比你surprise 到嘅美式饼店 @butter_hk , 行去中环其间 ，有意无意喺google search到有间评分好高嘅饼店叫butter ，店舖外型好靓，橙橙红红嘅装修，店舖外型一半系透明玻璃嘅厨房 ，一半系前台收钱位，真正比客人企嘅地方好细，2-3 个人已经打爆3左间饼店， 亦都冇进食嘅座位，的确系买完就走嘅格局，呢间饼店买嘅嘢唔多，只系有十多种嘅蛋糕款式 ，所以佢对自己蛋糕出品非常有信心。既然有缘行过，我又咁贪食，今次呢就试咗4 款先，包括cream and cookies pie， Banana Pie red velvet cake & new York Cheesecake。一向我都好钟意食红丝绒蛋糕，可惜唔系度度都可以整到传统嘅味道，同样都唔系度度有得买，今次系呢一间店舖试到嘅红丝绒蛋糕真系震撼咗味蕾，因为佢正正就系非常传统嘅红丝绒蛋糕味， 𠮶只cream cheese嘅外壳非常之好味，唯一系甜咗啲啲，但系完全接受到嘅程度。New York Cheesecake 质地有重松散嘅感觉，平时食𠮶只系硬到firm 嘅程度，佢反而系松松地，食到芝士柠檬海盐嘅味道，最可怕系饼底竟然仲系脆嘅，我谂知佢嘅货品应该系日日清先有呢个新鲜程度，而香蕉蛋糕，香蕉味极浓，忌廉质地幼滑，忌廉曲奇仲未食，迟下再讲。总括而言，佢嘅蛋糕就系合符咗一种平衡嘅概念，就系佢落得嘅食物材料，都会喺每一啖里面食到返出嚟，不过佢嘅价钱系我见过嘅切饼之中最贵，差唔多成百蚊一件，值唔值得就睇你地自己对食物有几狂热啦！推介指数：4.3/5CP 值：3.9/5P.S: 佢件蛋糕比一般SIZE 大，记得留肚呀!

We have ordered our cake online a week ago and the payment was processed. We have selected to pick up between 12-3pm. When we went to pick up today, the shop ain’t open.We called their contact number and no one answered. We then checked on insta to discover that they have a silly dodgeball tournament and they are not opening till 5pm.We never received any emails nor phone calls to notify us the change of opening time. We would not have placed the order if we know we are not gonna have the cake before 5pm.This is so freaking ridiculous and irresponsible as a business. I never had a taste of their cake but I would never recommend it to anyone. Seriously? Who would buy from a cake shop that ruins birthday?!

Ordered their chocolate cake today for a friend's birthday and was quite disappointed in the quality this time. I've had their chocolate cake many times and each time I was happy with the quality. However, this time the cake tasted a bit dry and the frosting was a bit hard which was strange. Did not expect this quality as the cake costed $700.

Apple pie-taste was good but the pastry was way toooooo thickCarrot cake-The best among these four, but the cake layers dried outStrawberry and rhubarb pie-disaster... the pastry was a bit better than the apple pie but absolutely didn't know what I was having when I was eating it, the filling had not flavour at all... except a light sour tasteS'more-that was not marshmallow but a thick layer of cream... the chocolate was good tho
