每次经过都想买任何一款甜品试吓，明天见有好多人在铺，以为有好选择，入铺在右边已被细细个的蛋糕吸引，哗，有Lemon Coconut 蛋糕，决定买返屋企当饭后甜品，好期待会好好味！非常失望，非常唔好食，一点Coconut 味也没有，一点Lemon 味更没有，外层的cream 比腐皮更厚，是一片片 没有味的，这个价钱唔平！NO Next time -> NEVER

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience at your store. I was attracted to your "buy three, get one free" promotion, and when I inquired about the egg tarts, the staff member responded to me in English, which I found confusing and unhelpful and her voice sounded so annoyed. When I bought 4 egg tarts in original price then went out the shop again, the poster did not mention that you need to buy 3 different favors instead of one.I understand that staff may have different language preferences, but it is important for your team to communicate effectively with all customers, especially in a diverse environment. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.Due to this incident, I regret to inform you that I may not return to your store in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving your staff training to ensure a more welcoming experience for all customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
