Unsatisfactory. The only thing I enjoyed was the uplifting personality of our waitress and the cats, of course. All of the other factors were very disappointing. When we arrived the staff immediately explained a set of rules to us which we didn't quite understand as she just kept going on and on about the "do's" and "don'ts" very quickly. She explained the the minimum charge was $60 including drinks. However, she failed to mention that the food was excluded. Which we misunderstood when it came to the payment. Our friend came in late so we waited for her to finish her food and our time limited only exceeded by 10 minutes. And she was steady-on made us pay for another $40 for another hour. Which was a total rip off since no one bothered to remind us that our time is up. The only reason why we stayed for another 10 minutes was because we were waiting for our friend to finish eating. We were asking for a favor since $40 for 10 minutes is just very unreasonable. As a customer, I felt very shocked to see such service because they couldn't even let us off for 10 MINUTES. And with obvious disappointment painted on our face, the staff had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to be a member. There are a lot of cat cafes that have much more excellent services in Hong Kong, and this is not one that I would recommend. 继续阅读

First of all, you get greeted with the so-called "rules" saying you have to pay a minimum charge of $60 which includes the drinks and snacks so we looked at the menu thinking we have to buy food and drinks within or more than that amount. We also have only an hour limit to stay. Later on another friend of ours tag along like 20 minutes later so she ordered hers too. What pisses me off is that they didn't specifically tell us that the $60 minimum charge is not included with the food and drinks we ordered. So we had to pay for our orders AND the 60$ charge we thought was basically what we ordered. Since we have 1 hour limit and our other friend that came little late was still eating we had to wait. We had to pay for additional 40$ because we stayed 10 mins later than the limit. We weren't even reminded with our time. we felt this is unfair we just waited for our friend to finish and they charge us 40$ for staying 10 extra minutes. The food wasn't even up to standard they were too basic and rip off. The only thing I can't complain about is the service, the staff was really kind to us. other than that not really recommended and never will go back. if you like cat cafe I suggest you to go to Mong Kok they don't rip you off with charges and time limit and the food is way better too. 继续阅读

I have taken my seven-year-old daughter to this cat cafe four or five times, and it's one of her favorite experiences in Hong Kong.  The combination of calm, interactive cats along with lovely hosts make for a lovely experience every time.  I should add that my daughter is on the autistic spectrum so I fully realize that despite her  kindness and love of cats, she can test the patience of the owners and the guests with being a bit too loud at times or just getting a bit too excited.  But, wow, the hosts - i believe a mother and daughter team - know my daughter by name now and are always very, very helpful and understanding.  As for the cat cafe itself, it's a lot of fun.  It has a decent amount of space, and the cats most often seem interested in interacting with us.  Of course, many of the cats stay on the perches but don't mind being petted.  the cafe also has some fun extra things like games and interesting trinkets on the shelves - they seem to like Japanese-style things.  We usually don't eat much at the cafe, but this time we did, and the food was just fine - cooked fresh in a real kitchen.  We've been to many cat cafe's, mostly in Tokyo, but this is one of the best for overall experience.  As a parent, i really appreciate the way in which this cafe has been designed and is very kindly managed by the owners.  They don't seem to be featured on TripAdvisor, and most of their communication is in Chinese, so not so many foreigners here - but that might be a good thing for foreigners who find this since you'll then encounter a very local experience.   And they speak fine English, so it's easy to get around here.  Many thanks to the owners and the cats, they really do care and it shows. 继续阅读
