一行四人去旺角食饭, 但拣嚟拣去冇咩心水,因为全部排队,已经没什么心机,其中一个朋友见议上楼揾好野,于是你眼望我眼,好search 左好景大厦嘅Chateau R&T 餐厅门口全是红酒瓶, 餐厅内的装修简单整齐, 座位很多还有露天位,原来仲可以BB蕉,啱晒一班人黎先叫左个蟹肉火腿焗鲜芦笋,蟹肉很多而芦笋鲜嫩鲜甜,一个清新头盘之选叫左个新野豆豉鲮鱼薄饼,唔讲唔知系豆豉鲮鱼,食落似非常鲜甜的吞拿鱼味,不过真系好香好好食,估唔到同芝士非常夹,整体味道不觉得古怪仲觉得几好食呢度食物选择唔算好多,不过食物味道唔错。店员好有礼貌,环境也相当0k鲜虾带子忌廉汁配阔面条,虾有三只啖啖肉,带子冇雪味,面条软硬适中,酱汁不算多小小干,不过整体个粉与酱汁也配搭恰当 继续阅读

Chateau R&T 缘份晩餐,几年前认识的朋友终于一聚,为了有个好地方尽情畅谈,上网搜寻到Chateau R&T旺角好景大厦搭䢂上到3楼,门口有很多不同年份的酒瓶,入内环境宽敞,有很大的露天位置,还有BBQ场,在闹市中大班人开心烧烤,还有VIP房唔怕俾人打扰,餐厅老板想得十分周到。豆豉鲮鱼薄饼$158朋友经店员介绍,点了一个豆豉鲮鱼Pizza?我有无听错?重覆了三次😳听落离奇,入口薄饼皮够脆,豆豉鲮鱼配巴马臣芝士,味道出乎意料配合,愈食愈喜欢;非只是Gimmick咁简单,真心觉得几惹味,赞不绝口👍🏻烟熏鸭胸片沙律$138堆叠漂亮的鸭胸片及沙律,鸭胸片 入口带著浓厚的烟熏味,肉质鲜嫩溢出浓厚的肉味及烟熏的香味。 紧接著沙律的新鲜,入口清爽滋味流心朱古力蛋糕伴香草雪$78细细件小甜点,首先将心太软切开,之后朱古力慢慢流出,蛋糕也软绵,喜欢热乎乎的时候食。香草雪小小法式甜点,甜度适中,略嫌软淋。我们很喜欢这个地方,朋友还打算极力推介给同事来这里聚餐。而我也十分喜欢豆豉鲮鱼薄饼和会再去品尝。 继续阅读

有一晚我带太太及外父母等人前往位于旺角好景商场3/F的Chateau R & T进食晚餐,这乃是一间额具欧陆色彩布置的餐厅,有酒吧露台,甚至夜晚有歌廊演唱等,很有欧陆情调。而当晚我们品尝数款𩠌式,有烟三文鱼沙律(配新鲜生菜及泰式酸甜水等),烟三文鱼总是能令人想试试因见佢色泽似几香滑,食完沙律后喉咙好似清润不少。黑椒汁蘑菇意粉(配生菜蕃茄鱼片块等),黑椒汁反令蘑菇味的意粉成为更出色的味觉,比较少见配黑椒汁,食落特别有趣的。 继续阅读

同朋友行经旺角女人街买野,顺便在附近一带的 Chateau R&T 食晚餐,上到去见原来座位分室内及室外,如果叫红酒饮坐室外更有气纷,刚好有乐队在唱英文歌,好似在酒吧食野呢。香炸鲜鸡翼,腌味鸡油炸惹味,一食似跟他餐厅味道有大分别,鸡肉熟度十足令人咬哂来食,真想问是如何秘制的?新颖特色的豆豉鲮鱼簿饼,饼面头铺上香浓豆豉粒鲮鱼片....等,非常吸引因豆豉鲮鱼的关系,我们食过够寻味。再加上陶醉夜店的环境气氛,真惹人向往。 继续阅读

After shopping with my friend in Mong kok, we decided to dine at a relaxing place. We picked this restaurant as it looked decent on openrice. It was a bit hard to locate the place as we were not aware of the position of the lift in the building. Anyway, we located the restaurant eventually and luckily did not have to wait for a seat.It turned out that we pretty enjoy the atmosphere. The restaurant is quite spacious and consists of both outdoor and indoor areas. As the weather was not too hot, we sat at the outdoor area – in a European setting. Most of the customers were foreigners. The staff was friendly and recommended us on the choice of food. We ordered Baked Asparagus with Crabmeat and Parma Ham as the appetizer. The dish was very hot. We could feel good taste of crab meat! It was a good match that the crabmeat was mixed with ham and served with Asparagus. For salad, the staff recommended Rainbow Thai Salad for us. It was spicy but luckily acceptable to us. It consisted of strips of salmon which tasted fresh. We ordered Spaghetti with Foie Gras Paste and Mushrooms. The sauce was tasty and the noodle texture was suitable. We also ordered red wine - a perfect match with the atmosphere here.Lastly, we concluded our dinner with Apple Torte with Vanilla Ice Cream. It took some time for this dessert to be served. The staff explained to us that it was made right after our order. The dessert looked decent and tasted good.
