We just went to this shop very randomly in one evening. The environment is quite chill and relax.We walked in the restaurant with some expectation of pasta. We ordered a carbonara. The taste of the cheese isn’t quite alright. The pasta doesn’t feel like fresh made (maybe they did not claim, my false expectation).I would say it’s fair. Just the price made me to have some higher expectation.

2/5Tried carbonara and pesto, very good pesto sauce, is gives you a wow when you taste it. I’m alright with the Carbonara but my friend like it better. But the pasta itself is not nice, no flavour, texture. If they could change to a good pasta, I might give them a 4 instead.

本身对西餐pasta情有独钟，慢慢就会去追求香港正宗既pasta. 上网揾到casa pasta有正宗carbonara食，立即打电话订位，带埋毛孩一齐黎睇住我地食。一路向上，行左几十级楼梯，终于到左。店舖细细，我地有毛孩当然坐出面。叫左一份carbonara, 一份risotto, 一份pizza. Carbonara系正宗无cream，有蛋既，意粉al dente，十分。Pizza都算水准以上既，芝士充足，面团唔算太厚，可以。Risotto有啲失望，意大利米煮得唔够入味，我明白香港人系偏向食软身啲嘅意大利饭，不过呢个饭真系有啲过硬。****************评分 : 7/10简评 : 隐世carbonara

好耐之前已经bookmark左呢一间餐厅一直都谂住如果系港岛staycation 就必试终于的起心肝 琴日去左试！佢嘅款式唔算好多主要都系大路意粉嘅酱汁为主我自己谂咗好耐 到底要试蚬嘅carbonara定佢哋嘅自家制pesto好😆最后我都系拣咗pesto睇到有啲评语话佢啲意粉好硬身可能因为我拎到返酒店都要一段时间所以开始食嘅时候 意粉质地都有啲偏硬嘅不过系我可接受嘅范围之内🥰🥰openrice 用恒生cash dollar 外卖自取成餐饭我只系比左$1🤣🤣🤣不过美中不足嘅系个人觉得佢个pesto 可以再增加多少少油腻感不过overall 我都好钟意 亦会再去试下其他味☺️

铺头都真系有啲偏僻，得几个位，同埋全部都系外卖容器🙈Carbonara $108Spaghetti 偏硬同有咬口𠮶种，但就无乜麦味，个carbonara 酱蛋香重，但唔知点解有种hollandaise 嘅酸味🤔guanciale 要用啲牙力好咬😂同埋无乜咸香食到最后觉得好滞以呢个价钱食到more ‘authentic’ 嘅carbonara 的确唔错，但我唔会话系好好食
