这间私房菜其实亦留意咗一年, 但旧年四月以来已经再无食友update过了,原来连地址都转了, 转了同一条街的6号, 一座五层高嘅有”笠”唐楼,一梯一伙的商业楼, 要从横街入, 去到楼下都重要打电话上去问”门口密码”因为系无看更把守的, 可能当日是星期五, 星期三打电话订枱时都要入waiting list, 到星期四晚才可覆实OK了,不过店主亦事先讲明当晚有一枱比较多人的枱,声浪可能会大一点如唔介意的话都可以的, 私房菜地方嘈也嘈不了到那里,一于去马, 其实自己心里已经谂定了后补餐厅,亦是在附近的一些地铺, 星期五早上打去确认一次当晚吃什么菜式时, 怎么都是同旧年四月食评那篇大致相同嘅?!唔怪得之无人再投稿啦, 不过唔紧要我们未食过起码有些新鲜感,一踏进场,果然好私房菜FEEL, 灯光幽暗, 我们嘅枱系”潜建”出来的所以唔可以对座而是成”L”字形座的, 无相干我们已经不是那种要互望住对方才食得落饭那种了,近窗口那边两位女士座, 往外是一枱6个人座嘅枱,再向外是我们的二人枱,而另一边靠墙梳化一排过摆出17~18人的餐具阵势, 而最近门口那边是开放式厨房中间只拉一趟帘,厨师单人匹马,待应一男一女, 厨房道具有一座中形家庭式焗炉, 由于商业单位没有明火只见用电炉两个, 上加抽油烟机, 旁边是大形的家庭式雪柜, 厨房后面另霹有一室作洗涤及另一雪柜之用, 但就现场整晚所见, 这厨师没有帮厨情况下一个人SOLO都几潇洒下, 尤其单人要一次过做咁多个主菜,他亦要摆碟(前菜/沙律/间场小食等等)咖啡或茶,因为全是在他那三步行晒的范围内完成的, 所以他们没有太复杂的菜式亦不能随便乱改餐单,唔系熟练每一道菜嘅流程只会加重厨房嘅负担, 打乱整体表现, 在道具少,人手少又诸多限制下做私房菜绝不容易呢,讲番当晚菜式名物)黑松露蛋-每人一只, 主要系个汁调得无懈可击,同只蛋无任何关系,因为店方从没标榜用什么农场有机蛋,意大利慢活蛋,四川唔知边度人手带嚟香港的山村蛋之类, 只感觉只蛋比一般的细SIZE, 可能唔想客人第一道菜就食饱肚嘅关系啦, 个汁好鲜味之余亦重松露味, 汁全挂到每一伙蛋上所以照片上看并不太突出到个效果, 蛋黄亦没有做到流心, 但这并不重要因为系食个汁,基本上放件烧年糕系度都会觉得好味!簿切咸火腿配比利时梨罗马生菜沙律- 沙律汁MAYO亦系调得几出色下, 可惜的是沙律菜只有一种罗马生菜,而火腿虽则唔知边嚟嘅, 但份量都算多及不太咸同时油香足够, 一咬下口腔内全是那种香味久久不散, 跟着上的是一个周打鱼汤,鱼汤底做得不错, 虽然汤内没有海鲜, 但也有不少杂菜粒粒, 加上忌廉落得刚刚好,滑之余没有抢过个汤间场用上一个普罗旺斯挞- 挞底系一个牛油擘酥底, 即系类似鸡批皮那种, 面放上一些蕃茄/烟肉/洋葱/橄榄粒粒, 如果的牛油擘酥底做得工整一点(呈碟形)会更漂亮,始终现在这个样太随意, 而MAYO酱唧在外面亦未必人人会点来吃,或者可以讲未必人人食MAYO嘅!主菜:安格斯牛扒- 四成熟, 一部份系一部份唔系, 肉质普通个只, 稍稍硬身,太庭话无乜牛骚味, 但我就反而觉得佢有阵风干肉味, 个汁都OK啦黑豚猪扒- 整件扒外层包了一层似肉又唔似肉嘅外壳, 但不是煎炸至脆那种口感,因为有汁令外层基本上系淋身的, 吸收咗汁的味非常之可口, 内部的猪排亦可能长时间腌过嘅关系有一股鲜甜味, 似鸡汤加苹果汁之类的味道, 猪扒肉质松,淋,滑又系食过唔多嘅黑豚猪扒中少见的, 如果喜欢吃原味猪扒的客人想必失望而回但我等食惯中餐嘅人来讲又觉得几新鲜, 起码它那种松同淋只系水份入侵了肉内的口感而不是梳打粉侵蚀后的口感,猪肉味依然存在只系多咗一些其他的味道,接受与否见仁见智,甜品: 苹果挞伴云呢拿雪糕球- 呢个系比较失色之作因为挞皮同上面嘅普罗旺斯挞皮同一品种但重要厚身少少, 个样实在唔吸引, 好难突出到d乜, 反而个球雪糕好有云呢拿味, 一球唔多够喉,咖啡- 本人要了咖啡, 真系饮唔晒, 实在太差劲了, 个样似latte但它不是, 个咖啡味更少得可怜, 我宁愿佢用最普通𠮶种-蒸馏咖啡好过啦,整体嚟讲, 以这价钱来讲可以接受,服务亦OK, 除咗个咖啡之外 继续阅读

