完全想像不到开在海味街的一家鸡蛋仔,可以这么火热,我朋友在附近工作,她说这家店好有型。果然,餐厅设计由装潢到商品设计,都非常型格又充满港味。鸡蛋仔的款式创意得来,又好传统,与港式标志性的美食双结合。采用自助机点餐。✴️Q版菠萝包鸡蛋仔 $59(每日限量)好特别,每粒鸡蛋仔都铺了一层菠萝包的酥皮,外型非常可爱,口感酥脆又充满牛油香蛋香,一剥就掉了,大只仔店员有提醒最好横着放,竖着摆好容易碎掉。记得想吃要早,当天最后一份让我买到了🥰,后面来的就没有了。✴️鸡蛋仔自选 (蛋、火腿、咸牛肉、肠、餐肉) $54茶餐厅标准配置,竟然可以跟鸡蛋仔完美结合,这款鸡蛋仔口感比较松软,每一粒鸡蛋仔都包裹住满满的食材,口感非常丰富,每一粒都有开盲盒的感觉。饮品选择由基本的奶茶/柠檬茶……,最特别就是提供养生茶,最适合我们女生了。饮品:养生茶✴️黑糖姜枣暖宫茶 $49好足料,去核红枣好多,不太甜,姜味浓但不辣,外卖回家里喝,加热水就可以自制续杯了,料好多,味道好久才会变淡,喝下去肚子暖暖的。✴️无花果蜂蜜润咳茶 $49也是料多到爆,无花果干/梨干,甜味来自无花果干,好温和的甜味,加了梨干好顺口,也是可以自制续杯。虽然天气开始变热了,喝喝养身茶其实也不错,女孩子的特别日子也适合。总结,店舖的品牌形像真的非常突出,型格又港味十足,将鸡蛋仔及茶餐厅元素双结合,原来不同的港式传统组合一起,会这么破格,味道也不错😋。
