之前听朋友讲话北角汇有一间唔错嘅法国餐厅,价钱相宜,而且食物质素都非常好。见有时间就拣咗日闲日过嚟试。我同朋友各拣咗一个set对呢一餐都非常满意😀前菜1. 忌廉野菌汤:野菌味非常浓郁,用料非常之足,忌廉唔会好重手,令到碗汤系以野菌嚟做主色调。好饮!2. 法式鹅肝焦糖炖蛋配沙律:成餐对呢一味菜式最深刻。一味法国菜我哋都系第一次食系以鹅肝酱上面再配上焦糖,鹅肝酱浓郁夹埋焦糖会令到成件事好平衡,再喺香脆嘅法包上面沾上厚厚嘅一层酱,真系停唔到手呀。主菜1. 慢煮西班牙猪鞍洋葱及薯蓉:猪鞍烹调到啱啱好熟,十分香嫩Juicy,的确系慢煮先做到嘅感觉。在沾上薯蓉同埋烧汁,冇得弹!2. 波士顿龙虾扁意粉伴龙虾汁:龙虾汁非常浓郁每一条意粉都挂上浓浓嘅龙虾汁,而且龙虾都非常新鲜弹牙,水准十分之高。最后个set仲包咗一人一杯餐饮作结。

It is not difficult to find its location inside a new shopping mall in north point.Their decoration is cozy and nice. They followed my request to reserve quiet corner for our gathering that night. However, the price was quite high that we hardly selected the better option. The portion of food were very small to hardly share with few friends, even not feeling enough per head. Not recommend having it with a group of people but fine dining will be recommended.Though the quality of food was nice, we still needed to order few side dishes to fill up our small stomachs. Wine selection is mainly from France, which are suitable for wide range of food with different tastes. The staffs would give some advice on the wine matching with the food, also recommended some special dishes that night.Since the shopping mall closed earlier at around 10pm, if we want to have deep talk gathering, suggest grabbing a table earlier.

去咗北角两日training,一日食咗地下Steakart,今日食二楼Briketenia,一早订咗位,去到都5成满,之后再入walk-in已话full。餐牌睇咗冇话有贵扒,所以叫咗慢煮西班牙猪鞍$248,叫埋$48鹅肝creme brûlée 连沙律(走汁)。上咗包先,意式,有一pat沙律🥗酱,唔啱我。之后鹅肝creme brûlée,面头焦糖,捞埋落去咸咸地,鹅肝酱有酒味。沙律🥗新鲜。猪都厚切,不过唔够嫩滑,有返d肥膏会好食😋d。加$20转latte,冇拉花,但入口都醇既。Overall,下面𠮶间Steakart皓食d
