I came here for dinner with a friend, as we were looking for an asian cuisine restaurant to eat at in causeway bay. The location of this restaurant is really practical if you are in causeway bay, as it's in Hysan Place which is walking distance from Times Square. We were looking for somewhere casual and normal for a light dinner, and found this restaurant. We were seated quickly, and it wasn't too busy. The waiter was very kind and helped us decide what to order by recommending dishes that we might like, and describing the dishes to us. My friend ordered prawns with rice noodles, and I ordered fried rice. We shared some spring rolls too. The food arrived quickly. I enjoyed the fried rice (it is my favourite meal) and thought that it was tasty and well cooked, however I would have preferred it if it had some more meat it in (personal preference). The spring rolls were crispy and hot, and my friend said that the prawns were nicely cooked, glazed, and seasoned. It was quite filling and was quite reasonably priced. Overall, I would say that this is a good restaurant if you just want to grab a bit to eat quickly and for a good price. The food isn't absolutely amazing, but honestly if you need somewhere to go to quickly for nice, simple food in causeway bay, this place is perfect. 其實見到好多差既review都唔想食,但係爸爸唔想等位...諗住穩穩陣陣叫個蕃茄湯檬粉($82 跟野飲)。撩一撩d粉,咦?打邊爐呀?響鈴、蟹柳、牛丸、兩隻蝦。先講個湯,稀稀地有少少肉碎。應該加左唔少糖,咁甜既....蕃茄味唔濃,隱約有陣中式湯味。響鈴,重油味牛丸,似粉丸,仲要得一粒,一開二,咁矜貴牛串燒($54/ 3 串)好濃醃料味,少牛味,如果唔講我以為食緊豬肉。可能燒得有d耐,所以d肉有d硬。同埋咸.....爸爸叫既係香茅豬扒飯,應該比我更safe。點知塊豬扒炸到個邊硬晒,成塊好乾....又唔可以話好難食既,不過比起佢附近既餐廳,佢應該排最尾。希望唔駛再去....查看更多

中伏... 全商場得呢間有位都知出事但係好肚餓唔想等.. 我叫個豬頸肉撈檬竟可以9秒9上,因為預先整好,條青瓜乾到黏在向隻碟到。D㩚粉又稔又有水,倒完魚露好似湯粉但係冇味。D豬頸肉又涷又乾,用牙咬唔開。望住碟粉雖然好肚餓都食唔落。埋單走人同侍應講好難食,我末講完佢已經點頭轉身... 係自己攞嚟賤,全商場排哂隊唯獨呢間就應該知乜事啦....查看更多

週末夜晚的CWB,七八點不用等位,就應知道不妙...不過經一事長一智,以後不要重犯就是了.BB1,dinner for 2,fixed items:南瓜腐竹時蔬,尚且清新,沒任何越南菜的元素..三式拼盤,青口醸麵包糠,肉因為過熟,好"un";厚切紮肉和春卷都很求其了事的模樣.Main選了燒蝦串賓海,米粉捲埋一堆堆,面放了又黃又熟的蔥油;蝦亦過油過熟,吃完想渴杯濃普洱清清口腔和腸胃.㰖菜豬肉炒飯,沒㰓菜味,就是一碟普通炒飯..味精很多,未幾就皮膚敏感了..很久沒吃過這般沒誠意和廚藝的東西,究竟怎樣的廚房會做出這個水凖的菜式來?二人套餐價錢雖不貴,但顧客也花了數十分鐘進食啊~~整體是"十分.非常.一般.普通.旺角女人街假越南舖"水平..而這𥚃是希慎!就算店方對自己沒要求,也應尊重顧客和場地吧.這𥚃唯一可稱讚是服務員哥哥很有禮貌,可惜得一個,其他都好似遊緊魂,是暑期工吧?!查看更多

二人套餐可在餐牌𥚃任選兩杯飲品$240食物和飲品整體就是一般茶餐廳的質素水平只有用了米紙做的春卷和札肉比較令人滿意其實越菜的調味簡單清新就是要下些九層塔,薄荷葉,青檸汁和魚露罷了可惜BB1都沒有認真採用伴碟的幾片葉也不新鮮連炒河炒飯亦嗅不到蔥蒜的香氣是晚3人飯聚所以另外點了炸蝦餅$8x(4件)蝦膠不爽不彈牙也沒有蝦味甜酸醬的味道是普通超市能買到那種好處是炸得不油不過火一探bb後才發現吃過的rice paper,pho24和芽莊已很不錯這裡的出品浪費了它優越的位置和簡樸舒適的裝潢好吃又好坐的越菜餐廳一眾食家會否有其他好介紹呢查看更多

