间餐厅系逼到爆,同嘈到爆,枱同枱之间系ok贴~ 我地三个人,佢俾咗张二人枱。张枱细到摆两set碟,两杯水,两杯酒,餐包就乜位都冇。我地要个waiter hold住上菜,慢慢黎,真系唔多够位呢~~张枱仲要系角落,脚又伸唔到,手踭撞手踭咁食,几惊整跌啲酒杯,真系惨过坐economy 🥲不过个waiter算系咁,我地成日问佢可唔可以换张大枱,虽然最后系继续逼,佢全程系好有耐心答我地,同几好笑容。至于食物方面,整体ok,冇太大惊喜,同埋tap water free flow系要收90蚊。 继续阅读

入去好多人,心谂无死,book 07:30Oyster 细到癫,普通野,宝达$60-80Sparking water法国田螺 (好味既,偏咸同油)牛骨髓 (劲饱满肥但唔错)八爪鱼 (干硬,3旧水,倒钱落海仲要伤胃)牛柳鹅肝 (牛肉ok, 但鹅肝失左踪,提醒后补返)咩service 心照啦红酒 x 2咁都比到5*班人就知咩事$18xx for 2 好混乱,见到隔离沙律菜同老麦差唔多,好彩无点老实讲咁既价钱,直升机咁伏,都会full house香港饮食业靠佢了 继续阅读

趁住春季restaurant week 嚟到上环浪漫法式小酒馆🇫🇷,复古设计环境靓又有情调,门口仲有个半开放式窗比人打卡影相📸人均$398包括3道菜🌟,人气Crème Bruleé🍮都喺餐牌当中,用热情果壳载住嘅炖蛋🥚,1开2咁上碟,焦糖面烧得脆而香✨,炖蛋有热情果味道及奶香味上足,酸酸甜甜,非常滑~主菜Fish of the day有惊喜😍,以高温香煎方式将鱼煮得外脆内软,烤得软稔入味,好味🤤另单点咗店员推介嘅法式牛油焗田螺,喺经典法国菜头盘,牛油非常香,点埋面包都系一个好选择💕📍 Bouillon (上环)上环磅巷6号地舖 继续阅读

Recently I had the pleasure of trying the delightful 3-course set menu priced at $398 at Bouillon. While the seating felt a bit tight with limited personal space, the bistro-style ambiance was inviting and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. The Starters (Egg Mayonnaise, Herring Caviar, and Basil) was visually stunning and flavors intriguing though I found it to be a bit too salty for my taste. For the main course, I opted for the Classic Beef Tartare, served with perfectly crispy fries. The tartare was nicely seasoned, highlighting the freshness of the beef. The fries were were a substantial addition that filled up the stomach.To conclude the meal, I picked the Tarte Tatin for an additional HK$ 48 which was worth. If you’re looking for a dining experience in a cozy bistro setting, Bouillion is undoubtedly a destination worth visiting. 继续阅读
