第一次到访朗廷酒店,是中五的谢师宴,那年和女友们穿上晚装踏上高跟鞋,悉心打扮尽力当个淑女,十多岁嘻嘻哈哈,现在回想起倒是可爱。之後来吃过几次汉堡,又出席过朋友婚宴,西餐厅则是第一次光顾。餐厅位於酒店地库,灯光昏暗有情调,台与台之间的距离远,私隐度颇高,场内播放着轻音乐,氛围轻松,心情亦随之而愉快起来。Sourdough (complementary)酸种面包外脆有面粉香,搽些高质咸香牛油,好吃。Seafood Tower $998海鲜塔卖相有够浮夸,离远见到双眼已闪闪发光,近距离望着还是不禁轻声惊叹,令人兴奋。是日没有车厘蚬,以生蚝代替;生蚝新鲜大只,海水味浓郁,清爽顺喉,是我喜欢的口感;波士顿龙虾多肉,肉质爽弹;四只阿拉斯加蟹脚实的的圆碌碌,味道鲜甜。带子如五蚊银大小,鲜味得很;翡翠螺预先处理没内脏相连,不用狼狈扯出,爽口弹牙;虾肉不霉,相对普通但还是美味。二人分享每款都有至少两、三件,吃到手指也啜得一乾二净。USA Prime Black Angus Rib-eye, Dry-aged $628牛扒表面烧成格仔纹,带满满的炭烧香和油香,入口软腍多汁,经熟成後肉味更浓郁,每吃一口都只想慢慢细味,好幸福。Dark Chocolate $88心太软新鲜焗起,微暖流心,可可味香浓不甜腻,佐以幼滑的拖肥味雪糕和威士忌granita,淡淡酒香将整个甜点带去另一层次,为这顿饭来一个完美作结。享用半价优惠後埋单一千元左右,无论味道气氛皆是水准以上,侍应们笑咪咪的亦有令人宾至如归的感觉,是开心难忘的一夜。 继续阅读

This steakhouse is located in The Langham Hong Kong, and arriving on the evening we were happy to see that the restaurant is basically full, a testimony to the improving economy in town and the returning confidence of the people to go out for dining. Hope that this trend continues and more restaurants are back to their good days.Seated at a spacious booth seat with comfortable sofa, looking around the dimly lit environment one can see many modern arts, and plenty of metal and wood creating an industrial shipyard ambiance.For starter, I had Maryland Crab Cake ($228) while my wife had Heirloom Tomato ($148). The crab cake is nicely done, with a thin crispy crust, beautifully seasoned crab meat in the fillings, and on the side there is pineapple cilantro salsa and saffron aioli for pairing with gem lettuce. The salsa provides a nice acidity while the aioli a creamy tart taste to complement the crab cake. A good dish.Then we had the soup, with me going for Lobster Bisque ($148) and my wife Forest Mushroom ($128). The poached Boston lobster and samphire, with a bit of sour cream, is placed on the bowl and the soup served separately, giving a better presentation. The soup is good in taste, with rich creamy texture and the brandy elevated the flavors to another dimension.For the main course, I had Grilled Kurobuta Pork from Snake River Farms ($398) and my wife had Mediterranean Sea Bass ($428). The thick pork is grilled perfectly, seared nicely on the outside while retaining a pinkish white, juicy inside. Nicely seasoned as well, there is a red wine sauce paired which I found surprisingly familiar, from a sauce I had made previously. The sea bass is also very good, with the whole fish wrapped in paper and oven-roasted. The staff also helped to remove the bones before serving, a thoughtful approach.By now we were very full and did not have room for dessert, which was a pity. The service overall was good. The bill $1,490 after a 15% discount from the Langham Supper Club, quite a good deal. 餐厅枱与枱之间嘅距离都隔得几开,私隐度都算做得几好,而且坐得几舒服。叫完嘢食好快就有餐前面包食,摆碟几靓,食落唔会太硬,食得出唔系返叮嗰啲,加埋啲橄榄油一齐食简直系绝配!我地前菜叫咗➡️ 半打生蚝🦪(生日赠送)非常新鲜,就算唔加汁都食得出好鲜嘅海水味,非常正👍🏻➡️ Australian Wagyu Strip Loin (8oz) ($628) with half lobster🦞(+$50)呢个澳洲和牛火候做得恰到好处,d扒纹见到都觉得好食,肉汁又多而且肉质非常嫩滑,极度有水准,咁贵食一块扒真系值!至於个龙虾就有d细只,不过都算新鲜嘅。➡️ US Prime Rib-Eye (11oz) with Alaskan king crab leg🦀 (4oz) ($568)呢块扒同头先嗰块和牛系有明显嘅分别,虽然呢块都好高质,但对比之下冇咁重牛味,而且肉质明显系冇咁好,又多d筋。➡️ Dark Chocolate ($88)经典嘅心太软配雪糕,呢到特别啲再有一壶仔热辣辣嘅toffee,淋落去一齐食超正!如果钟意食甜嘅朋友仔实啱!上面主菜仲包左任食松露薯条同沙律,不过食左餐前面包同咁大块扒都已经饱哂🙈Bostonian Seafood & Grill地址📍: 尖沙咀北京道8号香港朗廷酒店低层大堂.............................. 味道😋: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️环境👀: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫服务👨🏻‍🍳: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️抵食💰: ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 继续阅读

Amazing surf and turf night at Bostonian Seafood and Grill🦞Was served homemade sourdough with olive oil and butter shortly after we were seated. The sourdough had a nice airy and soft texture and was quite crispy on the outside.Then we had the oyster platter and beef tartare. We had 2 of the US, Irish and fine de Claire (of course!) oysters. All were very fresh as expected!The beef tartare was more heavily seasoned than usual but it still tasted great. And for the mainc we had 2 steaks and a few sides to share. The ribeye was amazing! Didn’t picture it but the interior had a beautiful pinkish colour🥰For desserts, I really liked the apple tart which was nicely baked with loads of caramelised apple pieces on top. I do like the environment of the restaurant, so classic and comsy, you seem dinning outsides Hong Kong, like eating in European restaurant. But it’s a bit strange that the paintings here are too contemporary and modern, seem not so matching with whole environment here haaaa, but I do still like dining in this lovely roomOyster platter are pretty cool, you can get three oyster from the set, the oysters are fresh. You don’t need to add many lemon juice and the taste is already good. It’s funny that you can choose soup as your main. I picked lobster bisque as main, the taste is so strong with a bit too salty, but you can find many lobster meat insides the soup. It’s pretty nice to dip with the melon which can mediate the strong taste.Semi-buffet having many cold dishes, salad bar, and bread corner. Those cold dishes are nice too. I got some seasoned salmon but also a bit salty too, but the salmon is quite fresh as you can taste.I love the cheese corner here and mix the cheese with the Parma ham, also good to combine the cheese and ham with the bread and biscuit, but it’s pretty full after finished them. They got some hot dishes corner too, I quite enjoyed the cheese meat pie which is got enough and quite contented to finish the pie even that’s not so large. menu:insidesWestern feeling with nice and classic environment, do enjoy having meal here, the food quality is still fine, not that salty will be better. 继续阅读
