几个朋友想揾间有feel既中环bar食下野chill下, 今次等佢地带路墨西哥脆片实在系西餐小食其中一个必点!!以小食黎计,份量多,面既忌廉酸酸地,用黎点墨西哥脆片好夹。而我最中意系中间果层芝士,味道相当浓郁,咸香再配埋忌廉,好想清哂成盘! 有脆片又点可以无薯条先XD今次个薯条较幼身,虽然平时爱好粗薯条多D,但呢个都够粉,感觉无粗薯条咁热气(自我安慰中XD)但都几快变稔!同样地,中间既芝士酱系令我地可以劲快清哂成盘既原因!好少见薯条面系配虾,而同原只上,虾肉扎实肉多。 一盘薯条已经满足唔到我地,所以我地叫多个XD手撕鸡就听得多,手撕猪就真系少食,同样地猪肉丝份量好多,一啖肉一啖薯条,几有趣既配搭,个人中意呢个薯条更多~~ 好中意食鸡,朋友们都好期待呢个鸡膇个样好得意,以棒棒糖咁既样子呈上,另外仲附上两种酱比我地点有样有内涵既鸡搥! 咬落首先食到薄薄既一层脆皮外皮,同一般平时炸皮唔同,虽然佢会薄身d,食落似平时既面包糠但细粒版,估唔到依然可以做到咁脆口既效果!鸡肉肉汁丰富,size较细少所以唔算太多肉,所以我食左几只,嘻嘻! 食左咁多肉,如果再点burger会怕太多肉,所以拣左呢个素食burger!身为食肉兽既我第一次点无用既burger,但意外地一样滋味.三个迷你汉堡包,入面夹着既原粒蘑菇调味唔浓但菇既鲜甜好明显,佢既清爽令成个汉堡包变得唔heavy,原来呢个结合都唔错,不过个人会觉得食肉既burger会扺啲XD 食过唔少龙虾意粉,今次呢个系配料上出色,但意粉既味道都系卖点之一!龙虾够大只,不过主要朋友食,朋友话食到好多肉,反而系个意粉辣度令人耳目一新,胃口大增,朋友话要encore一碟 慢煮三文鱼,个样同本身预期既有啲出入,好多汁浸住件三文鱼,三文鱼鱼肉好稔身,比平时鱼肉更加稔,有啲似食紧鲶鱼柳既质感,个人觉得三文鱼本身札实既口感会好D,呢个有啲过淋但佢系今餐最清淡既一道菜,如果大家唔想又系薯条牛扒咁heavy,可以试下呢个! 炸雪糕身为雪糕控既我,有雪糕既甜品就最合我意炸雪糕食过两三次,味道唔太深刻,但今次呢个超级巨型既炸雪糕颇有睇头。首先店员呈上左一个巨大雪糕球,再淋上酒,叫我地ready好哂相机,就点火,顿时成个雪糕球变成火球!!!场面好震撼呀呢个雪糕球既size大概系平时单球雪糕既四五倍,几个人分享都无问题! 最特别系佢既外层原来用左海棉蛋糕代替平常既炸皮,好特别既设计!!烧香后既酒味更加突出,令整个甜品更吸引 而海棉蛋糕浸左溶左既雪糕变得稔身,所以大家要食快啲,加上被火烧既关系更快溶啊! 呢个朱古力蛋糕同样份量好大,口感偏向紥实,同brownie质感好相近,但无佢咁硬实,多左几分软熟度呈上时朱古力蛋糕仲暖暖地,所以面既云尼拿雪糕好快就溶而呢到既云尼拿雪糕系自制既,所以味道好天然,云尼拿香味唔假!配埋红莓粒为朱古力既浓添上中和既酸 继续阅读

黎中环食野唔饮杯酒做上半场饮品点得我饮左杯rose既cocktail,偏甜身既moscato做既cocktail基本上唔会有死。而作为送酒食物,poutine同nachos绝对系个好选择,淋上既芝士有香味(唔系想特登写鸡有鸡味,而系呢个年头d moz cheese实在教坏人......),所以之后都再encore左份pulled pork既poutine(无影到),混上既gravy会似下面BBQ Sauce。nachos方面略嫌唔够脆身,始终自家制咁有诚意,水准会有偏差唔意外,所以系出面我倾向想见到D字牌nachos多,起码唔会中伏。Baby ribs以百松蚊既份量黎讲还好啦,份量上面无得要求咁多,起码肉质食到系接近pulled pork状况,但肉质黎讲唔多似慢煮,似系浸焗可能性比较大,而腌酱亦都偏重口,饮酒来讲接受范围。主食方面,拣无可能拣左呢只龙虾,其实我系拣中个蕃茄意粉而唔系只龙虾。不出我所望,落左微量辣去调味,成日都话蕃茄同辣系最佳拍档,加左之后会惹味好多,尤其饮紧酒有辣味!而鸡锤虽然影落黑左d,炸落亦都稍为over左,但仍然算嫩身唔会un,底味足够,饮酒唔觉淡口就系啦。至于甜品,女士们要求无计。美式甜品我除左觉得甜真系唔太识评论,但个cholocate依然有可可苦味,有小小感动唔系得只甜味。 继续阅读

A Huge Disappointment..We only went here for dine as the atmosphere was very loud and busy on a Monday night. On a bad note the inside can be noisy and hard to carry a conversation with someone. I was disappointing the serving size was incredibly small, the Vegetables were bearly cooked and the meat was cold.When we went in the service started out okay but as the night went on we felt more and more neglected. The waitress that served us was quite rude and didn't seem like she wanted to serve us let alone be at work. Def  never returning here. 继续阅读

一开始book左6位,但一入到去又无人招呼, 等左一阵佢带左我地去室外地方坐,热到死^_^但系得到既回覆只系:无办法,入面有位客book左40位.午餐系semi buffet($150), 但系选择唔多,而且比人攞晒想饮汤,但系一系无汤,一系无碗..............................d main course加$40一客,味道正正常常,所以无影相. 最好食系d水果,可能因为水果最解暑啦,但系无冷气食住好无feel.饮品方面,只得柠檬水同柠檬茶,没有咖啡.........选择极少. 继续阅读

Friday night 在中环游走,Wine + Food 是常识吧!今次就选左Common Room "嘈"一晚。之前系网上见到佢地有个 wine pair with oyster promotion, 有4款做法既cooked oyster 选择,可以选white wine or sprinkling wine, by glass or by bottle. 今晚一行五人,所以就order左smoked and baked oyster 各一份加一支sprinkling wine 当做Happy Hour chit chat food. 个人比较喜欢smoked 做法,因浸泡蚝既olive oil很清新,蚝带有烟熏香及仍可保留到它的矿物味。食完oysters, 再来一系列前菜及主菜,包括:chicken wing一面是略煎的金黄色一面是水煮色,肉质是霉霉的,系一间bar and restaurant 找到咁既质素 crispy chicken wings实在奇怪!!除左chicken wings 这款小食真真须要改善外,我相信本土server的服务态度亦有大大进步空间。其实餐厅内的几位亚裔servers都很友善,与客人沟通时,面上都带著笑容。反过来这位"香港仔"从头到尾都黑著不太好看的脸,无论是询问时或来换碟时,都给我们一个"sick of serving customers"姿态。Friday night如果无咁多客人比你服务,相信亦不须要咁多servers 存在。客人不是永远是对的,但做得服务性行业,基本礼貌也是常识吧! 继续阅读