是次閒逛希慎,經過入左去食下午茶,order左生牛肉湯河配椰汁紅豆冰,朋友order三色糕。生牛肉湯河的生牛肉很熟,湯底無咩味。三色糕無特別。椰汁紅豆冰無咩椰汁香味,紅豆無味。查看更多

The quality of food in BB1 is below average!1. 和牛河粉- It is the only better choice in BB1, the texture of the beef is better than the usual sliced beef (Less 韌), but the "牛味" is not as strong as wagyu; a bit expensive2. 豬扒撈檬- A normal 豬扒撈檬, but overpriced; simialr quality can be found in any Vietnam restauarant3. 咖哩牛腩- Taste like 茶餐廳咖哩, not spicy even we requested extra hot!4. 燒豬頸肉- Definitely not Vietnamese cusine!!!Because it tastes like 叉燒!!!!!It is not suprised that you can find a seat easily in weekend as the food is not authentic and it is overpriced查看更多

「兔仔」臨近,都不知道何時掛八號,在一個下雨天的下午,在下與饞餵妹在筲箕灣辦事,辦好後再到銅鑼灣行街食午飯。在整天下著毛毛細雨,來到希慎廣場,在下選定了一間食肆,是去吃上海菜的,可是當來到門口給饞餵妹看到隔鄰BB1越南美食館,便走了進去。進入後,餐廳分為兩邊,一邊為「內堂」,一邊疑似「露天茶座」,咱們就坐近窗口位置,全是樓景,而餐廳以白色為主題,坐位則以木製枱椅,仿如法國情調。餐牌仿如用上了樹皮做的,內裡卻介紹餐廳自已,再打開內頁,有各款小食和粉麵,也有咖哩配飯,製作精美。咱們從餐牌上各自點了一碗河粉,原本想多點一些小食,可是見其多為香口食物,在下也不敢多點。饞餵妹點了一客和牛河粉,河粉上桌時由侍者把湯倒在碗裡,原本還有點生的和牛,頓時熟了,加上香草,看來都幾美味。在下點了一客札肉河粉,札肉已經切絲,吃下時札肉都算鮮味,有點煙靭;河粉幼細而且都幾滑,湯底都幾濃郁,河粉與札肉浸泡湯後,也很夠味。可能因為掛著三號風球,餐廳未算多人。服務上也見殷勤,也不時時斟茶。查看更多

希慎開咗咁耐都未幫襯過啲食肆,今次決定搵間試吓。11/f係food court, 都係一啲普通food court有嘅嘢。去其他樓層睇吓,見12/f嘅越南餐廳裝修唔錯,又唔洗等位,最後選擇咗呢度。晚市有2人餐,都幾抵食。但由於我哋唔係太肚餓,所以就散嗌算喇。扎肉河粉睇個樣已心知不妙,點解會有蒜同蔥粒嘅?... 飲啖湯,confirm已中伏了。簡直就係一碗咸湯潮州粉,毫無越南粉應有嘅香葉同牛骨湯味。其實依家好多獨立嘅越南餐廳都能夠烹調到較正宗嘅越南粉,諗唔到呢度會咁差,真係食潮苑好過。河內炒貴刁散嗌嘅menu並無炒粉,見到套餐menu有,所以先問吓侍應,原來都可以散叫,$78。顏色好黃,但冇嘜咖喱味,亦冇任何香葉味。一般茶餐廳質素,只係粉比較幼同黏身。但同湯粉相比,炒粉已好得多。我覺得呢度食嘅唔稱得上越南菜,完全冇東南亞菜具備嘅特色。連好基本嘅調味料-辣醬,都只係港式嘅辣醬,稱呼呢度為高級茶餐廳還可,距離越南餐廳仲有好遠。查看更多

