今日又同小公主去《时代广场》UA睇动画,所以近近地拣在《时代广场》食晏。商场高层「食通天」内的餐厅差不多全部都曾经试过(或者同一间餐厅的同系其他分店),今次就拣剩下来未曾光顾的「Club Albergue 1601」。餐厅隶属於「Lubuds」集团,旗下有10多间餐厅,大部份都是日本餐厅及越南餐厅。曾经光顾过「穴」、「What the Pho」,亦有一间高级鮨店「今鮨」;「Club Albergue 1601」是集团内少数几间西餐厅之一,走中高档路线;虽然 Albergue 是西班牙文,解作小旅馆,但并非单纯意大利、西班牙等单一味餐厅;反过来说,晚市餐牌选择多元化,包括 pizza、意大利面、扒类、海鲜等。不禁浮起一个疑问:到底集团创办人对西班牙是否情有独锺?「Club Albergue 1601」装修格调介乎高级餐厅及欧洲国家的小酒馆(并非酒吧)之间,其中最具特色的设计,就是挂在其中一堵墙上的一批充满老香港旧区特色的街头照片。餐厅面积够大,内部分成四个区域:用餐区、酒吧、咖啡茶座(cafe)及露天茶座。彼此既有统一装修风格及色调,但又各有特色。用餐区空间寛敞,枱与枱之间的间距相当足够;露天茶座就在室外露天平台,阳光透过玻璃渗进室内。餐厅与英国茶叶老品牌「Twinings」有长期合作关系,难怪其中一幅墙上的装修也要刻上大大「Twinings」商标。集团旗下还有一间位於尖沙咀的咖啡店,所以、餐厅内也要卖卖广告,帮咖啡店宣传。餐厅尽头就是开放式厨房。以为「Club Albergue 1601」定价高?晚市主餐牌的确唔算便宜,但以铜锣湾区标准及餐厅定位来説,午餐就相对抵食,$150 起跳,已经包括餐汤、自助沙律吧、主菜及咖啡 / 茶。另一个吸引客人光顾的原因,肯定是午市半价生蚝,不限款式、不限数量,而且有多个产地及款式可以选择。自助沙律吧旁边的小冰槽插满一个个胶牌,写上不同品种的生蚝名字,品种选择实在太多,所以冰槽上放不下一只生蚝。虽然半价很抵食,但每个品种的生蚝原价就没有标明,需要询问侍应。即使以餐厅的名声,应该不会标高价钱欺骗客人,但始终是美中不足,需要改善一下。拣了 Tasmanian(半价 $22)及 Saldanha(半价 $26)各一只,纯粹为了过口瘾,始终觉得食晏唔应该太奢华。自助沙律吧系全素,有多种蔬菜选择;虽然没有什麽贵价或者特色蔬菜,但全部新鲜清甜多汁。是日餐汤南瓜忌廉汤。南瓜香味浓郁,只嫌南瓜蓉未够细滑,食落口有相当明显的南瓜微粒。用面粉芝士脆片代替传统的面包,可以蘸一点浓稠黏身的南瓜汤同吃,既香脆、又有南瓜蓉,好味道。忌廉海鲜蘑菇千层面($168)原来配搭了蕃茄酱汁,用新鲜蕃茄及茄膏煮成的浓稠酱汁,充满蕃茄酸味,将千层面的忌廉芝士汁味道层次深化了。每块千层面之间,夹杂了大量蘑菇片、八爪鱼粒、青口粒、虾粒及带子粒,材料丰富;配合浓香忌廉芝士酱汁,再放入焗炉将最面层的蘑菇片及千层面弄至些微焦香,口感丰富。叉起一大块千层面,连同蕃茄酱汁一齐放入口中;味道浓郁兼层次复杂,突破了传统忌廉白汁焗千层面的框框,好味道。蜜糖芥末子伴去骨春鸡($168)有份量不少的蔬菜垫底,包括了薯蓉、粟米芯、豆角及菇菌。半只去骨春鸡只留下了鸡髀骨没有去除,主要为了撑起春鸡的外型,保留完整卖相;而单独一条鸡髀骨也不会影响进食的便捷。春鸡表面用香草腌制後,再明火烤香烧熟;表皮香脆,最後阶段还要扫上一层蜜糖,更多了几分甜蜜香味。伴碟的蜜糖芥末子汁甜、香并存而不辣,沾一点在嫰滑的春鸡上倍添美味。叫了一杯热咖啡及特浓热朱古力(加 $20)。集团同系餐厅中有咖啡店,咖啡质素自然得到保证;即使并没有加钱升级经典咖啡,这一杯普通热咖啡已经相当不错了。特浓热朱古力就更加冇得顶,简直当作一杯 cappuccino 处理;cappuccino 的泡沫牛奶变成了浓浓朱古力浆、呈螺旋图案淋在热古力表面,之後再用热牛奶造成心型图案,卖相满分。可可味道香浓、甜度适中,质素可以媲美高级朱古力专门店的热朱古力。以「Club Albergue 1601」的高规格装修,已经可以预计出品质素一定唔会差;意料之外的是午餐相当抵食,款式选择又多 ⋯⋯ 还要有多款半价即开生蚝!是周末假日的休闲午餐选择之一。 继续阅读

