返工偶尔想对自己好啲,就会走去Bakehouse买个早餐开始一日。同同事一齐去,点咗个原味牛角包加杯flat white。牛角包出炉唔耐,外层脆脆地,一咬落去就掉晒皮,中间层层分明,香牛油味扑鼻,好有口感但又唔会太腻。咖啡方面,奶泡滑,espresso比例啱啱好,有香味又唔苦,饮完成个人都醒神晒。入面环境几舒服,灯光柔和,啱晒早上未完全醒嘅我哋静静地开工前倾两句。Bakehouse 一直都系质素有保证,就算价钱唔平,但食得开心,同埋咁好味又真材实料,唔会觉得唔值。职员都几有礼,见我哋赶住返office,快手快脚帮我哋pack,又细心。早餐食得咁好,一日心情都好咗☕🥐😊。

每次经过无咩人就会买蛋挞,其次就会买牛角包做早餐,第朝叮一叮食都唔错,当然无新鲜咁好食外层酥脆,里面又软又香,每一口都好有层次感,牛油味几香。店舖环境又舒服,店员快速同有礼既

Sourdough Egg Tart $12.5 On Sunday around 16:30 we got sourdough egg tarts freshly baked. We ate them when we were home quite a while afterwards but they were still warm. The tarts were super crispy with many thin layers of crisps and the egg custard was sweet enough and smelt very nice of egg. We needed to buy 4 in order to get a box for takeaway. At this price it was really worth the wait for such yummy egg tarts!

今天去了铜锣湾办事,结果经过了一间很出名的面包店Bakehouse, 平常看他们都要排队,结果现在这个时段大概下午三点不用排, 我马上冲进去买一直想吃的酸种蛋塔,表面上有一层焦香的焦糖,咬下去浓浓的蛋香飘出,非常顺滑,皮非常脆和香,好香奶味好酥,好好吃。再吃Tiramisu Danish,咬下去好多cream 好滑好浓,之后再有一层吉士不会太甜也很舜华,酥酥饼皮有浓厚的奶香味,表皮再搭上浓浓巧克力粉非常好吃。我跟男友再吃了一个柚子冬甩有浓浓mascarpone,配上柚子味很搭。我已经很多年没有吃到那么道地外国面包,而且是真材实料,他们牛油跟材料绝对是比任何地方还好,所以有那么多人排队,下次还会再来买。

呢间人气烘焙店不经不觉已经开左好多间分店今次经过铜锣湾店,随意买左几件🔸Tiramisu DanishTiramisu味唔算好浓,外层酥皮几松化,加埋甜甜地既custard,有啲湿润既感觉岩岩好👌🏼🔸Apple Pie Cookie 苹果+肉桂系经典配搭,软曲奇咬落去仲有啲苹果粒粒,口感层次几丰富☺️🔸Lebkuchen Cookie好似软身版本既姜饼咁,加埋面头既糖霜都唔会太甜,值得一试👍🏼
