坚尼地城,从前是港岛最西面的隐世小角落,现已成为打卡胜地。今日就在坚尼地城海旁一间小餐馆食午餐,看着无尽海景,一览无遗饱览维港景色;同时享用高质而价钱合理的法国菜,偷得浮生半日闲。*午餐两道菜$168;三道菜$198。当中头盘和主菜都有几款选择。餐後叹杯咖啡也只是$20,好吃又便宜。头盘:🏅牛油果虎虾沙律虎虾煎过很香口,牛油果软熟,整体很美味。🏅安格斯牛肉他他(+$38)用来做他他的牛肉,新鲜最重要,这份安格斯牛肉他他完全达标,牛肉色泽红润,无腥味,入口无渣,配薄脆饼乾简直是人间美食。主菜:🏅是日精选鲜鱼(+$10)非常美味的三文鱼,皮脆肉嫩多汁。配菜是薯蓉和烤白椰菜花。这是我吃过最绵密软滑的薯蓉,和吃雪糕无异,超级好食。本身无什麽味道的白椰菜花烤过後带焦糖香味,同样好食。🏅是日厨师精选(+$20)知道今日厨师精选是羊膝後,羊痴说加钱都要食。羊膝大小适中,用炖煮的方法烹调,肉质软腍嫩滑,全部可吃,轻易离骨,最後只剩下一条骨。甜品:🏅椰子挞配雪糕牛油饼皮里充满着椰子酱和椰子奶油,表层铺满椰丝。口感比港式椰挞细腻和清淡。

笔者从小就居住在九龙,每次跟着家人到西营盘探亲,都只能坐巴士,显得非常「大阵仗」!可幸的是,香港的铁路系统紧随着香港的发展而不断扩张,即使「过海」,还是跑到「大西北」,更方便省时。位於西环的「Bistronomique」是一间临海的法式小餐馆,曾获「2014年度米芝莲车胎人美食」。餐厅设有两层及室外座位,均饱览海景,不管是情侣间约会,或是带着毛孩用膳,都能享受不错的用餐体验。环境:✨餐厅座拥180度海景,室内装潢设计以木系为主调,环境清幽,配以轻快音乐及射灯折射出更多层次感,营造了非常适合酌酒、聊天的气氛。服务:✨当日正值闲日晚市,人流也蛮多,职员友善有礼,上菜节奏非常配合食客,用餐时间很足够,贴心! 笔者与友人是日晚上享用了「6 COURSES SET」,每位$648。食物:🥗 SALAD ✨凯撒沙律:轻怡开胃。✨牛油果虎虾沙律:加入健康的牛油果和去壳的虾肉,口感更丰富。🍴 STARTER ✨鸡肝猪肉批:以数种肉混合制成的冻批,肉风味浓厚。✨香煎鱿鱼仔配西班牙肉肠:小小的鱿鱼仔富海鲜风味,适合配酒。✨法式香草焗田螺:肉质结实带嚼劲,没有泥味,配搭牛油香草薯蓉,更能增添香气,吃下去更顺口。🥣 SOUP✨是日餐汤:以新鲜蘑菇打成的汤,富松露香,讲究口感的微粒设计,自然无调加,面层是蛋白泡沫,是低卡而又捱有足够饱足感的素食选择。🍽️ MAIN COURSE✨阿拉斯加蟹肉扁意粉:水波蛋下尽是鲜味的蟹肉,配上惹味的蟹汁基调,烟韧的意粉同吃,湿度刚好。✨炭烧美国顶级肉限扒:色泽尤其粉嫩,是完美的medium,中间有一层明显的油花,经烤制後部分融成美味丰盈的肉汁,肉质细致,牛味浓郁可口。🍰 DAILY DESSERT✨柠檬挞:黄澄澄的柠檬挞颜色诱人,风味酸香浓郁,充满夏日活力。✨椰子挞:加入椰丝的忌廉海绵蛋糕,轻怡开胃。

坚尼地城海旁成为打咭热点🤳🏻一望无际嘅大海真系够晒Chill,平日夜晚就比较静,啱晒系海旁Chill吓倾吓计🌉见到有间法国菜小店系海旁,好似几有feel💕决定去试试。Menu有个6 courses set,有沙律,又有2个Starters、有汤、有Main course,仲有甜品,只系$648(per person),好抵食呀!同朋友各点一个6 courses set,所以2款沙律🥗同4款Starters都试到晒😋首先嚟咗餐包🥖沙律分别系凯撒沙律同牛油果虎虾沙律,两款都系好Fresh好开胃!Starters首先讲吓法式煎田鸡腿,等一次见有依道菜,真系煎得劲香!田鸡腿肉扎实又弹牙,配埋Creamy又顺滑到爆嘅薯蓉,劲香口。其次讲吓香煎鱿鱼仔配西班牙肉肠,鱿鱼仔嘅份量好多,估唔到入口劲香墨汁香气,每件鱿鱼仔都劲爽口弹牙,配埋肉肠嘅咸香,真系不得了。第三讲吓法式香草焗田螺,法式驰名菜,焗完後田螺变软腍,带少少嚼口,带有独有香气,加上大量香草,好惹味,仲有薯蓉配搭,非常精致。最後讲下鸡肝猪肉批,鸡肝同猪肉混合一齐食,劲浓郁肉味,配上酸瓜中和油腻感,非常特别嘅Starter。上晒沙律同Starters之後就有是日餐汤,系Blend到好蓉好Rich嘅南瓜汤🎃Main course首先拣咗炭烧美国顶级肉眼扒,烤得整块肉眼扒好juicy,肉质软嫩多汁,油脂分布丰富,切落去肉汁爆满!劲大块😝另一份Main course拣咗阿拉斯加蟹肉扁意粉🍝蟹肉一丝丝份量超多,扁意粉嘅份量都劲多,好抵食呀!最後一人一份甜品,真系饱到捧住个肚走呀🤣

Their weekend lunch menu is of great value for money. You can get 2 courses at $168 and 3 courses at $198. Honestly I think the pear tart dessert is quite forgettable so I’d recommend you to get the 2-course lunch and maybe order a couple starters for sharing off their a la carte menu.We ordered 1.5 dozen of oysters to share, and they were all very fresh. As for the main course, I got the ribeye and my friends got the lamb shank which was huge. The ribeye was nicely cooked and seasoned, with some veggies on the side. My friends said the lamb shank was delicious as well.

Tonight was a busy Valentine’s night and the restaurant was completely unable to cope. There was no trace of our reservation (despite it being confirmed by email), although they seated us anyway. It would have been better if they hadn’t.The first cold appetisers (oysters and salads) took more than forty-five minutes to arrive, with another similar wait for the next appetiser. Main courses had not arrived more than two hours in, so we gave up, and left. The bill for this car-crash of a dinner date was more than HKD1,500 for two. The food that did arrive was OK, but overpriced for what it was - especially considering the cramped premises with cheap decoration and pungent toilets.Staff was more or less apologetic most of the time and wrote off service charge and drinks, but the experience was nevertheless awful.
