I want to love this place as I love American pies. Last time I had a pistachio one and it was soggy. This time the banana pieces were blackened. I think it would have been better to freshly cut the banana pieces for the top when served. For $90 I feel it should be top quality. I am even forgiving their throw away thin paper plates. Their apple, pecan and pumpkin pies were good though.

They offer a generous selection of cakes including Red Velvet Cake, New York Cheesecake, Triple Choclate Cake, as well as the my all time fav — Carrot Cake!!!Not joking, the classic cream cheese-frosting of their signature Carrot Cake just makes my day. As you bite into the layers, you can feel the texture of the Pineapple Bits and Shredded Coconut inside! Trying it’s banana caramel pie this time and it’s such a treat! 今日经过K11 Musea被这间蛋糕店的红色的装修吸引了，店舖放著各色各样的蛋糕，外表非常吸引，有彩虹蛋糕，三重朱古力蛋糕，红丝绒蛋糕等等，每一件看起来都好像很好吃的样子，于是我便买下了一件彩虹蛋糕试试，是否如我想像中的美味。红色的盒子好吸引，满心欢喜地带着蛋糕回家去。这是好传统的牛油蛋糕的味道，加上大量的糖花焗制的饼底和充满砂糖的奶油。真系好甜，每吃一口都等于砂糖一样。如果喜欢吃甜的，可以试一试，睇吓你有冇sweet tooth.

第一眼就俾个格仔蛋糕吸引咗, 一定要试下 食物 : Checkerboard Cake Slice $100 ~ 个样真系无得输, 打卡一流, 但味道偏甜, 比较漏 Cake Shake $110 ~ 奶昔内加入蛋糕, 味道是香滑的, 不过都是太甜, 一杯奶昔两个人也饮不完 环境 : 装修好靓, 鲜红色好抢眼, 坐位舒服, 地方干净 服务 : 员工有礼貌, 同客人有讲有笑, 虽然不会讲广东话, 但沟通无问题 价钱 : HK$210/2人 (无加一服务费)
