疫情下冇晚市堂食,唯有食lunch 。环境唔错,卡位舒服。服务方面,酒店餐厅黎讲算一般。又唔系好多人,唔见得几忙,唔觉特别attentive。讲野都唔觉特别殷勤。食物方面一般,将货就价。冇样野impressive。set lunch唔包餐饮,落单果阵waitress 又冇提。虽然就算知都系会照嗌,不过讲声感觉服务会好d 。加埋饮品价钱,咁样质素既lunch cp值真系一般,出面会有更好既选择。应该唔会再去。 继续阅读

In hindsight, all the red flags were there from the beginning and we should have left immediately.  Instead, we paid $1300 for less than $130 worth of service. Utter disappointment. This was a special occasion to celebrate recent personal milestones. We had picked this place because of its positive reviews across sites and its promising menu. We had booked for 2pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, the place was bustling from its brunch service.Before eating- A baby cockroach was crawling on the wall close to the seafood buffet.- The manager said he would return with the a la carte menu, but never did.- Another waitress told us they were not serving a la carte, then backtracked and said some mains were not available. Most notably, no Boston lobster which I had been really looking forward to. - A young waiter had no idea they were not serving certain food. During the meal- Soup arrived before bread. Lobster bisque ($168) had lumps of cream that refused to dissolve. Mushroom soup ($138) was advertised to contain truffle but we could not taste any.Bricks of bread arrived completely cold on the outside. They were colder inside. And so hard that it hurt to chew.Crab cake ($228) was sent to the wrong table. Taste was fine, though I had expected the traditional, smaller 2 patties.French fries ($88) were pathetic and not unlike those served in fast food chains.US rib eye ($648) was cooked to medium-rare, when we had ordered medium. We had been given the wrong knives and had a terrible time trying to cut the steak. Why didn't we kick up a fuss? The staff was completely overwhelmed and wholly understaffed. Another table of 4 had one of their mains arrive 30 min late and refused it. It's obvious the manager and host were having a difficult time keeping up with the lunch crowd and responding to nonstop requests.Finally, we asked for the bill twice.  We had 10% off - yay, no service charge!Eat here at your own cost.  继续阅读

继续系朗廷既零房价staycation,食完唐阁check out完净番个千五蚊credit,而我地就系bostonian食埋最後呢一餐。门口行落去地库,首先会见到main st deli,再落一层先系bostonian。米芝莲官网入面系有扒房呢种菜式,而呢个类别入面系只得两间餐厅,bostonian系其中一间,虽然只系推荐餐厅,而文华扒房个类别系属於欧陆菜并唔系扒房。sunday brunch个餐牌几特别,除左一份主菜同任食前菜甜品之外,佢仲会定时有指定食物送上每张台,有海鲜塔,炸物拼盘,扇贝,海鲜饭,同埋个熟成牛扒。sunday brunch另一个卖点就系可以四小时任饮香槟,不过我自己就对酒无咩兴趣,所以最平果set就岩晒。餐台。餐厅环境大概就系咁,如果坐梳化位应该会舒服好多。呢度有海量讲英文既侍应,比caprice仲要多。一坐低就会送上呢个seafood tower,咁都讲左女朋友唔食贝壳类,即系我一个人生吞晒呢个tower,质素系ok既,不过睇番好多食评呢,以往呢个tower系有龙虾既,武汉肺炎之後唔单止缩左水,仲加埋价。跟住就讲下自助区,cold cut种类都几丰富,仲有几款芝士比你玩。亦都有专人负责配沙律,话说虽然望落去几整齐,但我地就正正坐系自助区前面,望住佢呢四个钟入面其实都无refill既,就咁一直放系度,其实都算系几唔卫生。之後就会开始定时派发几款熟食,炸物,扇贝,西班牙海鲜饭,都系一般般。然之後系甜品区,卖相都几丰富,色彩缤纷,呢个距离太远睇唔到有无refill过。仲有个酒水区,而我地净系可以饮果汁。食到咁上下终於上熟成牛,但其实个口感真系好自助餐feel。到最期待既主菜,我拣左和牛面颊,估唔到系咁样散晒上,虽然有几款酱,但本身就已经重味到HIHI。另一份鲈鱼,呢份就淡到无味。唔知系因为已经食埋甜品先上,定或者系太饱啦,两样都有HIHI中伏感觉。虽然话可以食四个钟,但其实食左两个几钟都已经饱到上心口,三点几就埋单,每位688未加一,仲贵过caprcie,用自助餐黎比价钱亦都直迫the food gallery个自助晚餐,都真系好难称得上抵食。而侍应都系送下餐收下碟,餐牌同上菜都无介绍,无乜服务可言。可能期待过高有d失望,或者用自助餐既心态会开心d,咁虽然个用餐体验就一般般,但都仲会想试下其他既,好似marcopolo既cucina,美丽华既whisk,帝苑既sabatini,呢d都系得奖餐厅,唔知质素会唔会比较好呢。 继续阅读

生日饭去咗朗廷酒店内嘅Bostonian Seafood & Grill知道佢哋嘅生蚝好出色而我又咁岩想食所以就拣咗哩度装修系典型酒店西餐厅咁灯光比较暗而有情调我哋被安排坐C形梳化位座位舒适宽躺.由於疫症关系由晚餐改为午餐我哋叫左生蚝及set lunch🍴🔸Market Oysters由厨师发板,每款两只,食入口非常非常之鲜甜!处理的好乾净又不失鲜味,当中我锺意纽西兰嘅蚝,好creamy!蚝好值得食!🔸Spanish Octopus Carpaccio 经典嘅西班牙小食,大大只嘅八爪鱼切成薄片,口感弹牙唔韧,用了smoked paprika、black olives powder 作调味,烟薰味非常突出。🔸Red tuna tartare 吞拿鱼被腌渍过,食落咸咸酸酸几开胃,肉质新鲜、鱼味浓而不腥,配合火箭菜、红菜头、橙嚟食,清新好味。🔸Marinated Port loin 猪柳好厚身,烧成格仔纹,肉味香浓,质地较为乾身实净,配焗过嘅蒜头食,味道不错。🔸Chargrilled NZ beef tenderloin 五成熟嘅纽西兰牛柳烧得好靓,切开肉质鲜嫩,油脂较少但口感弹牙。🔸Lemon curd、berries & passion fruit 、oat crumble食完肉就想食个爽口啲嘅甜品,食落酸味几强劲,食落好滑,蛋味几明显、好香,配合脆脆嘅燕麦金宝嚟食,双重口感 继续阅读
