早两日黎到红磡一间朋友推荐既burger外卖小店～～因为想热住食就冇攞走，喺餐厅门外立食区度开餐🤤🤤🍔皇牌鹅肝汉堡 $128✨果然系皇牌！ 鹅肝超超超厚身同肥美，仲煎得好香！！面包烘得好脆身，好香牛油味😋😋安格斯牛肉打成既汉堡扒亦都好有咬口，重牛肉味～～夹埋清爽既蔬菜一齐食真系好丰富👍🏻👍🏻基本上食完呢个包都好饱，推介！！🍔日式汉堡 $58✨食材处理得同皇牌汉堡一样出色❤️❤️特别之处系小店新鲜磨研既wasabi酱汁，好新鲜！！令到成个汉堡清爽得黎带点刺激感，好食😋😋🍟炸薯条&支装饮品 (+$25)✨薯条即叫即炸，热辣辣！！我地叫左和风紫菜粉，味道都唔错～burger同薯条果然系绝配🤩🤩除左有汽水，呢度仲有得拣茶饮，相对冇咁邪恶～～可以留quota黎食炸芝士🤣🤣🧀炸金文毕芝士 $38✨一份有5粒，呢个价钱好抵食！！芝士味好浓郁，件件都炸到金黄色😍😍食落外脆内软，咸咸香香，送啤酒一流👍🏻👍🏻小店仲有个留言版俾大家写低comment，好有心思～～我地梗系都留左个好评啦😏😏

We encountered this small little dainty corner for burgers the other day at Ho Man Tin, and it was absolutely delightful. The burgers are surprisingly good in both portion and quality, and we were totally amazed! It's actually hard to believe how affordable their burgers are considering the gigantic portion and quality of beef patty.Signature foie gras beef burger & Salted egg yolk sauce burgerThe two burgers we ordered were both very attractive in appearance and looks very juicy. There is a beef patty with cheese in each one of them and it's very succulent and well-cooked. The sauce is very rich in flavor, especially the egg yolk one which complemented surprisingly well with the beef. As for the main character of the day - the foie gras was quite huge and juicy, such a bargain indeed! Fried camembert, Karaage fried squid with spicy tomato sauce with herbsThe fried camembert cheese smelled so good! The texture was very crispy and fresh. A perfect side in addition to the impressive burgers.The fried squid was also nicely made, and the size of them are bigger than expected. Great bites to pair with the burgers as well!Compared to other burger places, this is no doubt extremely reasonably priced. We chatted with the shop owner for a bit, and he was so friendly and talkative! He explained the making of burgers and the history of his little shop to us, and even got a blackboard for people to write down messages, which felt so nostalgic lol A very enjoyable meal indeed!

系明利买咗个家乡狗仔粉外卖，好似唔多够喉，皆因女友小熊颇大食(x_x)，于是打算系 Burger Begin 买多件炸鸡，系门口等餐时,睇吓个 menu, D 汉堡饱又好鬼吸晴㖞，心多多又买埋个日式汉堡外卖！优点：1) 老细话日式汉堡系用上唔攻鼻嘅 wasabi酱，酱汁果然唔攻鼻，而且份量极多.2) 食咗老麦几十年，好难话唔攞老麦同佢比较，老麦D牛肉食落有渣，而且鞋口，BB 嘅牛肉嫩口又无渣，甚至有入口即溶感觉.3) 成个饱份量足，但引申另一个问题，唔知点埋手！有待改善：1) 薯条口感似老麦无特别.2) 炸鸡系失望一环，平凡之余收费亦唔平.3) 加埋薯条同饮品，成80蚊，讲唔上性价比高，一份钱一份货吧！

Want next level quality burger? Burger begin is the spot to go for! We had the signature beef burger with foie gras with terriyaki sauce. The buns are perfectly toasted and with pan seared foie gras with terriyaki sauce to neutralise with the greasiness, juicy beef burger (slightly well done but you can order the way you want your beef to medium rare or even rare), along with some fresh lettuce and raw onions. Credit to how they handle the raw onions that you won’t be able to feel the weird spiciness but rather sweet and juicy.For the snack we had the fried Camembert cheese that just melts in your mouth in one bite, really pairs well with a bottle of soda (or beer but you need to buy nearby since they don’t sell alcohol) and the deep fried squid lip is very chewy, tastes somewhat similar to a cuttlefish lip, the homemade hot sauce goes really well with it too I would highly recommend it. For the fries, they did it in a toasty way so good news for those that enjoy extra crispy snacks, and the spicy garlic powder gives an extra kick to the fries and bring it to a new level. This place does not provide seats but news had it that they are expanding to planning to open up a new resto with seats!

住喺附近，成日经过，但一直冇食过~寻晚好懒唔想煮，就近近地去try try. 虽然店舖唔大，但侧边整左个立食位俾人食野，仲有个大黑板俾人留言，都几潮下😜✨皇牌鹅肝汉堡 - 劲劲劲厚，鹅肝有焦糖香，甜甜地，咬落好juicy, 连埋安格斯牛一齐食，口感一流~✨黄金汉堡 - 香浓嘅咸蛋黄酱又几夹wo, 块肉都好厚，真材实料😍✨炸金文毕芝士 - 第一次食呢款炸芝士，佢里面系比较软心，但又好浓郁芝士味😋✨炸墨鱼咀 - 原本想叫唐扬鱿鱼，但有新返墨鱼咀，感觉仲正，一咬爆汁，大大粒几有质感✨和风紫菜炸薯条 - 份量都几多，粗薯条几好食，但食完之后觉得有dd咸😂之后谂唔到食咩都可以encore下🤩
