呢間是我們其中一間最愛的美式漢堡店，今次我地點了個BLT，要medium的，單點$108、跟餐$168有埋薯條同埋soda～漢堡是100%安格斯牛肉，medium的漢堡十分pink唔dry，配埋煙肉蕃茄等很豐富，相信女仔的話係食唔晒整個burger的。另外combo的薯條我地點了幼薯條很thin很脆不錯～至於飲品我地揀了cream soda，呢啲的cream soda真的很香忌廉味! 我地十分喜歡～我地都另外點了buffalo wings，$84/8隻，味道都幾好但略嫌咸左d～Overall來講BLT的burger係ok的，我地今次點了兩個burgers其中一個跟餐另加buffalo wings，這樣份量太多了我地飽死了⋯建議兩個人的話點一個set加一個side就剛剛好了～

星期一跟兩個女在銅鑼灣行街shopping, 行攰咗想搵餐廳醫肚，兩個女都想食漢堡包，於是我哋嚟咗BLT Burger。可能是星期一的關係，晚上七點鐘人不算多，我們不需要等位。我們三個人，叫了兩個餐，Classic Combo & BLT Combo. 套餐裏面除了漢堡包還包括了炸薯條和一杯飲品，我們分別叫了Fat Fries ， Waffle Fries，Kowloon cookies 和1664啤酒。兩個漢堡包都很好吃，裏面的牛肉非常多汁牛肉味很濃，生菜和番茄都新鮮，煙肉脆卜卜，一口咬下去非常多汁，口感豐富。薯條外脆內軟，配上一口Kowloon Cookies絕配。一定會再來。

BLT Burger, part of the BLT Steak group but with a focus as a casual burger place has two locations in Hong Kong. One in Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbor City and the other in Causeway Bay's Times Square. I always found it odd that the TST branch was always so much more busier, with a queue at all times. Where as the Causeway Bay branch was so quiet.As it was easier to find a table here on a Friday night, I met a friend for a catch up dinner. For a night of burgers.The menu was actually the placemat. It was in English. There is no Chinese but staff do speak Chinese and fairly good English. Serving various burgers, they strangely only had combos available for select burgers. I thought that was ridiculous. Why the need to make everything so limited? Why couldn't they follow other restaurants and just add a certain amount of money to add fries and drink for all their burgers? Just have a set price. Thus, my friend who wanted the Roaring Forties Blue couldn't make it into a combo. So, I ended up getting a combo and giving her my fries.Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken ($118). We shared a salad. This was actually bigger than both of us expected. There wasn't enough dressing so it was a bit dry. The chicken was also dry.Classic Burger ($98 with combo $158). As my friend wanted fries but her burger could not upgrade to a combo deal (HOW RIDICULOUSLY LIMITING!!) I gave her my fries as I'm not a big fries person. She chose waffle fries which I dislike even more. She seemed to like them ok. My burger was the classic. This was a 7oz Angus beef patty. It was over cooked and dry. The bun was fine but the patty was so just so dry. There was a small bit of cole slaw that wasn't acidic enough. It was just some shredded cabbage with mayo. Though I did enjoy the pickle. But for this price, I expected something better.A mediocre burger with a high price tag. Definitely not value for money. Service was ok. But I definitely won't be back. There are much better options for burgers in Causeway Bay. This is not one of them.

忙了大半個月，終於抽到時間與朋友吃一餐，順便預祝聖誕節朋友熱愛西餐，今次就來到時代廣場店，平日人流真的不多，walk in都會有位。餐廳固然主打漢堡包，可散叫，亦可叫combos，即一set set的漢堡餐，今次我order 了 BLT Burger set($168)。(想說吃完這餐真的飽了好幾個小時呢😂)這款包括了BLT Burger，Fries，Soda，但飲品我加錢轉了milkshake(set +$28/單叫$68)。漢堡包好足料，要以雪條棍插於中間穩定餡料(其實一切開還是會四散哈哈)！首先賣相方面，面層包包芝麻只有一半🙄，有點不足，不過當然不礙味道啦~包軟硬程度適中，即使要狼吞虎嚥都不會有噎喉感，餡料有煙肉不韌不咸，沒太大煙薰味道，而牛肉是medium，一看是紅卜卜的，幸好沒有血腥味，入口像肉碎的散開，有些少肉汁，油油的，連包吃可以減卻肥膩感覺。至於薯條可選skinny, fat or waffle fries。我選了Fat Fries，薯條蓉我至愛可以再熱d，就會更好吃，本身沒帶鹽味，所以點些茄汁會更可口。飲品方面，這杯名為Rocky Road，大大杯！餐牌上寫有chocolate ice cream, chocolate brownie and almonds, 我還以為會有一球雪糕在上面添哈哈！不過是很糊狀的奶昔，有粒粒咬口，很甜，雖然朱古力味不濃，但很好味。另外還orde了Buffalo Chicken($108), 有雞翼有雞搥，酸酸地，不太辣，但肉質不夠嫩滑，不過不失。

朋友飯局，突然好想食漢堡包，本來諗住去食百德新街附近果間，不過閒日夜晚都勁多人等位，就去左呢間。三個人叫左兩個 burger combo share 食，再叫左nachos、洋蔥圈同雞翼。坦白講，三個人食係有啲太多，應該叫少一個小食！Burger好細心，cut 左開4份，方便我地食。味道還可以，略嫌個包唔夠脆。
