加强了高级感。餐厅员工好国际化。有很会控制火喉的亚洲大厨。开朗幽默的侍应。知道我们来吃生日饭、又有束花。侍应很贴心地带我们去还未有人的酒吧区拍照🤳我们点了Deluxe MenuMizuna Salad 日本芥菜沙律如此浓香菇味,有惊喜。甘笋蓉配日本芥菜口感清新又开胃。Assorted Toyosu Market Sashimi丰洲市场精选刺身厚切拖罗,肥美鲜味Tokushima Fruit Tomato 海盐德岛番茄好甜、好juicy!师傅同我地讲佢来价一点也不便宜。加一点点粗盐,味道更加分。铁板龙虾是澳洲龙虾,用龙虾膏煮sauce 😍 龙虾只是烧到半熟、比起平时吃的弹牙多汁,更多了一份嫩滑感。surprise 🧡法国鹅肝少有的大件,吃起来有点甜甜的、嫩嫩的 而非入口即化。师傅话鹅肝用面豉腌过、煮的时候用了点清酒、落黑椒。难怪和平时西餐吃的有不同。烧时令蔬菜原来一直放在桌上的酱油是等待呢刻。波菜配芝麻酱、萝卜配蒜头豉油、菇类就配醋。的确很匹配。鹿儿岛A5和牛柳 120g师傅提议我们吃三成熟,最充分地发挥和牛独特的味道口感。夹著青森县出产的蒜一起吃。蒜头香加上外脆内软口感。配搭和牛柳一起吃,真系食指大动。然后是蒜香和牛炒饭,粒粒干身有蛋香。日式渍物👍🏼龙虾头味噌汤。吃到好饱饱。一位好倾、幽默既厨师,仲会互动分享食材故事,对我来说系好好加分👍🏼👍🏼 继续阅读

又到一年一度同BFF Ms K庆祝生日嘅大日子🎊🎊寿星女话想食铁板烧㖞!我地三心两意,左拣右拣,最终一致决定嚟兰桂坊呢间Crown Super Deluxe 😬😬我地一入到餐厅地方都几大,中间有张大圆形嘅铁板烧枱,啱哂一班十几人一齐围埋食铁板烧,而家仲有一间房酒窖成幅墙摆满唔同嘅酒,好壮观,完全feel𠮶种高级感同情调😍😍😍Staff 安排入座后仲好细心咁叫我地坐好同拉櫈,原来张櫈系丝绒好矜贵而且仲有碌,同行其中一位系大只仔,连佢都话未坐过咁阔落同舒服嘅櫈食铁板烧,哈哈😆我地点了Deluxe Menu 每位 $1288 🥢日本芥菜沙律,口感清新,菇菌配甘笋蓉,又开胃又有营养🥢丰洲市场精选刺身,厚切嚟嘅,唔算好特别但新鲜肥美🥢澳洲龙虾🦞,龙虾烧至半熟,肉质弹牙🥢德岛蕃茄,十分Juicy和甜美,配粗盐,超好食,师傅仲话呢个蕃茄来价一D都唔平🥢法国鹅肝,又厚又大件,师傅又话鹅肝系用清酒腌咗三日,口感同我平时食果然唔同,有少少烟熏味,Yummy😍🥢鹿儿岛A5和牛柳 120g师傅提议我们吃三成熟,果然无介绍错,入口即化🤩🥢烧时令蔬菜🥢蒜香和牛炒饭🥢日式渍物🥢龙虾头味噌汤睇得出每样食材都很矜贵,我地都食到捧住个肚走🤭🤭师傅和Staff 不时和我们倾倾偈和拍照,开心满足的一晚🥳🥳 继续阅读

食物环境都可以嘅~纯粹讲师傅D功夫(刀功/铲功)非常唔俐落,上碟嘅时候经常甩甩漏漏,分赃唔匀,又要返刀,睇住D食物一仆一碌…..最失败就系辅助师傅手边嘅毛巾,通常抹铁板及铁铲的,抹铁板时毛巾喺食物之间游走时,把食物都碰到移位,又真系不能接受吧…..The food and environment are okay~Just want to talk about the skill of the chefs. When serving the dishes, he was very uncertain and made many mistakes, the foods were not evenly divided. The most failure was that the assistant chef had a towel on hand which was usually used for wiping the iron plate and the spatula. When he used the towel for wiping, the towel touched the foods many times. This was really unacceptable…. 继续阅读
