Lunch, 系我地嘅first visit.睇左menu好耐都拣唔到食咩，朋友想食steak, 但steak份量太大，於是佢过黎介绍我地可以点order, 最後我地order左一份striplion, pasta, 份sstriplion系menu无, 因为佢话见我地系first visit。佢地非常patient, friendly, thoughtful.食物亦都系好好味。striplion 煎得好靓，medium rare, 粒garlic煮得好入味。Pasta好香，spaghetti texture 适中，唔会太软/硬。个Chef会出黎倾下计，整体感觉wonderful, 好舒适。我会再去下次想试pizza, 个dough系chef home made, 到时再share.. 继续阅读
After the nice birthday dinner last time, I revisit Bovini with high expectation with my friend..We ordered a set for 2 tonight.*The tomato soup is what I like a lot for tonight. The sourness awakes my appetite and get myself ready for the following courses.*The fresh mussels are served in a fresh and slightly spicy sauce. The little spice brings an additional taste to the seafood.*The lobster of the pasta is freshly selected and is a good dish to share for 2.*The lamb chop is the last course of our set. Thanks Wilma for catering my special need and have changed the rib eye to the lamb chop. The lamb chop is crispy on the surface, with a pinch of sea salt. The meat is nicely cooked which ends our dinner pleasantly..This is not my first time writing a review for Bovini and Bovini is by far the only restaurant I write a review. Why? I have only had Bovini's pasta; it's great, and very affordable - at around ~70HKD during promotional lunch time. Bovini is a family-run restaurant with a very welcoming environment and staff and, of course, great food. Thankful for their hospitality always as they make one feel very welcome and taken care of. I stop by this restaurant and it was close to 2pm. My friend and I just order pastas only since there is no appetizer and drink offered. The waitress is very honest about their instant coffee and it takes time to brew the coffee. The pasta costs HKD 75 each so it’s not pricey at all. 在大坑与天后之间，有一间以热诚*来制作食物的餐厅。这餐厅午餐只提供意粉，dinner是美国菜，不过笔者只在午餐时段到访，𧫴集中讨论意粉的表现。午餐价钱虽划一定价$118，但实际只是连加一$75，并无限ice tea添饮，且份量十足，非常抵食！(笔者甚至认为在垃圾意粉充斥的香港，这意粉收$100也不为过)这个价钱虽然不会使用handmade pasta，面条不能够带给你的蛋香和弹性，但是却物超所值，例如面条al dente就太基本，还有意粉上还放上了大量芝士(与员工倾谈中透露是mozzarella & parmesan混合使用)。加上环境舒服，周末午餐时人不多，只是整个餐厅只有一名员工，比较需要耐性等待你的高汁午餐。*热诚是指有心机和不同的尝试以提升味道 继续阅读
