Sometimes when I feel like having breakfast and I don’t really want to find parking, Elements is the place to go. It is not very busy on a weekday morning. There were about 3 other tables seated, with people coming in every now and then for to-go orders.We've got a ham and cheese croissant, an all day breakfast, a flat white and a mocha.Ham and Cheese croissantThe croissant was toasted before serving, just like what you’d expect. The croissant itself wascrispy and everything tasted just as you’d expect from a similar breakfast joint.MochaThis mocha was not too sweet, good for a mocha lover who doesn’t love sweet stuff.All day breakfastThis was rather disappointing. None of the food tasted good enough to leave an impression. I did like the mushrooms but it was all entirely just due to personal preferences.Flat WhiteFlat white was fine, a bit on the sour side and I'd prefer bitter ones.Overall I'm rating this as average as it really is a convenient place and food came pretty quick. Nothing stood out as extraordinary but nothing went wrong too. I'd be back again after another (or a few) rounds of breakfast hauls around Elements.

今日第一次去呢间餐厅食野，叫左个意粉餐，杯咖啡系黑咖啡，无奶，要特别咖啡要加$10，个餐都$110，感贵更系唔加，我问位侍应攞奶，因为太苦，我饮唔惯，点知佢俾杯雪冻左奶俾我😒😒仲衰过大家乐……感贵食得都唔值，唔会再帮衬。

星期六约咗旧同事喺element 度catch up, 最好就系揾间Cafe饮啖啡食个cake，可惜到处人山人海，想揾个地方Chill同Hea，都唔系一件易事。经过Starbucks太多人，一啲都唔可以relax。好彩揾到呢一间Cafe地方坐得舒服，点咗一个All day Breakfast ,不过味道就中规中矩，杯Flat white ☕️尚算接受如果去weekend 去element ,唔想迫又想Hea,呢度系必然之选
