▪️𝑳𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊 & 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑩𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒕 $178.There were diverse options of food on the table which was being refilled efficiently to satisfy the customers. 𝟳 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘀, 𝟲 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟮 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲-𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 along with 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 were provided. These may not sound much for a buffet, but all the dishes were not being casual while being mindfully prepared with various tastes and using unexpectedly good quality ingredients instead. Appreciate how quick the staff would refill the plates as well, so there is never an empty space on the table. It's also nice that people can freely choose to just have the buffet session without pressure, or having add-on main dish as I did depends on their appetite..▪️ 𝗔𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻 : 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒓 $89.The buffet table actually provided enough options to keep me full already, but I was strongly craving for a decent burger and they didn't fail my expectation. The burger was huge that I could barely hold it with one hand, and the medium cooked House Ground Beef Patty was thick, succulent and full of umami. In between of the buttery Brioche Bun, the Provolone Cheese, Black Truffle Aioli Sauce and other fresh ingredients ensembled the flawless rendition. 12月中嘅星期六,同友人过海去中环一试呢间餐厅嘅半自助午餐,呢间餐厅吸引我愿意星期六由新界去中环食饭,系因为佢个salad bar 好出色,除咗罗马生菜,亦有多款已经捞好嘅沙律,主菜我哋只叫了一个。叫了牛扒,我哋两个share 一份食。牛烧得好有碳烧味,牛味浓。除咗牛排,仲有其他主菜可以叫,主菜需要加钱,其他主菜例如burger ,意粉。食完主菜,仲有一,两款甜品放系沙津bar 旁边亦都有西瓜任食。当日中午餐厅都有8成坐满,星期六嘅中午系中环。已经算比较好生意。

初六宜开市,中午食餐好嘅✨🌝飞奔去兰桂芳一间食semi buffet 沙律吧嘅餐,款式非常多,而且好好味!大部分都系蔬菜,不过唔会颓颓地咁比盘粟米蕃茄仔就算。粟咪有用cream 焗过、蕃茄仔配水牛芝士、沙律蛋竟然做得几好食。已经100%时食brownie 都觉得好好味!暂时要戒口,主食无叫牛肉🥹叫咗一份鱼鱼,都煎得好出色,估唔到咁好食。杂菜汤都非常出色,而且好多材料。基本上净系叫汤加沙律吧,已经好够饱。讲开兰桂芳,最近先知以前叫烂鬼坊🫢之後想推广呢一区,就用「兰桂腾芳」取其同音字及好意头比喻子孙显贵发达,长知识了😳😳

和朋友来聚餐,听说牛扒好所以点了medium rare 的 RibEye, 来的是medium (上面有写),但其实是7成。而且都烧焦了有阵浓浓的燶味。非常失望。也不值这个价钱。环境倒是很好,是谈心的好地方。甚至有点浪漫的感觉,客人里也来了不少情侣,夫妇。

事隔多年,再次来到位於中环兰桂坊的意大利扒房【Bistecca Italian Steak House】。门口位置不太吸引,而且今日黄雨,放满了客人的雨伞。室内环境没有时尚的装潢,平实的扒房格局。纲上见到餐厅推出午市半自助餐,人均$178/位。评语的照片不错,而且看似选择丰富。笔者甫坐下就急不及待到半自助buffet 枱参观。buffet 位置非常细小,食物选择不是想像中丰富,只有3款 Ham、8款热荤、8款冷款、2款甜品及3款水果。 食物选择的确失望,但是胜在每款食物味道都不太差,而且店员不停添加食物,每次款式都有些不同。半自助餐可以升级加选一款主菜,可以选配法式烧春鸡、Pasta、Burger、Risotto 等,价钱低至 $58起!到来 Steak house 就加$178 享用 10oz 阿根廷草饲牛扒。【阿根廷草饲牛扒】平时餐厅多数供应美国牛、澳洲牛、纽西兰牛及和牛。最近选择多了不少,好似阿根廷牛。这个Ribeye 表面烧得香口,切下去做到Medium 的要求。阿根廷是草食性动物,在牧养区自由走动,运动量大,因比这个牛扒脂肪量少,肉质结实,而且浓郁。不过略嫌筋太多。
