📍Bluebird Coffee 上环呢间蓝色小鸟都可以称得上系我 top of mind 咖啡店☕️戴个头盔先，我其实唔系好识咖啡，所以通常评论咖啡店都系由非咖啡饮品、环境、网速同插头去入手嘅🪖今日同朋友食完饭打算去咖啡店chill吓，于是我就拣咗呢间🤓我次次都基本上会上二楼 - 少啲人、位又多啲。今次嚟发现格局好似唔同咗 - 角落头放咗张大床褥同投影机(唔知系咪筹备紧电影观赏活动🤩)不过发现清洁度好似差咁啲 - 啲台面有啲渍同痴痴哋......环境以上 🤣 饮品评价嚟喇，我叫咗Chai Latte，味道唔错嘅，唔似粉冲，不过如果香料味重啲可能会再正啲😉略嫌细杯咗少少🤏🏻40几蚊都真系两啖就饮完咗😮💨小弟记忆太短暂，唔记得朋友饮咗咩咖啡，但根据人哋做饮食业嘅意见，杯啡好似唔错(?)基本上你一坐低就安安静静唔会有人催你走或者赶你，wifi稳定而且张凳绒面几好坐🪑系小毒毒me-time好选址🤜🏻#飞到上环嘅蓝色小鸟 #又chailatte #小毒毒metime选址 #上环 #sheungwan #øhhejfoodie

成间cafe都系以蓝色、铜色、木色为主色，呢个配色有啲高级感💙入面有两层，都有几个位可以打卡，而且坐得好舒服，一啲都唔迫，chillchill嘅一个中午😆今次拣左坐入面一个大木框位，帮野食影相靓，但唔系固定会有少少摇，后尾搬咗去隔离云石枱食🫣本身谂住试埋啲咸食，但系𠮶日咁啱冇厨师，唯有叫咗一大堆甜食满足下自己😍！✨Raisin Scone $24Scone焗得金黄🔥，外面口感比较扎实、脆身，入面好松化，加埋啲提子干同jam酸酸甜甜，中和左少少腻嘅感觉👀✨Chocolate Danish $24系外面已经见到个丹麦酥好多层，而且好松脆！不过大家要趁热食，冻左会冇咁脆～ 一路都食到阵阵嘅牛油香🧈中间有啲朱古力酱🍫虽然唔算好多酱，但我又觉得食落岩岩好，再多啲就太甜😛✨Banana Loaf Cake $36香蕉味都几突出🍌 口感比较扎实，唔会太干身，甜度亦岩岩好😙✨Chocolate Muffin $30朱古力味好浓郁，入面嘅朱古力粒粒都几多，每啖都系朱古力香🍫蛋糕带点湿润感。✨Peanut Butter Latte (R $45)花生酱同咖啡好夹🫶🏻搞匀左之后花生酱嘅味道都几突出，同时又唔会盖过咖啡嘅香，两样嘢好balance😜好好饮呀🤩！✨Matcha Latte (L $50)抹茶味好浓，饮落微甘，奶味同样突出😍

位于西营盘同上环都有分店嘅Bluebird Coffee🕊系本地精品咖啡品牌☕️品牌以蓝色为主调💙今次我去咗上环分店🤩有两层高,楼下户外户内都有位置,可以带埋宠物🐕楼上有台阶区域,除咗鞋后可以喺大型咕𠱸上relax下🥰够晒chill🥳🥜Peanut Butter Latte花生酱同咖啡嘅融合🥜☕️好香好浓嘅花生味🥜花生味更衬托出咖啡嘅香浓🥰仲有靓靓拉花,下次试埋冻先😛☁️Marshmallow Latte上面铺满棉花糖,棉花糖烧过好香🥰甜甜哋再加埋咖啡几特别😛口感丰富😚餐厅有多种类食物提供,好似brunch、意粉、salad、小食、轻食等等🤩我试咗薯条、牛角包、Chocolate Scone同Blueberry Yogurt😍薯条上面有木鱼丝同紫菜碎,另外仲会跟埋松露酱🍟牛角包香脆🥐Chocolate Scone口感松软🍫Blueberry Yogurt浓郁蓝莓味🫐

The place is roomy and the ambience is nice too. The coffee was nice and it didn’t take long to be served but the food that I ordered took me more 20 minutes to get it. I went there around 11 am and there were only few customers and they had their food and drinks already. There were two staff and one was at the counter. I didn’t mind waiting if the food was good. But it was sour cream bagel and truffle eggs with avocado and tomato. The only thing needed to be on the pan was the truffle egg and and it was ok. The bagel might need to be grilled in the oven for 2 minutes but where’s the sour cream. It just had the avocado paste and two slides of tomatoes on it. The avocado paste is tasteless. Not all avocado have strong taste depends on the countries they are from and how ripe they are. If the taste is not strong at least need to put some seasoning, that’s basic for cooking.

Bluebird正正喺上环地铁站出口旁楼高两层，上层感觉比较似餐厅地面就似返cafe~玻璃窗有自然光🐶outdoor seat岩晒同毛孩一齐嚟～有基本breakfast / brunch / salad / sandwich wtc 之余都有意粉、荞麦面呢类主食。「 11:30-17:00 Main 」《 日式照烧汁鳗鱼 💲118 》照烧汁足够又带甜，意粉挂汁好味，鳗鱼弹牙厚肉，份量足够两个人share。Cashier旁嘅甜品柜有scone, muffin, pound cake, brownie, croissant 等等，应该每日都有品同。我就对Chocolate Scone最有兴趣。《 Chocolate Scone 💲24 》个松饼好大个，整热咗好脆口松软，又多朱古力粒，不过又唔会太甜，而且仲配埋果酱，$24真系好抵食！《 Dark Mocha (iced) 💲50 》呢杯好浓黑古力味，好正～《 Espresso Tonic 💲45 》好似cocktail咁中间有ice ball～而味道好清爽嘅有汽啡味，好消暑～
