Colleagues surprised me with this Pistachio Delight to celebrate my bday. .The Pistachio Delight was embellished with pistachio cream and nascarpone cheese cream on top, shaped like hand-picked flower petals. In the centre, there was a pistachio chiffon cake crafted from baked Italian pistachio paste, layered with pistachio cream. The cake was complemented by the bottom layer of mascarpone cream and ladyfingers soaked in espresso, resulting in a nicely layered confection. It was creamy without being overly heavy. However, a richer pistachio flavour would have made it even more delightful.