Club Albergue 1601 is a chic designed restaurant located in Times Square. Serving western food with high prices, I decided to go there for lunch one day.The restaurant is very chic indeed. There is a large bar in the middle.  The seats are comfortable with the front portion more like a relaxing lounge while the other end is more like a restaurant. The space is very large as well.During lunch time, they have a lunch set menu. It includes a soup, all you can eat salad bar, main and coffee or tea. Prices are under $300.The salad bar is not particularly large but they do refill items. I sampled a bit of everything on there.  The selections were good and fairly fresh. Though the salad dressing was  bit too thick for my liking. The daily soup was a minestrone. This is an example of the typical Lubuds service I seem to get whenever I go to any of their restaurants in their group. Nicely spilled on one slide as service is always so rushed. The staff didn't even bother to apologize for that. Anyways, the soup was a bit weak. Not very rich but just tasted like tomatoes in water.I did like the Parmesan chips. A bit salty but went well with the soup. Super crispy and bang full of flavor.I chose the Tiger Prawn and Hokkaido Scallop Risotto ($218). The risotto was not al dente but then it wasn't soggy either. It had a rich seafood taste. There was a large tiger prawn in the center and two scallops. All were cooked just  right. The food was quite good.The food was quite good though the service was a bit sloppy. I find this in all the restaurants in the Lubuds group. A very rushed service that is bordering on cha chan teng. Something I really shouldn't be paying for with the prices they charge. But the hostess was wonderfully attentative. I commend her for that. 继续阅读

星期五放工同班朋友去咗铜锣湾食边一间几有情调嘅西餐,佢应该系主打食海鲜嘅,有龙虾生蚝呀,但系我哋穷所以冇食到Parma ham配无花果同少少生菜,仲有黑醋做saucing嘅,唔算系好油嗰种。叫咗个海鲜pizza,佢真系有啲虾同埋蚬嘅,但系menu个图画呢睇落好唔同,有一啲绿色似系西兰花粹之类嘅,有少少怪。另外呢一个呢系蟹肉车厘茄意粉,都几好食嘅。呢个系虎虾带子龙虾汁risotto,个龙虾汁risotto系几好食嘅。最搞笑呢系呢一个原只鱿鱼饭,个饭系同上面个龙虾汁饭一样嘅!但系睇menu个图完全睇唔出,而且都冇写个饭呢系龙虾汁㗎喎。 继续阅读

成间餐厅有10几张台但只有5 ,6张枱有人坐。 成班KOL喺入口酒吧位影相呃like 做人气,我同朋友张枱被安排在门口酒吧位附近,一边食饭,啲闪光灯系咁一边闪闪闪-闪闪闪!叫左墨鱼饭又偏咸...Pizza几好食,薄脆香, 带子芒果海胆都好食。侍应/经理服务态度麻麻地~无推介,又冇招呼..... 继续阅读

环境好,服务好,食物好。之前去了鮨穴,据单据到1601吃午餐有8折。已包了沙律bar ,虽然简单但新鲜,以半价享用了生蚝,鲜甜味美。午餐有汤丶主菜及茶。主菜选择多,味道恰到好处。值得再去。 继续阅读
