餐厅好多新派韩式嘢食嘅选择, menu几有新鲜感。酱油蟹:酱油甜味较重,蟹嘅份量几大,蟹膏颇多。整体系好味同埋食得满足。另外佢送上一个红米饭团,介绍话可以唧啲蟹肉捞埋啲饭一齐食。但系个饭团本身都整得几咸几重口味,捞埋啲蟹肉落去食,唔觉得增加多咗鲜甜味,好似两样唔关事嘅嘢夹埋一齐,冇增加成个chemistry。🤔排骨火锅:佢系泡菜汤底,入边有好多排骨。排骨几大嚿,肉唔多,味道淡淡地,有啲似煲咗汤嘅排骨再捞埋炸菜 & 泡菜嘅汤底。个人觉得冇咩特别,唔使特别嗌。💯海鲜煎饼本来对呢类煎饼冇咩期望,食过好多次都系系粉粉嘅质感。点知食落又几惊喜,佢冇咩粉,食到好多韭菜,再捞埋好薄好薄嘅蛋浆嘅口感。好味。上面有一只雪藏虾,质感爽弹,但系冇咩味。芝麻鸡:睇openrice 呢度热门菜式系黑芝麻鸡,就点一个。佢系好浓厚甜甜嘅芝麻酱依附咗喺啲炸鸡上面。对我嘅口味,觉得太甜唔钟意。因为餐牌几有新鲜感,有机会都可以再嚟试。 继续阅读

约了两个朋友在炮台山一间韩国餐厅吃午饭。店里干净雅洁,温暖舒服,店员们全都是韩国人,男的女的都是靓仔靓女,笑容亲切。前菜先送上来,五小碟:泡菜、辣萝卜、鱼片、年糕和甜番薯,每一款都做得细致,味道自然,开胃得很。我们点了炖排骨汤($388),加了一份炒饭($50)。排骨汤一上桌就香气扑鼻,汤底浓厚,带点醇甜,完全不辣。店员细心地在桌边剪碎梅菜干,再把大块排骨剪成小件,方便夹起来吃。我们一边聊天,一边用手拿著排骨啃,连骨髓也不放过,吃得干干净净。排骨食完之后,精彩嘅炒饭时间到。店员用剩下汤汁炒饭,加微辣泡菜,炒到香气四溢,每啖都吸晒汤底精华,超级好味,呢个加炒饭选项,真心不可以错过。还点了海鲜煎饼($140),一上桌就让人眼前一亮。不同于平时厚厚一层粉的韩式煎饼,这里的煎饼以大量韭菜、通菜、大虾、虾仁和鱿鱼为主,面团只是薄薄一层,咬下去满是蔬菜和海鲜的鲜甜,既香又脆。黑芝麻炸鸡($98)是另一个惊喜。成碟炸鸡黑黑的,卖相平平,但咬进口,芝麻香气爆发出来,像在吃热腾腾的芝麻糊,鸡肉又嫩滑又多汁。饮品方面,午餐时段只需加$10就可以选汽水、冻柠茶或韩式甜冻咖啡等饮品,我们各自点了不同的饮料,冰凉解渴。 继续阅读

木系装修似首尔家庭小店,枱距够宽唔会听到隔篱倾买楼,播住轻快韩文歌够晒气氛。简朴却惊艳的开场:五款前菜排开阵仗,唔系hea俾嘅泡菜萝卜——→ 最抢系烟韧手指年糕,甜辣酱挂得匀循,咬落软糯唔粉→ 腌菠菜爽脆带麻油香,男友偷挟我𠮶份泡菜煎饼厚度直逼两本杂志!表面煎出蕾丝焦边,咬落外脆内软惊喜在芝士层藏饼芯,拉丝混泡菜咸香,点少许醋酱更醒胃(食两件已半饱,建议三人分享)酱油炸鸡 无骨鸡件炸得干身,咬开肉汁滴落碟酱油蒜香似韩国屋企味,甜咸平衡唔腻喉👉 两人分刚好,外带返屋企翻焗仍脆炖排骨汤 睇餐牌写「新登场」胆粗粗试⋯→ 上枱时Oppa拎铰剪过嚟:「我帮你剪开易食啲」排骨炖到筷子一笃就散,薯仔吸尽肉汤精华汤头浓郁但饮完唔口渴,大豆芽增加口感(冬天饮完由胃暖到指尖) 继续阅读

What is it with these high ratings?!! I was quite shocked at the poor quality of the food here. The surroundings are comfortable, and the service was friendly, but to me, the taste of the food is paramount. In fact, I once had an amazingly good steamed pork on a Korean Airline flight that was so much better than the same dish at Antidote, which was tasteless and the meat was not fresh, sliced too thickly, and wrapped in lettuce instead of the usual fragrant vegetable leaf. The fried chicken was the worst I've ever had; the chicken was not fresh, the thick coating overwhelmed the meat, and the sauce was as sweet as candy. It was not even close to the fried chicken sold at a little food stall called 'Korea Food' on King's Road that closed down. I just don't understand. I for one would never eat at Antidote again. 继续阅读

其实就咁讲嘢食嚟讲,我觉得可能有8分嘅,但系佢性价比真系好低,一个部队锅要成$400🥹而且嘢食份量唔算大份,呢个价钱嚟讲唔算抵。不过特别要讲佢嘅前菜样样都好食,尤其是系个焦糖番薯!🍽️部队锅入面有餐肉,火腿,香肠等等,可惜冇豆腐年糕🥹🥹本身净系包咗半个即食面,味道系正常味道🤣🤣但系要成$400就真系唔建议🥲🍽️生腌酱油蟹面酱油蟹系好食嘅,新鲜,唔觉得腥,配埋冷面都几夹,好快清晒🤣🍽️泡菜煎饼味道好食,加埋芝士好正!🍽️特色猪手已经切好晒一块块,同埋份量都算多,味道正常,个人认为佢肥瘦方面做得几好!唔会太肥腻☺️🍽️明太子釜饭呢个本身对佢冇乜期望,点知有几好食㖞,朋友话系全餐饭最好食🤣明太子都多,捞埋啲葱一齐食系几香口嘅!饭嘅质地系偏林身🍽️前菜佢附送嘅前菜,其实样样都几好食,特别推鹌鹑蛋同埋番薯🤣清晒盘,不过应该系冇得refill🍽️士多啤梨米酒好饮!士多啤梨足料,饮落冇乜酒精味,似饮紧士多啤梨沙冰🤣不过价钱都系有啲贵🥲🍽️Cocktail - chichi话系由菠萝,椰子同vodka整成,卖相几靓,饮落味道正常唔会好重酒味,虽然酒精成份有19%🤣可惜太多冰,成杯都系冰🥲 继续阅读
