有节日庆祝就去Cova拣饼。饼店职员态度差问什么口味非常不礼友善地回答。买完写牌字体亦没有沟通清楚怎么称得上是一线饼店。今时今日咁样服务态度就解释到点解香港食肆生意只会越来越差。

[ TIRAMISU ] 当日的切件蛋糕,其中之一有提拉米酥。忽然想吃浓一点的甜品,这晚的Tiramisu就成为我人生第一件Cova Cake。放上一片印上Cova字眼的黑朱古力牌,白忌廉撒上朱古力粉,一层朱古力慕斯,一层蛋糕,一层朱古力,一层沉湿咖啡的蛋糕,卖相精美吸引。蛋糕软熟轻型,切下微微回弹,忌廉像360牛乳的淡稀牛奶香,蛋糕甜苦比例完美,入口化掉,果然是法国老牌蛋糕店呢。餐厅的装修环境不错,充满我在法国吃那一顿 豪华大餐的感觉。

最基本连芒果都唔甜就收480蚊, 而家当做随便买个芒果都不知几甜啦 。嘥晒啲钱肉痛呀!!而家经济唔好, 品质又唔好,仲要卖咁贵。 芒果仲系话主打。 肯定会唔会再嘥钱买啰。
