2个人星期日去揾食，朋友睇中左 Sunday Roast Set。不用等位。坐低之后餐厅职员给我们斟暖水，天气冻的情况下觉得佢劲贴心。Brunch 虽然由11:30 am 至 3 pm，但拣唔啱，最终决定散叫 Classic Shepherd's Pie，叫两样嘢 share 食。职员知道我们是share食，上餐汤时有主动给我们小碗(唔记得影 。 餐汤好好味。Mixed Roast Set 拣左牛 ＆ 猪。慢烤猪肉有惊喜，猪皮烤到脆脆的。牛肉也很好食。Classic Shepherd's Pie 以前没吃过，朋友说比某知名芝士蛋糕店的份量少一点，但都好食。在没比较下，我觉得只要好食就够了。

今个星期日终于有机会试呢间系T Bay楼上嘅法国餐厅。餐厅地方唔大，大概得九张枱，但整体装修给人一种法式bistro comfty 嘅感觉。叫了Nicoise salad, assorted crostini, lamb 同 crepes. Salad 用料新鲜，portion 亦够大，crostini 好开胃，烘得好脆口。反而lamb 就冇乜特别。Crepe 打咭一流，有淡淡橙酒香亦唔太甜。呢间餐厅值得东涌街坊多多支持，－定会再帮衬试其他菜式😋

今晚再次同老公去呢间餐厅食嘢，毕竟我哋只系食咗几次，好多嘢都未试，每次嚟，都试新嘢，充满新鲜感！👍今晚我哋嗌咗洋葱汤，牛肉他他，牛面肉，同埋海鲜意粉，最后都系以法式薄饼作结！洋葱汤非常浓郁😍好味到我相信之后要嚟食都一定要嗌❤️牛肉他他调味得非常之好👍加埋摆盘嘅酸瓜同芥末嚟食，有唔同嘅层次，就算份量唔少，作为前菜，我哋食完，都唔会觉得滞！👍呢2个前菜，真心令我好惊喜，呢度嘅食物质素，真心可以拍得上其他fine dining 餐厅！👍👍👍我食完头2样，真系忍唔住同老公讲：我要去Openrice写啲嘢，好食嘅嘢真心要多啲人知！🥰👍👍👍呢度嘅staff都好细心，会留意住我哋食嘅进度，我哋食完前菜，主菜就接住一齐上，时间配合得非常好👍讲到主菜，牛面肉非常之淋同入味，个薯蓉都好顺滑同味道丰富！😋至于个海鲜意粉,虽然自问已经食咗好多嘢🙊但作为最后食嘅一道菜，我哋依然食得津津有味！每样海鲜都系有海鲜味嘅，非常好！👍我哋一路食，都有嗌几杯cocktails，我觉得自己爱上咗呢度嘅Old Fasion!🥃😆食咗咁多嘢，最后当然要同另一个胃去食埋佢呢度嘅法式薄饼，薄饼上枱时即时淋上著火嘅酒，视觉上，已经好满足，食落有酒味，够橙味，加埋好味嘅云呢拿雪糕，口感好丰富，食完甜品真系大满足！👍👍👍呢几次嚟呢度食嘢都系好满足！👍👍好多谢呢度嘅staff, 虽然每次都系见得3个， 但佢哋都好专业好有礼貌，知道客人未必想嚟到系咁同员工倾计，就保持一定距离，但佢哋都会好留意每一枱客人，当你有需要，佢哋就会出现，呢种服务系会令你觉得嚟呢度食饭系好舒服，好无顾虑，而你又会遇到好称心嘅服务！你嚟到，就会明我讲咩！👍👍👍写咁多嘢，我无钱收㗎😆，但真心想多啲人知道呢间餐厅多啲，会嚟试吓！因为真心值👍👍👍I went to this restaurant tonight with my husband. It's the 4th time I went there as I remember. Honestly, the food we ordered was so nice that we kept on coming once we knew this restaurant. I was definitely amazed by the onion soup and the steak tartar we ordered tonight. I told my husband that I really need to leave some good comments on social media. 👍👍👍 I can definitely say that this is the best restaurant in Tung Chung, and even better than some of the French or western restaurants I have been to in Hong Kong or overseas. Thank you, chefs. 👍👍👍 The staffs were professional and polite and they knew how to serve customers well. Thank you SuShi and Chit, and the other girl who served us. 🥰 We will definitely come back. Hope that more people can come and enjoy the nice French cuisine here.❤️

每次入东涌9成都会去T Bay揾食今日照旧search下OpenRice有咩好食见到有间新餐厅 㩒入去睇发现系平时食开嘅Upper Deck隔离见到comment都唔错就book咗印象中以前系间bar 应该转咗手入到去waitress好好礼貌 送上taro chips可以边睇menu边食Overall食物质素不错 应该系T Bay内食过最好食嘅餐厅而且环境都唔错 可惜公众假期去都无乜人同埋次次去T Bay食饭都会比蚊咬 希望可以有措施改善下次会再去试牛扒同意粉
