招牌菜
今日又同E先生行海港城,到了Cadero Grill & Oyster Bar食lunch。面包篮:有香草蕃茄包、牛油芝麻卷、烟肉包当中以香草蕃茄包最美味,不但软熟非常,而且香浓有香草蕃茄味。酥炸鱿鱼圈鱿鱼圈够腍,炸粉亦够薄,香口而不油腻。芝士菠菜酥皮卷酥皮卷松化可口,芝士+菠菜非常合拍的组合。蒜片大虾墨鱼汁意粉蒜片只得寥寥数片,大虾新鲜爽口,份量多而且颇大只,意粉以墨鱼汁制成,再加上香浓的墨汁,超美味!

又到左多谢老细的时间啦~ 虽然呢排都多谢过了做野去开TST, 老细话去呢间食. 1人1set菜名唔太记得, 系咁上下.......老细: 脆猪排配粗薯条, 我: 南瓜杂菌千层面配蕃茄汁waiter 俾左2杯水, 但之后另一个waiter唔知点解收番, 开左支类似mineral water, 蓝色的 , 唔知系D水定只杯的色. 唔理照饮~之后去左自助salad, 主攻青瓜生菜, 加左少少碎ham同面包粒扮凯撒沙律 , 都fresh salad半碟, 另一半去左熟食炸鱿鱼圈, 炸白饭鱼, 几好, 但唔够热. 炸虾丸就好实下, 仲有2件馅饼, 够蛋味, 但2种馅都似得洋葱, 有点dry. 跟住餐汤同包都上左. 粟米汤虽淡, 但入面有D好似德国肠粒, 几特别. 芝麻包冻的, 硬身, 如果叮番热应该好好多. 脆猪排配粗薯条: 原来系一块好薄的吉列猪, 好热气啊. 好彩唔系我食姐. 睇落都炸得几令, 老细话OK南瓜杂菌千层面配蕃茄汁: 第一层系cheese, 之后南瓜蓉, 再落系mushroom. 南瓜同mushroom配答, 再加上淡淡cheese香味, very good 不过呢道菜真系好heavy下, 好"流". 虽然配挺酸的番茄汁已经好点, 但食到一半已经好饱, 唔想浪费的原则下, 我只好慢慢食哂佢. 餐饮只点了普通的冻柠, 老细点了冻啡.期待的甜品竟是芒果布丁, 有点失望. 始终算系高级餐厅, 以前点都会有奶冻之类的. 130未+1, 但老细有member卡, 应该cover番+1吧. 2个人270到落楼. 个人觉得TST食, 咁的价钱, 又咁多野食, 算几好了.

当日同一个好耐无见既朋友食晚餐, 希望可以倾到计, 因为无BOOK位, 侍应问我地介唔介意坐出面, 佢话, "因为天气都凉同可以安静少少!", 但系一出去, 又热又嘈, 因为马路旁边, 有时讲野, 仲要等车过左先可以再讲野! 而且室外仲唔可以食烟, 要我朋友出去外面食, 但系, 佢所指既外面, 只系分隔左一个玻璃! 另外, 叫左想饮既Non-alcohol cocktail, 因为个SHAKER 坏左, 要叫令外一样杯饮品, 我叫侍应介绍一杯差唔多味道既, 黎到一饮, 的确又淡又唔好饮, 都算喇! 叫左一个二人用Paella, 本身仲担心两个女仔会食唔哂, 因为仲有叫其他食物, 一黎, 超级细, 重点系, 唔好食! 同一般炒饭味有点儿似, 而且大虾的确食得出唔太新鲜! 令人生气! 而且侍应不断望, 望得有少少过份, 感觉唔系留意我地有无叫佢地, 而系..... 怕我地食好耐既感觉... 两个人食左六百几蚊, 我觉得贵唔系因为两个人食而已, 而系QUALITY 同价钱唔成正比! 系HABOUR CITY, QUALITY一定要有返咁上下啰... 所以几失望... 希望佢食品有所改进喇!

虽然系 buffet 型式, 不过唔系好似酒店咁多款式, 但系选得既都几好食. 自选 pasta 自己钟意拣乜野配料都得, 专人煮完热辣辣送到你面前, 不过 dessert 方面可能要改善下, 因为得好少, 而且好耐先会 refill 一次.至于地方方面, 虽然唔大, 不过都唔算多人, 所以活动空间都足够.整体黎讲都算几好!

After having experienced a great Sunday brunch here a while ago, we decided to go back for dinner. We arrived at 6pm and there were only 2 other tables there. The service we received was very disappointing especially since our waiter also appeared to be the restaurant manager and the restaurant was quiet. First of all, the order of Oysters was wrong and I wasn't convinced they had gotten it right when they supposedly corrected our order and brought it back. Only after I had eaten the Oysters did I realise they still got the order wrong as my last Oyster tasted completely different to the other 2 (I ordered 3 Oysters of the same kind). I never mentioned this to the manager, after all I had already eaten it - fine. Secondly, we had to remind the manager to bring our drinks - fine. Lastly, a good while after we had finished the Oysters, the manager informed us that we would have to wait another 30-45mins for our salt baked fish as it takes a long time to cook and could he bring the Oxtail Lasagne first of all as it was ready (it turns out it was not ready either as it never came for another 15 mins after he said this!). This is when we really became unhappy with the service. We asked how long the fish normally takes to cook which the manager answered 30-45 mins. We pointed out that we ordered our food (Oysters and main courses) at around 6.15pm and now at 6.50pm he was telling us it would take 30-45 mins thus taking the overall cooking time to over an hour and that they should have put the fish in the oven immediately upon receiving the order if it takes that long. Also, it is pretty standard practice for a restaurant to inform the customer when dishes take a long time to cook (e.g Souffles) so that they are aware it will be delayed. The manager told us that they would not have started cooking the fish until our starters were finished so this also delays the fish. Come on! Our starters were Oysters which take only a few minutes to shuck and be eaten! Who was this guy kidding? I'm sure this is not how a restaurant kitchen is run and especially NOT when a 30-45min fish dish is ordered! I politely asked the manager if there had been a mistake and somehow he had forgotten to place our order with the Chef. He insisted this was not the case and when pressed again he said that the Chef did not start cooking the fish till late as he was having his dinner. This was completely laughable. It would have been better had the manager explained that he forgot to place our order rather than come out with 2 stupid excuses! We told him that when a restaurant opens at 6pm (or before 6pm in this case), the Chef does not have his dinner at this time as he would have eaten before or after dinner service was completed. Again, who does this guy think he is kidding?! In any which case, why is the Chef's dinner more important than OUR dinner which we are paying for?! Who ever goes into a restaurant to find their food is delayed because the CHEF IS HAVING HIS DINNER?!?! We asked him to double check with the Chef as between 30 mins and 45 mins is quite a large time gap. After checking with the Chef, the manager said the fish would only take 25 mins - ok fine. I think we had given up any expectations we had at that point and were just ready to eat anything. On the food, the Oysters were so-so and they probably weren't even the ones we had ordered! The Oxtail Lasagne is way too salty. The long-awaited Salt Baked Fish was surprisingly nice and fresh. Shame we will not be going back - service was a joke.