My first time eating at Hysan and my friend chosed this Viet restaurant for a quick dinner before our badminton game. When I arrived (which was pretty late because my friends had already started eating ), the chic modern interior of this Viet restaurant already captured my attention--the black hanging lights matche with the light wooden tables & chairs really gives it a beautiful contrast. Even though I'm not sure what BB1 stands for, but even the name gives the whole deal a very fusion and young feel.When I entered, the restaurant was quite packed but our table (right in front of the entrace) was a decent size so we set pretty comfortably during this dining experience. BROWNIE POINTS for that! My friends had already ordered a 2 people dinner set that included an appetizer platter, 2 main dishes and 2 drinks. The price was decent and the portions were more than enough for 2 average adults' appetite. :)The appetizer from the set had 2 pieces of spring rolls, mussels with tomato salsa (super fusion), and Viet cold meat, accompanied by a sidedish of salad. Personal preference, I liked the spring rolls a lot because it was super crunchy even though slightly cold (since I arrived late), but it was still yummy! Recently been going on a diet so this Veggie Pumpkin Stew was perfect! Very light but the fragrant of the pumpkin was rich and fresh. This combination of whole natural greens flavoured by another fresh ingredient just made this the most refreshing dish of the night. MUST TRY! The 2 people dinner set came with tea and my friends ordered hot milk teas which I thought was alright. Nothing special about it, except that it was a bit "milky" for my taste.This curry fried noodle was the STAR of the 2 people dinner set. The boys loved it (I guess they didn't enjoy the light veggie dish as much as the girls did) and devoured the whole plate. It wasnt too spicy and it had a lot of flavours and powerful spices. If you like rich and heavy dishes, this is a pretty nice carb dish.:)Since we had 4 people and only ordered a 2 people dinner set, it wasn't enough to feed all the hungry mouths (even though we were going to play baddy after and shouldn't be eating so much in the first place..), so we ordered more food. As mentioned, the price was decent, a bit above average but the food quality matched the standard.We orderd a beef Pho and this was the coolest idea I've ever seen. Till now, I still truly think that Viet Pho's taste the best back in Canada because there are so many Vietnamese immigrants there with traditional recipes and authentic cooking techniques. Their guideline for a good Pho requires not just the flavour of the soup base, type of noodles, and the tenderness of the beef--but how HOT the soup is. So, when the server came over to our table and poured this hot, steamy soup into our Pho, I was ecstatic and immediately fell in love with the whole idea. Just watching the basil and green onions slowly wither release its aromas under the hot soup made my mouth water. The Pho itself tasted nice and the soup really kicked it up a notch. I SUPER recommend trying their Pho just because it's the closest I've seen to tasting something from back home. Last but not least, my friends ordered the Orange Glazed Duck which I liked a lot too (I'm all for sweet and sour ). It was tingy with zesty with the perfect blend of sweetness. However, if the chef could give it a kick with some contrasting spices (maybe something spicy...), then the dish could be even more vibrant and captivating (it was slightly flat from the pure orange glaze).Overall, I really enjoyed my short dining experience there. Even though it's not the "best" Viet restaurant I've tasted in HK, but it's definitely a place I would revisit if I'm around the area. Plus, the surprise effect of the Pho really made an impression on me and I would recommend this anyone who wants to try something different. :)查看更多

星期五的晚上銅鑼灣總是水洩不通  呢日無book檯就預左周圍都要等加上好熱既關係  就去左HYSAN搵搵食咩好同友人放工後周圍行  行到大約九點大家都好肚餓就搵左間相對排得快既BB1完全不知道呢間餐廳背景  但大家睇住menu覺得幾靚加上都喜愛越南菜所以就攞飛了  等了大約十分鐘就有位其實見到set dinner都幾抵食  不過又沒有想食的小食所以最後散叫了豬扒撈檬  首先說說豬扒  豬扒很香口  不過較為乾實  如果淋一點會更好食檬粉伴上青瓜絲  蘿蔔絲  生菜絲  加上酸酸甜甜的魚露  好開胃蒸粉卷  一直最喜愛越南菜的蒸粉卷  結果不負所望  適中的餡料  咬落去好滿足越式拼盤  有蔗蝦  扎肉  春卷  沙嗲串燒雞  剛好是二人份量原本諗住散叫蔗蝦  但原來散叫一件蔗蝦要$25一件  而這個越式拼盤都只是$108所以最後都叫呢個拼盤  是一般的蔗蝦  沒有什麼驚喜  不過散叫價錢實在有點不值扎肉切得厚身  帶有黑椒味  串燒雞配上沙嗲醬  燒得香口  雞肉滑滑的  沙嗲醬味幾濃好好吃而春卷就跟上生菜  不過生菜片略嫌較細  不能完整包起春卷  春卷炸得很脆不過不是太香口拉椰糕  其實好鐘意食拉椰糕的  不過這個太粉  椰子味亦不太足夠  感覺就像沖粉似的椰汁糕有點失望埋單不過$300 for two  價錢算是合理的而且都幾抵食值得一提的是店員服務態度實在不錯查看更多

生熟牛肉湯河的湯只有強烈味精及豉油味豬頸肉及串燒太乾身好像吃超級瘦及硬的肉為什麼會太乾身?可能因為烹調時間太長。。河粉吃完了,作為頭盤的串燒仲未黎,有可能還在燒,忘記了上枱。總結,環境好,食品差。查看更多