从杂志介绍的法、意式私房菜,价钱不算贵,厨师有心思,好食,诚意小店!一间属于法国式嘅私房菜,上楼舖布置简单有心思。 清洁整齐,实而不华。 有d似宜家示范单位,坐得好舒服。 晚餐每枱安排只有一枱客,所以唔会赶你走,可以慢慢长谈。 服务员虽然只有一位,但相当有效率同细心。自家制面包非常特别,外皮脆面包心软软似橡皮胶,好有麦香,好好食,我们食完又食品!黑松露酿春春蛋,好香好滑落!菜花汤,足料又香港!巴马火腿沙律,火腿有咸香,配上西芹粒、苹果粒同罗马生菜,自家调嘅dressing亦好好味,赞!主菜有煎鲈鱼或者牛扒,我叫咗煎鲈鱼,新鲜又唔干皮,连埋蕃茄酸酸汁,非常醒胃!甜品有暖朱古力蛋糕配雪糕,喜欢朱古力有少少苦,好好味道~~~最后送上花茶一杯,画上完美嘅句号。 感觉好温馨~~~~ 继续阅读

It was really difficult to find this place - it's up some really unrevealing steps. The atmosphere was really good. As there were only a few tables, everything was cosy and comfortable. The staff was really polite as well. The food was okay too, although not great. I really liked the ravioli-like dish - both the sauce and stuffing was nice. Overall, I didn't really think the whole dinner was worth the money though, since all the dishes were just quite average. 继续阅读

besides the appetizer on the egg, shrimps and soup, everything else was not that good. Foie gras was overcooked, one of the main dish choice was quail, which was too sweet ?? the rib eye was not cooked to our likings (overcooked), and I have never had a warm chocolate cake that was salty, it was REALLY salty!! Our whole party told the waiters it was salty, and they claimed it's because their chocolate was 90% cocoa??? Did not bother or suggest to change for us at all.. very bad service. All 15 of us ended up wasting our dessert...Minimum to book the whole place is $6000, so make sure you have at least 20 people at $300 per head. They charged us the minimum even when we only had 15 people there, the point is, they never told us the minimum still applies when we told them we only have 15 people... unbelievable~! 继续阅读

公司系呢间私房菜搅Annual dinner已经2年啦!水准一直都好好....最好味当然系餐前餐包、睇住佢自已做同焗。全晚吃了餐包、生蚝、黑松露烩蛋、鸡扒、鹅肝、沙律、忌廉汤、三文鱼意粉、心太软和花茶呢间私房菜最好就系搅party、点玩都得、食物会预先几日比客人选择、好细心和好味既一间私房菜。 继续阅读
