中午食lunch~ 性价比高。食左lunch set, 同同事分别叫左唔同嘅牛,一次过试左几款肉。沙律/汤无影,都系正常新鲜嘅水平😌包本身就一般,系比较软身无烘过嘅薄切包,不过佢唔系跟牛油,系俾只类似salsa嘅朋友嘅sauce (无问,唔确定系咩),叫做有点特色清新点🥗不过个sauce本身个味偏草青,未必个个喜欢。牛大推试左三款都好掂,个人最喜欢skirt, 我都系第一次食呢个部位,味道最香浓。其次喜欢系tenderloin, 系懒人最爱嘅超嫩口食物。

ASADO 主打阿根廷草饲牛,2018首次于中环开业,挨过疫情后2023年转场湾仔并收获不少好评。最近ASADO于中环The Loop卷土重来,不论菜单还是环境依旧干练简洁,只做最原始的阿根廷菜。—————————————————————✨牛肉他他✨$139因采用软嫩的牛柳所以不用像坊间的他他切得细致,调味的酸豆和腌菜同时赋予了爽脆,和顺滑蛋黄拌匀后与脆多士同食,柔软、薄脆和清爽共存,享受多重口感同时开胃,是恰如其分的前菜。✨牛柳250g✨$250选择了五分熟,粉嫩中心不会有过多血水,煎煮过程调味极简,更多是牛肉本味,可见餐厅对自家牛肉质素相当自信。附上海盐和Chumuchuri。草饲牛柳软腍无筋,炭火香略嫌不足但鲜味搭救,以如此相宜价格品尝到这般质素的牛扒绝对是稳赚不赔。✨忌廉菠菜✨$62勺起滚烫的烤焗,白烟袅袅连同奶香升起,色香已叫人食指大动,入口更是惊喜,菠菜切得极为细碎没有一丝磕牙,如同薯蓉般稠滑与酥脆的芝士及面包糠形成鲜明对比,浓郁忌廉香中又有菠菜标志的草本甘香。✨焦糖炖蛋✨$62蛋的比例过重并烘焗程度未有拿捏好,似乎使用水浴法时没有添加足够水,边缘有起泡,口感偏扎实。✨红萝卜蛋糕✨$90份量厚实,糕体本身因添加的红萝卜不多较干,餐厅似乎亦意识到这点设计了蛋奶酱垫底和朱古力甘纳许伴碟。虽则蛋糕中的果仁有挽回一点分数但还是偏好扎实又湿润的美式红萝卜蛋糕。✨招牌木糠布甸✨餐厅款待果然餐厅最清楚自身优点,当匙碰触到布甸的阻力,瞬间知晓和之前两道甜品不在同一水平。浓稠的冰糕充满乳香,结合木糠碎和焦糖酱的组合,口腔充斥左使人愉悦的香甜,为这餐划下完美句点。—————————————————————ASADO三月中重开至今无舖天盖地的宣传,只是于各大订位平台推出进取的折扣,提供性价比高的餐点,谨靠客人口耳相传。想以此在阿根廷扒房林立的中环要突围而出,或许在瞬息万变、网红轰炸式宣传下显得不合时宜,但回归本质,食物质素好才是细水长流的关键,ASADO重回兵家必争之地亦是如此纯粹。
